5-Star Hotels in Puntarenas, Costa Rica

The service at this hotel was very good, and the food was okay. The main issue was the room. The curtains had holes, and the walls were so thin you could hear absolutely everything, even just people opening their luggage in other rooms. The shower was in the bathtub, and the water would just pool up while we were showering. The room just wasn't comfortable :(

The hotel service was wonderful, however for charging so much per night, it needs new common area furniture, the common areas smell old and musty, needs hot water in the shower, new mattresses in the rooms and a new remote control for the tv. The AC did not go down beyond 74.

Отличный пляжный отель. Очень комфортные номера- у нас был на втором этаже. Шикарный кофе в номере с прессом в номере. Пляж у отеля прекрасный. Забота и внимание персонала с очень удобной коммуникацией через WhatsApp. Бесплатная удобная парковка. Романтичный уютный бассейн.

The public area gets rather crowded at times, especially the pool. The Hotel is a tag overrated I believe. The room is decent but the facilities are lacking. Would be nice to have more choices of food choices and such.
