We booked three rooms for a family trip, including a classic suite, executive double, and a triple. All were great. The executive double was a particularly good value, offering plenty of space at a great rate. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was fabulous, especially the delicious pastries. There are good restaurants and cafes all around the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It's very comfortable and nice. It's like staying in a palace. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. The restaurant inside is also delicious. The price is not expensive, only 1,000 per person. The spa inside is very good.

Villa Crespi was all that it is set up to be - an incredible romantic setting with a culinary experience like no other with service to match. This was the most wonderful experience in a unique setting. Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo's menu was an absolutely unforgettable experience with an incredible range of flavours and ingredientsv with exceptional presentation. This is a small hotel in a separate building than the main hotel, right around the corner. Check in was at the main front desk as was breakfast. Check in was swift and polite. Room was fabulous. large, bright with frescos on the ceiling and a large, comfortable bed. Bathroom was also very large with a fabulous walk-in shower. Only complaint with the shower was it needs a light as it's a bit dark, otherwise just fine. Hotel is close to restaurants and to the Egyptian Museum along with other main sites and attractions. Breakfast each morning had all the typical offerings, and the service and cappuccinos were both excellent. Overall, friendly, efficient staff and a very pleasant hotel. Would certainly stay here again.

It is a large Castello with extraordinary views, impressive, comfortable period rooms and suites. The reception staff were very helpful and the lady who manages the breakfast room was so kind and helpful. The only reason we did not rate 5 stars was because of the unacceptably rude attitude of the maître d when, as the first guests to arrive, we politely asked to change tables. He actually rolled his eyes and flatly refused any of the 5 tables we wanted to switch to saying they were all reserved. At the end of our dinner, which was perfectly delicious, only 3 of those tables were occupied - when I mentioned this he replied that they had received cancellations or no-shows from outside guests… The building is quite extraordinary with long passageways and narrow stairs to the rooms (there is a lift) and curiously out of keeping leather armchairs and cheap perfume diffusers. The decoration is a little off but the hotel is a must see and we recommend staying here for a unique experience.
