We travel with our kids annually, and I've stayed at Sheratons in many cities across the country. The service at this Sheraton in Wuhan is genuinely outstanding. Our room attendant was incredibly diligent and attentive; she noticed the needs of me and my children, providing us with pens, bookmarks, and water, and even left a small handwritten card, which we greatly appreciated! These small touches really show how well-managed this hotel is. I noticed the hotel opened in 2014, so it's been open for 11 years, but the rooms still feel very new, are spotless, and are impeccably maintained. This will definitely be our top choice for all future trips to Wuhan.

I have already had two praises before, because I was afraid that the hotel was too new when I booked the room, so I booked it day by day. This is a hotel that appeared in Enshi with a high quality attitude. I was very satisfied during my stay. Because I like it, I give a little suggestion: 1. The hotel uses too many beautiful plastic flowers for decoration; 2. The restaurant needs to be improved: a. Now the hotel cannot provide dinner at zero and in-room dining services; b. The breakfast buffet restaurant cannot see a supervisor, so there are guests who light a cigarette and walk around the restaurant when smoking, no one stops; c. Even if there are a lot of used plates on the table, the waiter can't see it and will not come to collect it; d. The welcome staff feels very cold, swiping the card into people, there is no temperature that ”welcome to” should be. But the point is here, the above suggestions do not affect me to continue to choose to stay at this hotel, and I sincerely recommend everyone here, it is really good value for money at the current price 👍

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The intern staff Sun Mountain Tiger was extremely helpful and patient to answer queries, and help set up metro QR apps. The in-house gymn is well equipped and with sauna and steam bath. The hotel is located at Hankou business centre and a little off the major tourists sights. Thecloset tourist area is Jianghan pedestrian walk is three metro stations away. From there one can catch a free to cross over to Wuchang where the Yellow crane tower is located.

My stay was fine. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and a bathtub. The metro station of Line 8 is just outside the hotel.

Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!

Nice good looking hotel on the outside. Near to the subway, 2min walk. The rooms not that modern facilitated. Especially the old school shower tap, really had a hard time tuning to get correct water temperature. The airconditioning is dusty and did not show correct temperature. Sound very loud rattle when on middle wind. The air conditioning can auto off in the middle of the night. Had to wake in sweat to on it again. Good thing is breakfast is good, nice coffee and noodles.

Nice stay. Worth paying a bit more to stay here. Very convenient to move around to anywhere in Yichang. Next to the hotel, is a bug shopping mall where you can find yourself a lot of foods, shop for clothes and look for entertainment The staff is very friendly, greeting and offer helps. The environment is ambient and clean offer you a very comfortable stay.

My recent stay at this hotel near to Wuhan Railway Station was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient, especially for travelers like myself who rely on seamless transportation connections. Being just minutes away from Wuhan Railway Station made exploring the city effortless. Despite its proximity to the bustling station, the hotel managed to provide a tranquil oasis amidst the urban buzz. Upon entering my room, I was delighted by the spaciousness and meticulous attention to detail. The room exuded a sense of elegance and comfort, offering ample space to unwind after a day of exploration. The amenities provided were thoughtfully curated, catering to every need of the discerning traveler. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. The staff members went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their genuine hospitality and attentiveness made me feel valued as a guest, and I was continually impressed by their professionalism and willingness to accommodate my requests. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast experience. The hotel's culinary offerings surpassed all expectations, with a delectable array of dishes to suit every palate. From freshly baked pastries to traditional Chinese delicacies, each morning was a culinary delight that provided the perfect start to my day of exploration.

Located opposite the Optics Valley shopping district within walking distance and near East Lake, it is within reach of many places of interest. Staff are professional and friendly, but lack attention to details. There are plenty of facilities like swimming pool and gym but only accessible to members who own a yearly membership. These facilities are outsourced to third-party contractor. It doesn't make sense for travelers who stay for a few days to buy a year membership just to utilize the facilities.

We stayed for a total of six nights. The first night, we felt that the room air-con was not cold enough and we asked for another room which was granted. A fan and a Wi-Fi router were even supplied to us. All in all… it was pleasant throughout. The front office were very friendly and helpful. Should we visit Wuhan again in the future, we will definitely stay in this hotel.
