This is by far the most impressive place that we have stayed during our trip. It's new, great design with a lot of details to blend in Chinese style, i.e., water tap design, bed spread, and cushion. The owners are very friendly and booked the tickets for us at discounted prices. They even provide one complimentary trip to pick up or drop off from the bus station station. The lift made it very convenient with luggage. The only downside if I have to pick one is the location. It's not located in the main town centre side, and it takes about 25 minutes to walk to the East gate, but the price is also lower. Great value for money. One thing worth mentioning is that the small shops around can be pricy, it is definitely worth walking to the town centre for some reasonable priced shops. Overall, it is a great place to stay, value for money, and highly recommended.

The room was quite comfortable, and the location was excellent – perfect for visiting nearby attractions, taking photos, and with plenty of food choices right downstairs. The staff were extremely polite and enthusiastic, always ready to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend staying near Taiping Street instead of Wuyi Square. Wuyi is mostly just shopping malls and gets incredibly crowded. This area is closer to the subway station and Orange Isle, offers all the essential Taiping Street delicacies, and is convenient for visiting Wenheyou and enjoying riverside walks. For my next visit, I'll consider staying at Beitai for even more convenience.

The place was great. It was near to the stores and food stalls. The lady in the reception was of great help in booking our tours, we got discounts and well detailed plan to do the tour. All the details were of great help in navigating the canyon and the forest park. The only thing that needs improvement is the shower as it was kind of difficult to take a shower.

An excellent choice for a solo traveler, for sure. The hospitality is through the roof, the location is super convenient for active sightseeing and getting around, also the room (highly recommend upgrading for the ones on 17th floor) has a spectacular city + mountain view making it nice and cozy to stay in on a lazy day

Facilities: Overall, the facilities are excellent. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, are conveniently located near the front desk. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the Xiang River. Cleanliness: Good. Ambiance: Good. Service: The service was excellent. The staff were very attentive; they often added guests on WeChat to communicate details and provided great recommendations for local eateries. There's also a small cat at the front desk! However, he seems to prefer female guests, so male guests should be cautious when trying to pet him.

During my recent trip to Zhangjiajie, I stayed at this hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. I arrived late at night without having booked any tickets for my visits, and as a solo traveler, I was a little anxious about how I’d manage everything. To my relief, the family who runs this, went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and memorable. From the very beginning, their support was incredible. They personally helped me arrange tickets for Tianmen Mountain early the next morning, and carefully guided me on how to reach the cable car, how to navigate the routes, and the best ways to explore the mountain. She even secured my entry tickets for Zhangjiajie National Park for the same day and the following day. Throughout my trip, she kept in touch with me on WeChat, giving me step-by-step guidance on where to go and how to get there — something I deeply appreciated as a solo traveler in an unfamiliar city. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. My room was very clean, thoughtfully prepared, and stocked with everything I needed, including bottled water and full toiletries. The location, though tucked slightly inside two small lanes, was excellent — very close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station and surrounded by lively street food stalls that made evening walks delightful. What really stood out was the warmth and dedication of the staff, whose help made my Zhangjiajie trip seamless and stress-free. This place is not only a comfortable place to stay but also a haven of genuine hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area, especially solo travelers looking for extra support and guidance.

Perfect hotel, very clean, has a wonderful atmosphere, best location next to famous icons and great coffee and juices. The husband and wife are very nice who run the hotel and went out of their way to make sure my stay was the best. The Owner speaks great English and can help with advice and travel. I spent a lot of time with their dog taking him for a walk, playing football or for a swim. His really a great dog. One of the best hotels I have stayed in my life, highly recommend if you are looking for a hotel to choose this one will make your stay all the better in this Ancient City.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing almost everything you could need. The front desk also offers laundry service. The service from check-in to check-out was excellent throughout, genuinely warm and welcoming; staff greeted us with smiles and friendly chatter as soon as we entered. The location is great, and the rooms are clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, they offer complimentary luggage storage after check-out, which is a huge bonus!

Traveling with the elderly, I came from Jinggangshan to rest for one night. The journey was tired and the weather was not very good. I chose several mid-way cities and finally the best distance to Pucheng. I picked many hotels with their own shortcomings. Yijia first attracted me. The 1.5 rice bed, everyone can stretch out and sleep. Other hotels do not have such twin beds. Facilities: The elevator can directly reach the underground parking lot and various floors, the room is fully equipped, close to the business hotel Hygienic: very clean, my room is diagonally opposite the laundry room, I can see the hotel cleaning towels Environment: The neighborhood is like a living area, not the Ailian Square near the government. There is a big supermarket downstairs. The opposite road is the Sun Plaza. It is convenient to eat, live and travel. There is no traffic noise when you open the window at night. Service: The front desk lady answered and solved many problems for me, thank you very much, the room service attitude is also warm and friendly In addition, Zhangzhou has been here many times, the first time I entered Zhangzhou, if I come to Zhangzhou again, I will choose here. It is comfortable to live and it should not be far from other attractions. I also want to boast about the heating, no noise, and the temperature is stable. I really can't think of anything that needs to be improved for a while. Or can you consider adding breakfast in the future... Our first stop on our Zhangjiajie trip. We arrived at Hehua Airport at 10:30 PM and got to the hotel at 11:00 PM. We booked a family room, which was great value for money. The location is fantastic, less than a 500-meter walk from the lower station of the Tianmen Mountain cable car, and surrounded by many eateries. The owner was very friendly and offered complimentary luggage storage. After exploring Tianmen Mountain the next day, we took a taxi to the National Forest Park in the evening. It only took about 40 minutes to reach our next hotel there, which was very convenient.
