In the old town, close to the pier and seaside avenue, convenient for travel. Old building, well maintained. It was stated that there are windows, but the windows in the rooms facing the inside cannot be opened. I wanted to be quiet, so I didn't change rooms.
The room is of a good size, the breakfast is good, the hotel is located near the highway, but it is very quiet at night. There is a private parking lot in the basement, which costs 10€ per day. It is a very safe place.

1. The location is very good, the hotel is only about 400 meters away from the railway station, which is very convenient. It is about 1 kilometer to Aristotle Square, and about 700 meters to the dining street opposite the pier (a dozen or so dining families gather).
2. The room is about 18∽20 square meters, compact and reasonable. The bathroom is small but arranged in an orderly manner. What is particularly good is the shower curtain shelf above the bathtub, which is curved outward so that the shower curtain will not stick to the body. (Is this the meticulousness of Holiday Inn?) The hot water is abundant and excellent, and the bath and shampoo are well placed and easy to use.
3. The public space of the hotel is abundant, there are many sofas in the lobby on the first floor, and the space is spacious. The swimming pool on the top floor is comfortable and has a good view. The outside dining room is arranged romantically. The service is very good, ordering a cup of coffee and delivering it to the lounger is very attentive. Public spaces give guests great options and add an element of reasonable leisure. I got up early the next day at 6 o'clock and went out to visit the seaside, avoiding the hot sun. Come back at 9 for breakfast, then take a nap. Go to the swimming pool on the top floor around 11 o'clock, play in the water, drink coffee and watch the phone, very pleasant enjoyment.
4. The breakfast is very good, not too many varieties but good enough, like the bread, like the toaster, like the coffee machine. Management is also meticulous and orderly.
5. All service staff are smiling, warm, thoughtful and meticulous.
6. Good value for money.
If you live in a hotel next to Aristotle Square in Thessaloniki, the price will be more than 40% more expensive. If you choose Holiday Inn, you will have to walk a long way, but the service you can enjoy is very good.
So I will recommend to all my friends.

Five star hotel, located on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, with beautiful sea views, warm and thoughtful service staff, rooms with hot water bottles, free welcome wine, minibar drinks are all free, and also tell us where outlets are.

Nice hotel but start to need some renovations... the jacuzzi is not warm and the service is terrible : 40 minutes for room service to bring an empty glass, 45mins to bring a wine opener, 35 for an ice cream by the swimming pool (and we were less than 10 customers).
And avoid the bar, cocktails are a shame.
It s really sad for a hotel of that standing. The building and room are really nice and comfortable. Free shuttle for the center is really convenient.
We had a nice stay as long as we did not need the services. And breakfast is truly amazing.
The room has a great view. You can go to the shore right out of the back door of the hotel and walk along the Aegean Sea. The buffet breakfast on the first floor is also very rich and delicious. The service is very attentive and the front desk can help call a taxi, which is very practical.
The hotel service is very good! You can ask for mineral water at the front desk. The guy at the front desk is also very helpful and can help with any questions you have!
Excellent in every aspect. Best choice in Thessaloniki.
New hotel, nice design, great staff and perfect breakfast. Heartfully recommended))

Very Good
ΘΘεοδώραEverything was perfect!!
I give the staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!
I have never met such kind staff, everyone with a smile will serve you with whatever you ask for!! They surprised us for our wedding anniversary with a cake and a candle, they touched us very much!! I thank them all from the bottom of my heart!!
Thank you very much to Ms. Elvira (maybe I got her name wrong) in reservations who helped me a lot to book the room, she assured me that everything is as trip.com says and finally I made the decision to book it!! Ms. Maria at the reception is very kind and always smiling!!! Ms. Evangelia, the public relations manager, is very sweet and kind to inform us about everything that interests us!! Ms. Georgia, the maitre d' of the dining room, whatever you asked for, you had it right away!! Ms. Fani is so sweet with her perfect eggs and pancakes, she made my eggs exactly as I asked for them!!
Many congratulations to all the staff, they have enslaved us!!
As for the hotel, it may indeed need some minor repairs but I don't stay there because everything else was perfect!! The rooms are clean and tidy, the outdoor areas are all tidy, the pools are large and clean, a nice beach with hotel sunbeds at no charge!!
Reasonable prices at the bars!!
I can say value for money!!
I wish we could have stayed longer!!
I hope and wish that we will visit you again!!!
GGuest User1) The hotel is new with excellent rooms. It also has excellent outdoor and indoor spaces.
2) I gave 4 instead of 5 to the location because the sea in front of the hotel has rocks and is very cloudy. When I say rocks, I mean lots of rocks, small, big and sharp. In a word, the sea is bad.
3) I gave 4 instead of 5 to the service because I was not informed at check in about the sharp rocks. I was cut badly by the rocks. You can only swim with beach shoes.
4) At the hotel restaurant, we ate pizza with mushrooms. The pizza was not eaten. Unacceptable for a 5* hotel.
5) There are beaches near the hotel, about 500 meters away, that you can go to with your car. They have sand, no stones, they are crystal clear, you can see everything at the bottom and they are not very crowded.
6) The breakfast is fantastic. It even has things you didn't think of.
Would I go back to the hotel? Of course yes. I will swim in the nearby beaches and eat in the village of Ierissos. It's an excellent hotel, but a bit expensive.
VVeljko1992The only thing I wouldn't rate with a strate 10 would be the measurements of the beach. It is quite small with just two rows of sunbeds but there are plenty around the pool so if that does not metter to you this is the perfect hotel to stay at.Near the city center but far enough to have your peace. The staff is very professional and welcoming, especially Andreas who was in charge of us and we were feeling like really special guests thanks to him.The food is great too.Rooms are nice, everything is clean and neath. This hotel is something I would definitely recommend and probably go back at some point.

ZZhiwei ShaoThe service is very good, everyone is very friendly and can always find out if you need help within 1 second. The hotel is not far from the city center attractions, and it is very convenient to take the bus or walk. The breakfast is also very rich, with a lot of beautiful desserts. I accidentally ate too much, haha, a very happy accommodation experience.
