A five star hotel close to all major attractions. There are plenty of restaurants, caffe and wine bars within ten minutes walk. Great hotel and good value for money. Front desk service is excellent but not so in the breakfast restaurant. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
The room is great. Walking into the inner building of this hotel is like walking into a Roman palace. The room is very large, with dry and wet separation, good hygiene, and very high ceilings. The room has a balcony, looking at the church opposite. It is very close to all places, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to both the attractions and Via Roma. The location is great! Serviced butler-style one-to-one service. Overall, it is great and worth experiencing. A small suggestion for the hotel is that their gypsum board is a little peeling. If this is done well, it will be more perfect.
The location is behind the commercial street, shopping is very convenient, there are fewer restaurants and convenience stores nearby, you need to walk. The design of the hotel itself is very good, there is a sense of quality, the room is very spacious, and the snowy mountains can be seen from the window. But the fly in the ointment is the bathroom, the shower room can't block the water, it is easy to make the bathroom full of water, very embarrassing.
The hotel is very well located in the centre of the village.
The hotel is very warm and very comfortable.
The spa is very clean with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi to enjoy with a 24-euro extra per person.

In a five-star hotel in Turin, the reception hall is very luxurious. At the front desk, you need to pay a deposit of 50-100 euros or the bank card number in the name of the check-in person, so friends who need to check in remember to prepare cash (no credit card deposit required) or credit card.
The hotel has two floors, and there is a connecting corridor on the first floor in Italy (the second floor in China) by elevator. In the prominent position of the elevator and the corridor, there will be guidance signs in English, Arabic, Chinese, and Chinese. Be sure to check the building where the room number is on the card when you check in, and the front desk will guide you when you deliver the card.
The room is similar to China Hotel, with free slippers, mini bar, paid snacks, kettle and so on. All the facilities marked with text in the room are English, Chinese and Chinese, so don't worry about the language. Here are two points to note: First, because the room is equipped with cotton wool facilities such as carpets, the entire room can see obvious high-density flying hair in the presence of light; second, there is a large amount of flocculent deposits in the kettle This may be due to the quality of the tap water in Italy. Friends with requirements in this regard suggest that they be used with caution.
All in all, this is one of the few high-end hotels in Turin and worth recommending!
Overall was a good stay. breakfast could be more various. would be goos to have more amenities in the room and bathroom. The Michelin star restaurant was tasty.

Villa Bracchi is a stunningly restored property sitting on 2.4 Ha (6 acres) located in the Alta Langa closest to the villages of Dogliani, Bossolasco, Monforte d'Alba, Barolo, Serralunga d'Alba, Castiglione Falletto, La Morra, and Alba. I purchased my first property, Villa San Lorenzo (VRBO #93138) in 2005 and it has been such a wonderful experience that I decided to purchase this property in the Spring of 2014 because of it's unique location providing incredible views of the Italian Alps, lots of privacy, and easy country road access to the best that the Langhe region has to offer with some of the most authentic, and highly acclaimed, restaurants and wineries within minutes from the Villa.I kept the incredible structure of Villa Bracchi in tact while completely rebuilding (gutting) from the ground up including a new foundation, raising the ceiling height on all levels, new interior walls, and a beautiful open wood beam vaulted roof. I have spared no expense in creating each bedroom and bathroom with elegance and charm and modernity. Absolutely every inch of the Villa has been restored by hand using natural stone, sandstone, and wood recovered and restored from the original structure. There are hardwood floors throughout the entire Villa as well as luxurious rain showers tiled with carrara marble in each bathroom. Each bedroom has a private balcony or terrace. Great
GGuest UserVilla crespi is absolutely beautiful! And the staff are wonderful. And the location is a nice walk to town. However I have no idea how they received a gold key last year! The rooms were so hot I could not sleep (march) and I asked them to turn off the heat! But that did not work. I also asked them not to continue spraying perfume all over my room because I was allergic… however housekeeping continued to do so until I locked them out. In addition the mattress was limp and old- very uncomfortable. The shower is vintage and needs to be upgraded- nice to loook at but impossible to shower in if you stand over 5’2”!

GGuest UserIt's very comfortable and nice. It's like staying in a palace. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. The restaurant inside is also delicious. The price is not expensive, only 1,000 per person. The spa inside is very good.
