The hotel has not been opened soon, the scale is large, the parking lot is downstairs, the lobby is tall, the room is fully equipped, comfortable and clean, the breakfast environment is good, the dishes are diverse, very suitable for tourists and vacationers!

Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!

Service: Due to our reasons, the reservation was wrong, and the front desk helped us change the room. Thank you very much to the front desk lady! Later, my glasses fell off while eating breakfast, and the front desk also helped us put them away. Thank you. Room: The room was clean and tidy without any odor. There was a Gree air purifier and two snacks were given. Hot spring: It was too hot during the day, so we swam and played for a while before taking a hot spring bath. It was very comfortable. Breakfast: As shown in the picture, there are many varieties of breakfast and it is delicious.

Service: From the ladies in the front office to the aunts in the restaurant, the service staff I have interacted with are very attentive and attentive, and their enthusiasm makes people feel very comfortable. Location: It is quite convenient to go anywhere in Enshi City, and parking is free when you check in. Basically, there is nothing to fault. I hope that the overall standard of hotels in Enshi will become higher and higher. This is the first choice hotel when I return to Enshi.

Service: The service is very enthusiastic. There are a lot of people in the hall when checking in, but there are still people welcoming guests and informing the location of the parking lot. We were here in yichang for a night stopover after our cruise docked. Location of Hotel is abt 2.5km away from Wanda Plaza / Three Gorges cruise center. Taxi is easily available for just RMB 8, 10 mins drive away. The room is smart voice enabled XiaoDu similar to Google. So spacious, comfortable, modern, very clean & functional. Has amazing views of the river. Really loved this hotel. Breakfast spread is good mostly Asian cuisine.

A great hotel but no AC (they say they have it but it simply doesn’t work) is probably a deal breaker for a lot of people. I wanted to like it more than I did because the room and amenities were good otherwise

Staying in this hotel again, the accommodation experience is getting better and better! The smiling service of the ladies and brothers at the front desk is heart-warming. The lobby has been upgraded to include a parent-child playground. The rooms are clean and bright. After the rain, the view of the beautiful mountains and rivers is refreshing. There are also supporting restaurants and a gym, which is very cost-effective! Highly recommended for business travel!

The location is very nice but our room faced another building which was not the best view possible. Anyway, despite the big amount of visitors, the manager helped us to change room and provided us a better service. The swimming pool was super cold, which clearly was not suitable for me and my kids. Breakfast on the average for this level of hotel. After all I believe the price was too high compared with other hotels in the same area. I want to prize the manager and for his support, but generally I would not recommend this hotel.

I was on a business trip to Shiyan and was recommended to this hotel by a friend. The hotel's heating was sufficient and not cold at all. The location was good, takeaways could be delivered to the room, and it was very convenient to travel. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and helped prepare the invoice in advance. The room was also very clean and hygienic. It is worth recommending and I will stay here again next time.
