The room is spotless -sheets are being changed sometimes TWICE A DAY (!),I stayed at the deluxe room which had amazing Roman architectural elements such as extremely highly ceilings with “wavy” ceiling,big windows with antique vibes. The room is modernly designed with great amenities. I give the hotel extra points on using “Acqua di Parma” toiletries, it means a lot in my opinion when a luxury hotel use luxury toiletries. The hotel staff is out of this world -very helpful,very kind and very welcoming. The reception staff is very patient and will go above and beyond in order to help the guest to have the best experience in Rome . Regarding the location -the hotel is 8 minutes walking from the from the colosseum,should I add more ?

The service is very good. From the doorman to the street, I laugh very sincerely. The location is on the street of Rome. It is not far from all the attractions. It is quite quiet. The hotel provides a simple breakfast including bread, ham, milk, etc. Even if you do not book a room with breakfast included, you will still get breakfast. The bathroom is pitch black and I don't like the decoration style. You will be upgraded to a new room type, but you will find that the upgraded room type is not as good as the one you booked. Service: The service of this hotel is very thoughtful. Our flight was delayed. The first time I arrived, the front desk guy called my name and patiently explained to us that we almost missed the last business hours of the hot spring and restaurant because it was too late. Although their lobby boy (I found out the next day that it was a black guy) had gone off work, he led us and sent our luggage to the room. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day (cheaper than taking an Uber taxi myself). The environment of the hotel is really beautiful, very Italian countryside, you can explore it by yourself, it is very suitable for a few days of vacation. In addition, the breakfast is really rich. I want to come to this hotel again!

Hotel was very new and clean but very small, would come back next time. swimming pool were way too small, only have a few beds. During our stay I see a lot of outside guests to share such a little space, hotel should have give hotel guests priority to use the pool. Breakfast wasn’t too impressed, 60% of cold dishes, hot food on menu, only offers some eggs and hams, each guest can only order once.

I had a very comfortable 3 days in Rome thanks to NH Hotel. I requested twin beds when I made the reservation, but I received a one-bedroom, so I asked for a change and they upgraded me to a junior suite. The staff was friendly and the service was good. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the location and amenities were convenient, so I was satisfied. If I visit Rome again, I will choose it again.

The Bathtube was chipped, with big rust stains con the marble. The bathroon door hits the bidet every time you open it. The breakfast was very rich but with no meat, because “they’re vegetarians”. When you go to a five stars hotel tou exepct something different. At the check in they even ask for a credit card or a 50 euro deposit in case you finish off their minibar. I was really not pleased.
