The hotel makes a gloomy impression, especially the breakfast bistro. It should take a look at the Ritz-Carlton e.g. in Vienna. Bright and cheerful and with a wonderful breakfast (included).

Facilities: very complete Hygiene: Hygiene nice environment The hotel by the Savannah River should be the best local hotel among the regular hotels. The only dissatisfaction is that the management is a bit messy. We have been deducting our credit card at random, and the fee has never been clarified. Through the unremitting communication of the Ctrip housekeeper, it is finally confirmed that the overcharge has been charged. I have not received a refund yet. I hope everything goes well.

Compared with China, the facilities are relatively old, probably because the hotel has been built for too long. But the scenery outside the window is very good, and you can feel the reputation of Atlanta Forest City. Some of the staff's attitudes are good and some are bad depending on luck, but overall they are very attentive, close to the Lenox shopping mall, very convenient.

這是我入住體驗最差的一次，感覺酒店管理有問題，這個價位的酒店在服務細節上遠沒有達標，以上是本人主觀認識，下面講一下客觀情況，第一天check in時前台沒有一個服務人員，衹聽到有人在後麪小房間聊天的聲音，我hello了一下，沒人睬，等了3-5分鐘終於從小房間出來一位女士辦完入住，進房間發現卧室洗手間內有異響，控制面板電流聲（較小），台盆上方天花板有較大聲異響（嗒嗒聲），晚上睡覺肯定有影響，於是打了bulter service電話講了異響情況，希望來處理一下，三十分鐘沒反應，忍不住直接到前台反應，要求儘快解決或換個房間，均不答應且態度生硬敷衍，我要求見manager on duty,回答我經理在忙，我因為外出有事，在禮貌表達了強烈不滿後離開酒店，晚上十點多回來後發異響倒是沒有了，一夜無事，第二天離大譜的事情就來了，凌晨三點左右，睡夢中突然被吵醒，發現窗簾正在自動打開（發出沙沙聲），全屋燈光自動打開，燈火通明，走到客廳發現同樣情況，同時第一天入住時的異響又再度出現，直到早上一直未睡，因為上午要自己開車去機場，已沒有精力和酒店交涉，前台交了鑰匙就離開。認真寫了這麼多，是為了讓更多的人不要踩坑。

My sisters and I spent one night at the Perry lane hotel and had a fabulous time. The room was perfect and the hotel restaurant was excellent! I would highly recommend! The rooftop bar and pool area is a great place to relax any time of the day. They have a man who plays the piano in the library and he is wonderful.

The room facilities are very good, the service is good, and the French restaurant is very good

The hotel in the old house, the decoration style is not too love, the most like its restaurant and reception area, we booked the Chatham Earl Suite is also super stylish, the Chinese vases and Chinese paintings inside are flattering Chinese guests like us, is to carry the suitcase to climb the second floor. Although there is no meal, the hostess still provided us with a simple and nutritious breakfast, and the handsome waiter was super good. The feeling of a five-star hotel is that the cleanliness is still worse than the star hotel in terms of norms and standards. There are stains on the sheets and itchy skin when sleeping. Booked a city sightseeing bus, the hotel called the shuttle bus to send to the departure station. Next to it is St. John's Church, architectural aesthetics + painted art, beautiful. The hotel is located near peachtree street. Although the location is close to Lenox mall but still a bit far for a walk. Saw a few pubs and bars. I would say they are ok in general but it would be nice if they could moved me upper floor as I clearly requested that I prefer upper floor . Breakfast was rather good though although there weren't much varieties but blueberry pancake was very delicious.
