Everything was perfect , starting from welcoming us upto leaving the hotel we were greeted and made to feel spaecial.
In-room dining and morning breakfast was also superbly arranged and staffs were very kind and underastanding with a smile always.

It was a two night stay. Hotel is strategically located, food is marvelous specifically veg jhal frazee, breakfast spread is really great, amenities are okay and staff are presentable and well mannered, very prompt.

Staff was helpful, location is convenient, beds comfy. WiFi sometimes was a little slow and hot water in the shower spare because of the boiler. Overall recommend staying here!

My husband used this hotel as a base for a 2 week business trip. The staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs. The location is in the heart of New Town which is very green. I’d stay here again if I have to visit for work.

Hotel cleanliness was not up to the mark, receptionist was not helpful at all and very unfriendly behaviour. Bed sheets and pillow cover were dirty ***** with towel, toilet was also not hygienic. Light bulbs not in working condition. But restaurant was good, food was good and staffs of the restaurant were friendly.

The hotel room was good, but the problem was you will hear random vehicle noise as flyover is just infront of it, the main problem was in bathroom, the shower is not working, the water coming from the tap is very slow. Other than that the staffs was very polite.

GGuest UserOne of best hotel in darjeeling to stay between the beautiful mountains, the view of hills/mountain from window balcony is also awesome. Food is also excellent. All staff are very friendly and cooperatives. Tour package from hotel is also awesome.

GGuest UserExtremely convenient location for all kinds of amenities - like food outlets, taxi pick up/drop off, shopping stores - stayed for quite a few days at a stretch - staff were friendly and willing to extent necessary assistance as and when required. Room was cozy and comfortable. Overtime, i got more settled in my room. Only suggestion is about the cleanliness of certain areas which can be supervised - it has lots of improvement scopes.
