GGuest Userhotel room was pretty spacious which i really liked! interior was nice too! amenties provided at level 2 front desk were also pleasant! staff was always very sweet and helpful with requests/help!
the toilet had a remote control bidet which i saw for the first time which i found to be very funny! AHAHAHAHA
location is also really great! js like a VERY. like 20-30 meters walk to the nearest station entrance/exit (which is exit 2! google maps told me 3 when i first arrived but exit 2 is literally js outside the hotel turn left and you can see it)
i dont usually write reviews cus im lazy but i enjoyed my stay so much! would definitely book comfort inn again when i come back to japan!

KkellyAbout a ten-minute walk from Nagoya Station, which is quite convenient. The room was just right, though the bathroom was a tiny bit small. There's a FamilyMart nearby, but when I went later in the day, all the large bottles of water were gone! They have self-service luggage storage, which is super handy. The front desk staff were really friendly and helped me send a package, which solved a problem for me. There's a QR code you can scan to arrange luggage transfer between two hotels, or you can ask the front desk for a shipping label to send parcels to other addresses. I also discovered a super delicious Vietnamese restaurant nearby!

HHuangyanlingwinsyEvery time I come to Nagoya, I stay at this hotel. I love it! It's very close to the JR station, there's a convenience store downstairs, and the room has a huge floor-to-ceiling window! The view is absolutely amazing!

GGuest UserThe twin room I booked is spacious and clean. The staffs are very friendly and there is complimentary breakfast for the guests. Location is about 5-7 mins from Nagoya Station, there are several convenience stores like Lawson & Family Mart around the hotel. I would stay here again if I visit Nagoya

I recently stayed at Sanco Inn Nagoya, and overall it was a very pleasant experience, especially for a short trip.
👍 Pros
Excellent Location
The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages. It’s very close to Nagoya Station, which makes it extremely convenient for transportation, whether you’re arriving by Shinkansen or exploring the city. Getting around was easy and stress-free.
Plenty of Restaurants Nearby
There are many restaurants within walking distance, offering a wide range of options—from local Japanese cuisine to international food. It was nice to have so many dining choices just steps away from the hotel.
Convenience Store Nearby
There’s also a mini shop (convenience store) close to the hotel, which was very handy. We could easily grab snacks, drinks, or small essentials anytime.
Good Breakfast
The breakfast was surprisingly good. There was a wide variety of dishes, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore.

Small Room Size
The only downside was that the room was quite small. However, this is quite common in Japan. For us, it wasn’t a big issue since we mainly used the room just to sleep at night.

If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and well-located hotel near Nagoya Station, Sanco Inn Nagoya is a great choice. It’s especially suitable for short stays or travelers who prioritize location and practicality over room size. I would definitely consider staying here again.

MM335715****This is the nth time I've stayed at a hotel from this brand. The room size and design are pretty much the same everywhere – not huge, but perfectly adequate. The complimentary breakfast is standard; it feels like the food is identical in every location, with the exception of one local specialty. It's much cheaper than hotels near Nagoya Station. Walking to Fushimi Station is also convenient. I later discovered that taking exit E from the underground shopping area is the shortest route, but be warned, there are only stairs, no elevators or escalators.

TTiantianzhuizhumaqidaThe location is excellent, right in front of Nagoya Station. I specifically chose it for its proximity to the bus center since I was taking a highway bus. It's super convenient with izakayas and the station nearby, and I even discovered a theater. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. The room size wasn't small at all, and while double beds are usually 1.4 meters wide, this one was 1.6 meters, which felt very spacious. Plus, they had a great selection of amenities downstairs.

The location is very convenient, as the hotel sits within walking distance of Sakae Mirai Tower and Oasis 21, while Nagoya Castle is also not far away. This location suits travelers who prefer to explore the city on foot. The room size is suitable for two people, with a well-organized layout that makes efficient use of space. The hotel offers useful facilities, including luggage storage, laundry service, and an iron, which support both short and medium-length stays. The staff are friendly, maintain a warm attitude, and provide attentive service, which enhances the overall experience. However, some dust appears in certain areas, so guests, especially those with dust sensitivity, should take extra care. Despite this minor issue, the hotel provides good value for money, and I would choose to stay here again on a future visit to Nagoya.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the 榮商圈, close to many delicious food options . However, it is about a 15-minute walk from train stations, which can be quite challenging when carrying luggage. The rooms, like many other Japanese hotels, are relatively small. The breakfast was tasty, offering three choices: Japanese, Chinese, and sandwiches. The last day since I had an early flight, I hoped the hotel could arrange a take-away breakfast, but unfortunately, they couldn't as the restaurant only opens at 7 AM.

AAnonymous UserWhenever I travel to and from Central Japan International Airport, I always stay here. It's close to the station, offers a free breakfast with a good variety, and even has complimentary welcome drinks after noon. It's my preferred hotel near the station, less than a 10-minute walk away. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
