Check-in is usually at 4pm, but when I went there in the morning to drop off my luggage, I was told that my room would be ready within an hour, so I was able to check in around 12:30pm. There were many Japanese staff members, so I was able to stay comfortably even though I couldn't speak English. Also, all the staff were smiling and full of hospitality, and it was clear that they put the customer first, so I was very satisfied.

The room is smaller compared to Hilton Hawaiian Village, but we loved the clean décor. Our balcony had an ocean view, which was really nice. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. The hotel's location is unique, but it still takes more than half an hour's drive from the attractions. I booked a twin room with sea view. When I checked in, the front desk gave me a partial sea view room. I felt something was not right on the spot, so I immediately took out the order to check. , pretending to look for it for a long time before saying it was a mistake. But you have to pick it up after 16:00. Okay, so we went to the scenic spot first and came back to get a room in the evening. When we came back in the evening, we got a room that was super far away, and we could see that it was all houses (as shown in Figure 1). It seemed to be no different from the partial sea view? I responded to Ctrip and said that I need to contact the agent. The agent contacted me for a long time and said that the resort fee will be waived for the last 2 days of the 3 days and a hotel voucher of 100 US dollars... I can only admit it. The entire hotel environment is still very beautiful. I don’t know if it is targeted at China. I'm very impatient when I ask the guest room to pick up something and throw it away. In addition, the children's swimming pool is being renovated and the dust is very big. Anyway, I will definitely not come here next time in Oshima. It is more convenient to book a hotel near Captain Cook directly.

The hotel is an hour's drive from the main beach of Wikiki. There are few people and the environment is good. There are many activities to play. You can interact with various dolls at close range. The room is relatively average (very cold). There are also many hot spring pools in the hotel. After playing It's great to be able to jump into the hot spring pool at any time. The biggest problem is eating. The internal restaurants are very disappointing. However, after leaving the hotel, there is a square opposite. Although there are only a handful of restaurants, they taste pretty good, especially the coffee at Starbucks. I go there every day and the tips are mind-boggling. . . There are only supermarkets and restaurants nearby. If your child suffers from gastroenteritis, you have to take a taxi to Wikiki to find a hospital. In short, it is a holiday destination with a good environment that children like. It is a bit boring to stay for a long time because you can only play in the hotel every day. Wikiki is more lively.

First of all, I want to praise Ctrip's customer service. On the day of check-in, the hotel said that the order had not been received. I contacted Ctrip's customer service and it was resolved within 30 minutes. It should have been early morning in China at that time. I really appreciate the speed of the customer service. The hotel is relatively new, and the sea view room I booked has a nice view. Then the front desk is still very friendly, and any problems can be solved quickly. The flight arrived in the morning local time, but I was checked in immediately, and they took the initiative to help me accumulate Marriott points. The biggest problem is housekeeping. On the day of check-in, I felt that the sheets were not new, and I could see a little shoe print and hair at the end of the bed. But I was too tired that day and didn't care. The next day when I was going to take a bath, I found that the wall of the bathtub was covered with mud, and it was obvious that it had not been wiped. When the cleaning lady came in, I asked to change the sheets and wipe the bathtub. The old lady told me that I had to apply to the front desk to change the sheets. So when I went out, I told the front desk about the sheets and bathtub again, but the front desk's response was obviously that the cleaners should change the sheets automatically. . . Then when I came back at night, I found that the sheets had been changed, but the bathtub was still not cleaned!!! Maybe because I wiped it a little the night before, the cleaner thought it was clean. But when I returned to the room, I found that the bathtub was still full of my hair that I had lost that morning. I left a $5 tip. But to be honest, the room you gave me was not clean, so why should I get more tips? Other minor issues were that the shower water pressure was not good. And maybe because of environmental protection, there was no mineral water in the room, and there were no other supplies except two cotton pads. But you can call the front desk to ask for bathrobes and slippers for free. The hotel has been open for less than a year, and the maintenance feels average. At best, it is a business hotel. If you are on vacation, apart from the problem of traffic jams, it is recommended to stay in Waikiki.

The service attitude of the hotel is so good. The room I was given was on the second floor, close to the Pacific Ocean, but it was blocked by the hotel platform, so I couldn't see anything. Later, I was upgraded to a pool view for free, and I could see part of the sea view and mountain view.

As the hotel is located in the Kahala district away from Waikiki Beach, the surroundings are very quiet and there are almost no people around other than hotel guests. As a result, the beach in front of the hotel is calm and very safe. When I entered the lobby, I was instantly drawn in by the wonderful scent. There are dolphins in the hotel lagoon, and just looking at them is soothing. The facility itself feels old, but the hospitality of the staff makes up for it.

Loved the pools (they are huge and all connected) and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Everything is beautiful around the hotel, the ocean views and the sunsets are marvelous. The hotel is really nice and the staff is so friendly. the rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel is really near from the Wailea shops where you can find everything (there is an ABC store there)… We loved it!.

I told them it was my parents' wedding anniversary, and they gave me welcome champagne and chocolate strawberries as a happy anniversary. I asked for additional towels and water, and they brought them right away. There were no participants for the 6:30 a.m. yoga class, so I took the class alone twice. Although it cost an additional $20, it was not a waste at all. I want to come again next time.
