The location is very convenient for beach lovers and there are nearby stops for buses to town and the airport. I had a very positive experience with almost all staff except for one lady. Hate to do this but will point out what rubbed me the wrong way. After breakfast one day I went to fill my travel cup as I have a special tea and wanted to drink it while getting ready for the day in my room. She came to me and said that taking out coffee ”is not possible”. I explained it's just hot water and she walked away. On face value it's nit a big deal but really, what is it one coffee for a hotel in which a breakfast is already included? And she assumed it was coffee while it was just hot water. It was mostly the manner of her approach. There are right ways to talk to your guests and that wasn't it. Another thing is the noise- you can hear everything and everyone. The bar is frequented by local people and it could be noisy as well. I have to say the bar noise didn't bother me, it in a way added to the atmosphere, it was nice to be in a place that the neighbours love and we're genuinely enjoying themselves. But it was very annoying to hear guests slam doors in the middle of the night, using the toilet, having loud conversations, even cleaning their sinuses... I'm not sure if anything could be done about it as the walls appear to be paper thin.

We were placed in a new building, there were clean pleasant rooms with everything you need. The view from the window was good, we did not take breakfast, but when we went down for coffee everything looked delicious, people ate with pleasure

The staff was pretty helpful. The room was clean but average. It’s alright if you want to spend a night or two. But it’s very basic. Wish they atleast provided some water.

The hotel is a friendly and comfortable hotel , a local atmosphere on the floor, staff are professional and pleasant , breakfast is well garnished . The hotel is located in the centre of the city , and you can visit a shopping area right down the hotel !

Location is near the bus terminal and 3 minutes walk to the promenade where the bars and restaurants are. Room is clean and spacious with clean bedsheets and comfortable bed. Toilets are clean with toiletries and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped. It is a small hostel and provides a cosy ambience. Bring proof of payment for your stay with you as their system got mixed up with another quest's payment records. Overall would recommend this hostel for your stay.

Very nice and clean hostel with everything you need, very pleasant Service, I was able to practice my Spanish. at night there was a small incident while I was walking, the guys in the room closed the window, as someone was making noise in the street and the room turned into a sauna, it was very hot, I asked the guy at the Reception to turn it on the air conditioning and immediately got cold in the common room, thank you very much. I have lived in different hostels and I can say that it is a hostel among the best very hot and dirty hostel and service, so practice my Spanish. The hotel is in a lovely central location, clean with large rooms , however the pool wasn't open or functional during our stay , it had 2 men working on it and tape up , when I complained to trip they contacted the hotel who said it was open , absolutely bizarre reply. The fact is I could have stayed in ibiza Rick's whose pool was open ( as we went and checked ) for the same price . Hotel should be honest

When I was planning my trip around Mallorca, based in Palma, I decided on this place. It turned out to be a good choice, especially since I relied on buses and trains for my travels, so the access was excellent. It's about a 25-minute walk to Palma Cathedral, which is very convenient. The reception staff were incredibly kind and shared a lot of information about the city and Mallorca's culture. The toilet and shower are in the same room. It can get a bit humid and warm before showering. Each room has air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. It might get too cold sometimes, so remember to adjust the temperature. The kitchen area had four large commercial refrigerators. Also, the view from the rooftop, accessible until midnight, was lovely.

Nice hotel in Figueretes, 50 Mt from the beach, with lots of services around (taxi and bus stop for airport, restaurant, markets, etc.). Walking distance to Ibiza port and slightly longer to Playa d'en Bossa. Hotel is nice, not new but with all basic services needed. Breakfast is reasonable for the price and rooftop pool small but amazing for relaxing and sunbathing.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Great location. Many shops and restaurants nearby.
