HHuniuerxiaoleI chose this hotel because of the free airport pickup and drop-off service, which was a decisive factor for me. The butler contacted us in advance and arranged the pickup, even sending us a small guide and restaurant recommendations, which were all very clear. The hotel environment is also excellent, the driver was very friendly, and the room was super comfortable. I do have a small suggestion though: there seemed to be too few trash cans. It would be much more convenient if the small tabletop bins were replaced with larger ones. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and there was also complimentary late-night congee available, so if you don't feel like going out in the evening, you can easily have a satisfying meal here. The surroundings of the hotel are also lovely; on a clear night, you can even enjoy moon gazing. Overall, I give my stay a full 5 stars.

GGuest UserBefore departing for Yinchuan, I was a bit unsure about the room types. Upon arrival, I had a brief chat with Geng Wei, explaining my needs. She objectively detailed the differences between the two room types without just pushing the more expensive option, which was very genuine. The hotel's lamb offal soup for breakfast was surprisingly delicious, a real bonus. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

TTraveler DongLocation: The hotel is conveniently located near Yinchuan Municipal Government and Ningxia Museum, making it easy to access attractions and the train station. Its prime location is a definite plus. However, the hotel entrance is situated between two buildings, and many ride-sharing drivers get misdirected to the parking lot by their navigation, making it difficult for them to pick up guests. It's advisable to factor in extra time when booking a ride.
Room: This time, I used my points to upgrade to a Mountains and Rivers View room. The facilities are pretty similar to the standard rooms, but being on a higher floor offered a nice view of the Helan Mountains. Unfortunately, the window glass was very dirty, making it impossible to take good photos. I suggest cleaning them. Also, the air inlet cover on the handle of the hairdryer in the bathroom was missing, indicating that some facilities need prompt maintenance. The TV was quite old; it couldn't cast, and both the picture and sound quality were poor.
Food: The breakfast selection was rich and varied. However, some of the English translations for certain dishes were significantly flawed and need immediate correction. For dining out, Jin Feng Wanda Plaza is nearby. Alternatively, if you turn left twice after exiting the hotel, within 50 meters, there's a restaurant called 'Bai Xing Han Can' which offers a wide variety of dishes that cater well to Southern palates.

AAnonymous UserWe chose the Kempinski in Yinchuan, and the location is excellent. Across the road are the Ningxia Museum, the Municipal People's Government, the Science and Technology Museum, and the International Convention and Exhibition Center.
Daisy checked us in, upgraded our room type, and gave us access to the executive lounge, making the experience truly fantastic.
We encountered a small issue with the room, and Daisy resolved it very quickly.
The breakfast selection was rich and varied. The executive lounge was excellent; the afternoon tea biscuits were delicious, and the dinner featured a carefully curated menu with comprehensive nutritional elements, both visually appealing and tasty.
Staff in all departments were very responsible, and housekeeping service was also great.
I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

ᴋᴋᴋFinally got to stay at my dream desert hotel, Tengol. The rammed-earth houses are quietly nestled among the sand dunes. Sitting by the window and gazing out at the endless desert instantly brought a sense of inner peace.
Both the rooms and public areas of the hotel have a great vibe. Having a drink in the lounge while the desert breeze blows by makes you forget the hustle and bustle of daily life for a while. The evening fire show and stargazing activities were particularly impressive.
It can definitely be considered a trip full of wonderful experiences~

My stay was comfortable and well-cared for, with attention to detail evident everywhere. GGuest UserOur stay at Desert Diamond Hotel was truly excellent value for money! The room had an amazing view and was incredibly comfortable. The dining experience was consistently top-notch – a rich breakfast, exquisite dinner, and even heartwarming late-night snacks. The kids had an absolute blast from start to finish; the hotel's attention to detail truly caters to families. All the staff were warm and patient, and a special shout-out to our butler, Felix. He meticulously arranged our entire 3-day, 2-night itinerary, striking the perfect balance between activity and relaxation. He made sure both the kids' preferences and the adults' must-sees were covered, and he fulfilled almost every request we casually mentioned, showing incredible attention to detail. Next time we're in the desert, we're definitely coming back to this hotel and specifically asking for Felix!

GGuest UserAmanda at the front desk was genuinely helpful, and the room was comfortable. The entire hotel lobby has a simple yet modern style. The breakfast manager was enthusiastic and guided us to our tables. The hotel is brand new, having just opened. The facilities and equipment are very complete, and there's even a fresh beer bar in the lobby, which is a nice touch. During the day, it's very close to my business office, and dining options around the hotel are also very convenient. There's even a Metro supermarket downstairs. It's truly convenient.

AAd_PThe hotel lobby is huge and the room was clean. Their customer service was also impeccable. The front desk staff had shown that they are so willing to assist you in every way possible, right from the check-in.
When my wife was feeling unwell, they brought food up to the room for her. They then gave us complimentary breakfast (I’d booked a non-breakfast room) and even provided us with a free clothes wash and dry service as our WeChat could not be linked to the QR code.
The cleaning lady was also kind and was always asking us if we needed more toiletries.
I must say that the hotel staff made a huge difference in our hotel stay. Well done and thank you for your excellent service!

GGuest UserThe room environment feels comfortable, the hotel is in a good location, and the transportation is generally convenient. Duoduo at the front desk said that there is Hengdian Cinema nearby. We went to the snack street in the evening, which is not far from the hotel and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The room is comfortable and sanitary, the front desk and room attendants are happy to provide all kinds of help, the facilities are very smart, and the price-performance ratio is good. It is the first choice for next stay.
