This stay was truly heartwarming. A special thank you to Rita, whose service was meticulous and thoughtful; she even proactively reminded us about changes in the weather, making us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to transportation, making getting around hassle-free. The room was quiet and comfortable with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, the experience was gentle and reassuring – a truly therapeutic stay. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely be back!
This is the second time I have stayed here. The room is very spacious. Although it is an old hotel, I can feel the quality of the decoration and the facilities are complete. The hotel is very large, and the greenery, water system, pavilions and towers are all very beautiful. It is like living in a big park. It is a good choice for travel and leisure. It is very close to Kongtong Mountain Scenic Area, less than ten minutes' drive. We climbed Kongtong Mountain on the first day and brought the elderly with us. It rained on the second day. Just walk around the hotel and go to the swimming pool for free. The elderly had a lot of fun and were not tired. In the afternoon, we enjoyed the scenery, drank tea and chatted on the terrace of the room, and went to the restaurant to eat delicious hand-pulled lamb in the evening. The service staff are very enthusiastic, especially the Xiao Li team in the guest room building No. 5, who made us really feel what it means to feel at home. Thank you very much. I will stay here next time.

This time, we took a road trip and stayed at the NUO Hotel here. The overall service was surprisingly good... I initially thought it would be an older, more dated hotel, but the environment was actually incredibly clean. It's quite impressive how well they maintain such cleanliness. The hotel also has an underground parking garage, which is free and perfect for those driving. The room facilities are very well-maintained, and importantly, the restaurant floor was spotless, not sticky at all, and the tableware on the tables was neat and clean. The hotel's fourth floor connects directly to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. The service attitude was also genuinely great – not overly intrusive, but also not neglectful, just perfectly balanced. Plus, the overall room rate was very reasonable. I had a really excellent impression! Hope they keep up the great work!

After half a month of traveling, this is by far the most comfortable place I've stayed. The decor has its own unique style, not like those generic hotels you see everywhere. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the lighting and little trinkets. Plus, all the amenities work perfectly and are super convenient – everything you need is there. The shower has great water pressure, the hairdryer is effective, and the Wi-Fi is incredibly fast. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and bright. It's perfect whether you're relaxing in or heading out to explore. For this price, getting all these perks is truly amazing value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next summer.

The hotel's private car driver contacted me in advance for airport pick-up, and within a short 5-minute drive, I already felt the warmth of Lanzhou locals. Miss He at the front desk proactively upgraded my room, offering a panoramic view of the T3 terminal runway. As night fell, the light and shadow of planes taking off and landing resembled a dynamic art painting. The hallway transformed into an immersive art gallery, with Qingyang shadow puppetry (an intangible cultural heritage) displays and Dunhuang-inspired decorations complementing each other, making every step resonate with the rhythm of Silk Road culture.
The room design is a 'detail-lover's dream.' The smart room control system adjusts lighting and curtains with a single touch. The bathroom, with its wet/dry separation, is equipped with high-end amenities, especially the extra-large bathtub paired with soft lighting. While washing away travel fatigue, I could also gaze at the airport's night view through the floor-to-ceiling windows, making a business trip feel like a holiday. The bedding was just the right firmness, and with the windows closed, the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a full night's sleep even though it's close to the runway. The dining was equally impressive. The breakfast at Xuanhe All-Day Dining combined local Gansu cuisine specialties with Western classics. The freshly made beef noodles had a rich broth, complemented by fresh fruits and freshly ground coffee, starting the day with energy. The gym facilities were professional, allowing me to stretch and relax even during business breaks.
Four-star pricing, five-star experience, and an even higher level of cultural resonance. Lanzhou Airport PARKVUE is not just a hotel; it's a cultural emblem of the Silk Road air hub – transforming a fleeting stopover into a poetic journey. Worth experiencing!

I personally found this hotel to be quite good. It's very close to the Yellow River, making it convenient for riverside strolls and sightseeing. The Gansu Provincial Museum is also not far, within walking distance. The hotel upgraded me to a viewing room, which was quite spacious, so my stay was pleasant.

I think, apart from the little hiccup with the dining, this hotel is highly recommendable in all other aspects. The booking included a hot pot set meal with beef shabu-shabu for dinner, which was probably worth around 300 RMB. The dining staff, however, definitely need to improve their service; they were too arrogant. I hadn't paid close attention to the menu before, specifically the discrepancy between the listed meat dishes and what was actually served. Since the hot pot seemed to have very few meat options, I ordered an 88 RMB plate of lamb dumplings, which was tiny, only 24 pieces? It was then that I thought to check the dishes, and I realized that the food served was inconsistent with what was listed in the order, and they hadn't even informed us (it was called a 'beef shabu-shabu hot pot,' but there was no beef shabu-shabu or yak meat duck feet that were supposed to be in the set meal). There was also no fruit platter and no juice. When we discovered this and asked the server, she said they just provide whatever is available in the restaurant at the time. She then offered to send us a plate of fruit, to which I replied that a fruit platter was included in the set meal. That's when the server dropped a classic line: ”What's listed on the menu isn't necessarily what we have to provide!” I asked, ”Then what's the point of having the set meal contents written in the agreement?” Finally, I asked her if she could take responsibility for what she was saying, and if she needed to consult her manager. Only after a lot of back and forth, and me fighting for my rights, did they finally appease us with a portion of lamb. Honestly, that 88 RMB dumpling dish was a rip-off, and the hot pot set meal being different was also a rip-off. The way they responded when I tried to claim my rights was also terrible. Luckily, I asked her if she could be held accountable for her words, which helped me salvage my legitimate rights. I think, apart from the dining incident, this hotel is highly recommendable in all other aspects.

The room was great and offered excellent value for money. The front desk service was fantastic and very responsive. The only downside was the room service, which was a bit slow, but I assume that was due to staff shortages during the New Year period. The hotel has a nice night view and a very good location.
Dissatisfied. First, the room was poorly soundproofed. I could hear my neighbors opening and closing doors and talking, and I didn't get a good night's sleep. Soundproofing is a minimum requirement. Second, the breakfast was limited in variety. The juice was hot, but the toast didn't have butter. The restaurant was small, and we happened to run into a tour group of elderly people, which was a poor experience. Third, the room was actually small, the hallway was narrow, and the bathroom wasn't separate; the door faced the bed directly, which was a design issue. The service was acceptable, and a souvenir was given upon check-out. Objectively speaking, it's a far cry from the Four Points by Sheraton Dunhuang and the Novotel Jiayuguan I stayed at the previous two nights. After all, it's a hotel of this level and price.
The hotel's location wasn't good; the noise from outside traffic at night really affected my sleep. Despite specifically requesting a quiet room in advance, I wasn't given one, and even after asking to switch rooms later that evening, it was still very noisy. It was a terrible experience. I'm leaving Tianshui early and won't be back.
This morning, we drove over three hours to Tianshui and checked into the Four Points by Sheraton, which opened earlier this year and is supposedly the most upscale hotel in the city. After a short nap, we drove to Fuxi Temple and Tianshui Museum in the afternoon. The entire drive was a nightmare; electric bikes and pedestrians randomly weaving through the fast lane created utter chaos. Neither Fuxi Temple nor the museum were impressive, and the sightseeing felt disorganized and messy.
We specifically went to Qingshi Lane to buy crispy little flower buns and also picked up some Gangu chili powder as a souvenir. For dinner, we bought braised pork belly sandwiches from Longxi and tried mala tang for the first time. It wasn't terrible, but definitely not great either. My planned three-day trip has been cut short again and again; I've decided to visit Maijishan Grottoes tomorrow morning and then head straight back to Xi'an. The Maijishan Grottoes are quite unique, with charges per grotto. I guess Tianshui is just one of those places that's neither fun nor has good food [grinning face].

JJan 冉彦Great hotel. Close to the airport and near a park area. Good to relax. The hotel is very new, the rooms and the service are great, Nana did a great job. The breakfast is very relaxing, nice atmosphere, local and international dishes. The gym and the pool are great. I can warmly recommend
GGuest UserWe were not impressed, especially for the price. We've stayed at hotels that are similarly priced and expected much better.
To be fair, the hotel itself is beautiful. The architecture, the room interiors, and the breakfast and drinks to get were all very nice.
However, the problems started at arrival. We were told the afternoon tea was cancelled and the restaurant was fully booked because of an event. No one told us this in advance, which was very disappointing.
The check-in was disorganized. The receptionist (who was also the manager) turned away to help someone else while I was still talking to her. She didn't give us our room keys, saying the bell boy would open the door. But when we got to the room, the bell boy had to walk all the way back to get the keys. The bell boys were actually very friendly and helpful—the only good part.
To make things stranger, the female manager called me a few hours after we checked out. She asked how the event affected our stay. I was busy and rushing around, and the call worried me—I thought I had left something behind. Asking for our opinion after we left was too late. They should have asked us during our stay, or better yet, informed us before we even arrived.
So, while the place is beautiful, the poor communication and service ruined the experience. We wouldn't stay here again for the price.

GGuest UserNice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

Service: I have a lot to say about the service. I booked this hotel because it offered a shuttle service. I had already arranged for a pick-up. Just before my train arrived, I realized it was Lanzhou Station, not Lanzhou West. I quickly contacted the front desk, and they said they only pick up from West Station. I said, 'Alright then, Ctrip's main page didn't specify which station.' So I decided I'd just use the drop-off service later, as I was staying one night and leaving from West Station the next day. When I arrived at the hotel, I tried to book the drop-off service, but the front desk said they didn't have anyone at 6:30 AM; they start at 7 or 8 AM. I said, 'Your shuttle service is really great! I booked this hotel for the shuttle service, and I didn't get to use it for either pick-up or drop-off.' I'm truly speechless. I've attached screenshots of my booking page.

LLongfellow-LukeI stayed in Wudu for four or five days. This was the only hotel that truly deserved its reputation as a local five-star hotel. It had a gym and swimming pool. The front desk service was excellent. During check-in, the young man and woman at the front desk helped upgrade my room for free, and Cherry and the lady on duty were also very helpful during check-out. I won't need to change hotels next time I come. I'll definitely stay here again.
FFanqieduoduolaileThe hotel is located right in Lanzhou Old Street, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff (the young lady) was very friendly. Breakfast was also delicious, and they even make fresh hand-pulled beef noodles! It's fantastic! It's also close to Matan Metro Station, making it convenient for getting around.
