We booked an overnight stay with a private pool, the room was not clean, a plant was falling into the pool where there were many insects with the result that we could not enter and also the stairs were rusty as well as the shower, nevertheless we said not to spoil our day and to sit in the outdoor pool, as soon as we came back there was no hot water in the room for at least 3 hours of sheer inconvenience, as a result of which I asked for a refund and to leave, we were disappointed!!!!! The staff was kind!!

Nice hotel but start to need some renovations... the jacuzzi is not warm and the service is terrible : 40 minutes for room service to bring an empty glass, 45mins to bring a wine opener, 35 for an ice cream by the swimming pool (and we were less than 10 customers). And avoid the bar, cocktails are a shame. It s really sad for a hotel of that standing. The building and room are really nice and comfortable. Free shuttle for the center is really convenient. We had a nice stay as long as we did not need the services. And breakfast is truly amazing.

Very good hotel for the price/performance ratio. Although the old town of Thessaloniki is near the sea, there is no swimming beach. It is nice to have a swimming pool in a tourist hotel in summer. The breakfast is very rich. The front desk staff is very good. I don’t know how to check in because I booked a flight with SKY EXPREES. The beautiful woman at the front desk helped me print my boarding pass.

A small luxury hotel in the middle of everything. Comfy beds, pillows, a great breakfast. There is also a indoor paid parking place next to the hotel. ( 20 euro daily) One minus: Our room had a connection room door to the next room, you hear your neighbours’s talk, shower etc.
