The hotel's location is good, close to the train station and the old post office, which now houses some chic restaurants. The hotel exudes the charm of 1970s luxury. The rooms are large with all the amenities of a 5-star hotel. The pool, however, is frequented by many children and feels more like a public swimming bath. Be prepared to exercise patience at this hotel. You'll wait in line for the elevator, for a table at breakfast, and again at the egg station, all while enduring many restless children. The breakfast buffet isn't just for hotel guests; it's also heavily utilized by local families. Despite these minor inconveniences, the staff is helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would return if I come back to Medan.

Excellent! It truly lives up to its reputation as the best in the area. The breakfast is plentiful, and it's undoubtedly the cleanest hotel in Medan. It was fantastic; the bed was made exceptionally well, and the water provided was good. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The design of the hotel is quite classic, and the rooms are spacious. The staff are very friendly. The only downside is that the shower is too small. Please look into that.

Fantastic resort at Samosir island, typical of what one might expect from a 5 star resort. Island weather was a cooling 20 degrees but the water in the pool is warm, so you could enjoy it even in the evening. Oh not to mention the view. The outdoor equipments like bicycles, e-scooters, electric cars are very well maintain, so you could rent it with peace of mind.

IT'S JUST FANTABULOUS EXPERIENCE STAY IN THE PROPERTY HONESTLY. LOCATION JUST BEYOND IMAGINABLE DISTANCE AS WELL AS EASY ACCES TO THE CITY. ROOMS ARE COMFORTABLE TO STAY AS WELL AS FRONT DESK AND HOUSEKEEPING HOSPITALITY. GOOD MANNER WELL TRAINED STAFFS. FANTASTIC BREAKFAST HAS BEEN SERVED. HAPPY STAY IN THIS HOTEL TQS AND REGARDS
