Great hotel and very conveniently located. Nearby metro stops, train station and bus to the airport.
Great breakfasts on the roof with a view of the city. The staff is very polite and ready to help with various questions.
WiFi works reliably throughout the hotel. The furniture is good and high-quality.
We recommend!

The hotel is definitely worth recommending, perfectly located in the very center of historic Rome, which will be appreciated by both tourists and business guests. The quality of service is at the highest level. From the moment you enter, you get the impression that the staff cares about making your stay really comfortable. In doing so, staff make every effort to ensure that all guests are remembered and their needs are met. I appreciated the fact that, despite the full occupancy, we not only managed to get a room earlier than the originally declared time, but also agreed (without additional fees) to leave it an hour later. As for the food, maybe the lack of a buffet is a bit inconvenient, but this can be explained by the fact that it would be difficult to fit it in the hotel restaurant, so the food is delivered to the tables. However, guests can eat as much as they want, and the selection of dishes is really satisfactory - each breakfast always includes one hot dish. The roof terrace is very atmospheric, where you can both eat and have a drink. The rooms may not be large, but they are completely sufficient. It is modern and clean.

The hotel is very close to the city centre, you can do everything by walking. 15 mins to Vatican city, 10mins to busy shopping streets and further 10mins to other famous attractions. The breakfast isn't the buffet like what we have in other hotels, but they do bring a lot of food to the table, and you can order anything on the menu. The view from the restaurant is amazing!

A beautiful hotel in the heart of romeo - location simply couldn’t be better. The staff are amazingly friendly and went the extra mile after i busted my ankle in rome. Special mention to the front desk and the door man who always greeted us with the warmth of a long lost cousin and were amazingly helpful throughout. They also have the best cappuccino i’ve ever tasted in my life! i’d recommend this hotel to anyone without reservation.

The location is really good, especially if you rent a car and drive yourself, there is a very convenient parking lot next to the hotel. Breakfast and room-related services and facilities are really good.

It was amazing! Our family of three spent a very, very wonderful two nights and three days in Rome with a four-year-old. First of all, from the design point of view, the design of the hotel is amazing, whether it is the overall style, the public lounge area, or the room, it is very artistic, this is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in! Secondly, the service is particularly good. I took the initiative to upgrade us and provided welcome snacks and red wine. Every day's breakfast is also super delicious, very rich, and the waiters are very patient and meticulous. Finally, the comfort of the whole room is very high, the hot water for the bath is also very good, the location is excellent, it is very convenient to walk to any attraction! This hotel makes my impression of Rome very good, our whole family likes it very much, if I come to Rome again, I will choose to live here!
Quiet and clean. The scenery is very good and the whole ancient city of Rome is far away. It is convenient to travel, more than 10 minutes taxi to the center of the ancient city, and it is very safe to come back after 10 o'clock in the evening. Every front desk manager is warm, kind and enthusiastic to recommend the citywalk route and restaurants. A week trip to Rome feels like home.
This is the most luxurious hotel on this trip.
When we booked a 3-person room, we should have directly opened the connecting door of the two adjacent double rooms and turned them into suites for us. The area of a standard room is not large.
The hotel provides welcome champagne, handwritten welcome cards, and ACQUA DI PARMA for bath products.
The bed is relatively comfortable, the bath towels are thick and soft, and the mini bar has a rich variety. Two free bottles of mineral water and sparkling water are provided daily.
Opposite the hotel is a military-related government department, so there are soldiers on hand throughout the day, which makes me feel instantly safe. Of course, the curtains may not be fully open during the day, because it is too close to the office building opposite.
The location is very good. It is only ten minutes' walk from Castel Angel and Vatican City. It is very comfortable to run along the river in the morning.
The only thing that is not ideal is that there are too few types of breakfast, each person has a fixed set, and there are a small amount of self-service fruits, yogurt and drinks.
Newly opened hotel, although the room is not big but the environment is very good, more than 20 minutes walk from the wishing pool and Plaza de España. There are not many varieties of breakfast, no buffet breakfast, it is a la carte system, the taste is OK.

GGuest UserLocation is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.
GGuest UserHotel facilities are very good and modern, mini bar has a lot of things, free of charge. Clean the room every day and send different small desserts. The hotel is located in the city center, walking distance to attractions. It is surrounded by shopping centers, Plaza de Espana. But the hotel breakfast is not a buffet, there are three packages to choose from, the choices are limited, the service is slow, and the staff are not in place. Hotel valet parking is a parking lot at 60eur one night, it is difficult to find a parking space on its own.
GGuest UserThe room is spotless -sheets are being changed sometimes TWICE A DAY (!),I stayed at the deluxe room which had amazing Roman architectural elements such as extremely highly ceilings with “wavy” ceiling, big windows with antique vibes.
The room is modernly designed with great amenities.
I give the hotel extra points on using “Acqua di Parma” toiletries, it means a lot in my opinion when a luxury hotel use luxury toiletries.
The hotel staff is out of this world -very helpful, very kind and very welcoming. The reception staff is very patient and will go above and beyond in order to help the guest to have the best experience in Rome . Regarding the location -the hotel is 8 minutes walking from the from the colosseum, should I add more ?
AAcaipoThe hotel is in a good location, more than 100 meters away from the subway and bus station. The room facilities are very good, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is rich. We stayed in family connecting room 408 and 409. The only disadvantage is that these two rooms have basically no view, and can only see the office building opposite which is very close.
RRyanSGTheir breakfast doesn’t have much variety, but the quality was decent.
The room’s curtain can’t be closed entirely. Other than this, the rest are pretty good! Walking distances to most of the tourists’ venues. Would definitely come back the next time I visit Rome.
GGuest UserThe hotel provides a simple breakfast including bread, ham, milk, etc. Even if you do not book a room with breakfast included, you will still get breakfast. The bathroom is pitch black and I don't like the decoration style. In addition, this hotel has a problem: when you check in, you will be told that the room you booked is no longer available due to system problems. You will be upgraded to a new room type, but you will find that the upgraded room type is not as good as the one you booked. The hotel said they can't do anything because it is a system error, so you can only accept their arrangement.
GGuest UserThe room is large, the view is beautiful, the facilities are a little old, but very clean and easy to use. The bath products are very high-end. The hotel staff is very polite, the service is good, and the English communication is smooth. All the food is very fresh and delicious, especially the hotel's Uliveto restaurant, which is open all day and every dish is very delicious! The location is on a hill outside the city, and the air is good. It is a 5-10 minute drive from the Vatican and only 25-30 minutes from the city center. You can take the hotel shuttle or taxi, and it is very convenient to go to the attractions

KKleinxbThe hotel is a spa resort with a manor feel. The facilities are relatively retro, but the service is very good. The hotel's toiletries should be unique and feel very comfortable to use.
Although it is only separated from Rome Airport by a wall, the starting price of a taxi is 35 euros. There seems to be no shuttle bus between the hotel and the airport, so the round trip is 70 euros, which is quite expensive.
GGuest UserSince, it’s a 5 star premium hotel I would be brutal to rate it’s facilities. The amenities weren’t great, room was decent size but room doesn’t have decent setup, sofas, chairs, TV to bed distance all messed up. Everyday house keeping was horrible, they didn’t change the bidet towel, bedsheets without asking, didn’t filled tea-coffee etc. need to do lot of detail improvement because you are 5 star.
