The newly opened hotel is in a very good location and can reach many attractions on foot. The hotel is renovated from an old building, and the lobby and restaurant are like a big garden. The room is not big, but the stone and wood are very design. The service is great.

What we liked:
The hotel is right next to the station, which is a great plus, especially when the trip to Italy, upon arrival, is tiring due to the long flight (in my case, from Brazil). But it is further away from tourist attractions. The staff has positive points, especially the female employees: Alice, Eunice and Samanta. Thank you, girls; you are so lovely!
The negative is that the hotel is not as clean as a five-star hotel should be.
In the winter, it is quite cold inside; the room was not at all cozy and they said that it was not allowed to make the room warmer. The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired; quite a lot.
The hotel is in a good location, and the surrounding area is relatively quiet. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the Spanish Square, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. It also takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi to the Vatican and the Colosseum. The hotel's service response speed is quite fast. In terms of facilities, the bedroom is relatively large, but the design of the bathroom is hard to describe. The toilet and the washbasin are next to each other, and the bathroom door is also fighting with the toilet. The design is very anti-human. Overall, it's not bad, and the price is expensive
The hotel was very comfortable, the decoration was new, the service was very good, and the check-out was delayed to 2 o'clock on the last day. The location of the hotel is great, not far from every attraction.
The hotel is very luxuriously decorated and the rooms are large in size. We also have a welcome wine. Good location, opposite the US Consulate, not far from the Vatican. The service is warm and thoughtful. The service is very good, the quality of the toiletries is high, the heating is too strong and it seems that it cannot be adjusted. Don't expect to have a domestic five-star big and luxurious in a five-star room in the heart of Europe. The location of the hotel is relatively high, both luxury hotels and embassy banks

Maalot Roma is a particularly good hotel. From the moment you check in, you can experience the ultimate service. The room rate includes breakfast, and the welcome dessert and coffee are very good! The hotel staff also introduced the room in detail. The hotel is very close to the Trevi Fountain and is within walking distance, which meets our needs to take photos early in the morning! All in all this hotel deserves to be a five-star hotel!
A safe location just behind Intercontinental Rome , walking distance to Spanish Steps , near sightseeing bus stop,
The hotel renovated trendy, very friendly staffs ,
The king size room looked a bit small but completely fulfilled our needs - big makeup mirror , Dyson , food bar ,

In the end, it is 5 stars, and the service has nothing to say. Expensive and expensive, see the real chapter for details: enter the door and take the initiative to help with the luggage. After the check-in at the front desk, you will be sent to the room to introduce various facilities. The power connector of the room has both the European standard and the two-phase, usb us can use. The cotton swabs and headbands used by girls are in the bathroom. Just say two general experiences: the location is a little far from the subway station, walk for 5 minutes (in fact, nitpicking, the hotel entrance is a rare taxi stop); there is a slightly smaller toilet, the fat is sitting uncomfortable, And the pumping water is a little leaky. Overall it was a very good hotel, but also experienced a room service to eat something, the price is not very expensive, the service is in place.

The best hotel in Rome, Italy, in the Plaza de Espana, the Plaza de Espana is downstairs. Shopping and shopping are very convenient. The only drawback is that private cars can enter and leave the area within a limited time, taxis and hotels' own cars can. The hotel specially upgraded the room type for me, the room size is right, the bathroom is large and the facilities are advanced. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have Chinese-speaking service staff. The menu on the first floor restaurant is English and Italian. I ca n’t read and ca n’t understand Chinese, which is a bit awkward.

We stayed here as the final accommodation of our honeymoon.
It was a wonderful hotel with a heart of hospitality that was always there.
The location is one stop from Termini Station, and you can walk or take the train to major tourist sites in 30 minutes.
All of the luxury brand amenities were comfortable to use, and my wife was very pleased.
The welcome message was also very heartwarming.
We also had the breakfast buffet, and all the food was delicious, and the live kitchen made some very tasty* food.
You can enjoy your stay even more if you research the hotel's history and events. Every part of the hotel, such as the staircase and the historic elevator, felt stylish.
This is the perfect hotel to use to make your stay in Rome even more wonderful.

Very Good
GGuest UserLocation is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.
GGuest UserHotel facilities are very good and modern, mini bar has a lot of things, free of charge. Clean the room every day and send different small desserts. The hotel is located in the city center, walking distance to attractions. It is surrounded by shopping centers, Plaza de Espana. But the hotel breakfast is not a buffet, there are three packages to choose from, the choices are limited, the service is slow, and the staff are not in place. Hotel valet parking is a parking lot at 60eur one night, it is difficult to find a parking space on its own.
BBenxianshengMr.BenFacilities: The hotel is a renovation of an old house, and has the common problems of old European hotels.
Hygiene: The sanitation conditions are good, and there are some sanitation blind spots, but they are not often used.
Environment: The hotel is located in a relatively balanced location, and the walking distance to each check-in point is basically controlled within 15 minutes
Service: The service attitude is very good and can answer many questions
GGuest UserThe service is very good. From the doorman to the street, I laugh very sincerely. The location is on the street of Rome. It is not far from all the attractions. It is quite quiet. All the drinks in the refrigerator are free. The price is really not cheap, more than 4,000. One night for the renminbi, because it was previously booked another hotel, it was discovered that it was pitted, and I temporarily booked Aleph, and it is estimated that it would be cheaper to book in advance.
GGuest UserThe hotel provides a simple breakfast including bread, ham, milk, etc. Even if you do not book a room with breakfast included, you will still get breakfast. The bathroom is pitch black and I don't like the decoration style. In addition, this hotel has a problem: when you check in, you will be told that the room you booked is no longer available due to system problems. You will be upgraded to a new room type, but you will find that the upgraded room type is not as good as the one you booked. The hotel said they can't do anything because it is a system error, so you can only accept their arrangement.
GGuest UserThe room is large, the view is beautiful, the facilities are a little old, but very clean and easy to use. The bath products are very high-end. The hotel staff is very polite, the service is good, and the English communication is smooth. All the food is very fresh and delicious, especially the hotel's Uliveto restaurant, which is open all day and every dish is very delicious! The location is on a hill outside the city, and the air is good. It is a 5-10 minute drive from the Vatican and only 25-30 minutes from the city center. You can take the hotel shuttle or taxi, and it is very convenient to go to the attractions
AAnonymous UserService: The service of this hotel is very thoughtful. Our flight was delayed. The first time I arrived, the front desk guy called my name and patiently explained to us that we almost missed the last business hours of the hot spring and restaurant because it was too late. Although their lobby boy (I found out the next day that it was a black guy) had gone off work, he led us and sent our luggage to the room. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day (cheaper than taking an Uber taxi myself).
The environment of the hotel is really beautiful, very Italian countryside, you can explore it by yourself, it is very suitable for a few days of vacation. In addition, the breakfast is really rich. I want to come to this hotel again!

GGuest UserThe Bathtube was chipped, with big rust stains con the marble. The bathroon door hits the bidet every time you open it. The breakfast was very rich but with no meat, because “they’re vegetarians”. When you go to a five stars hotel tou exepct something different. At the check in they even ask for a credit card or a 50 euro deposit in case you finish off their minibar. I was really not pleased.
