Love this place!! Definitely will return many many times!!
The only small downside was the cigarette smell from the street. My ground-floor room was next to a rubbish bin. With the window open at night (since my roommate preferred fresh air), the smoke woke me up. However, this was just a minor issue in an otherwise fantastic stay!
Located about 2km from the town centre and quiet, offering a panoramic view of the arid landscape on the outskirts if Coober Pedy. Some rooms are 'dugouts', others are cabins. The cabins are spacious and equipped with air-conditioning, ensuite bathroom with separate shower, refrigerator, TV and so on. A good safe option for a two night stay and recommended
During our recent stay at the motel, we found it to be a budget-friendly option that met our basic needs. However, I would hesitate to recommend this place due to the dates bathroom facilities. The use of a curtain instead of a proper door was a disappointment, and the overall appearance of the room was worn, with noticeable old carpet odors and cigarette stains/burns. Given these factors, we will not consider returning to this motel for our next trip.
Room and facilities were well kept and clean. The apartment was spacious and although it was only 2 of us staying, it would be great if you were travelling with friends of kids. Super close to the beach and main road with food and shopping, but not so close that you get heaps of noise from people. Parking was easily accessible, and would be good for any vehicle as it was open air parking.
Very comfortable beds, friendly staff and a great, central location. I loved the church bells in the morning, too. I would definitely book again.
Check out Z wines (the wine bar up the street). Friday evenings are great, and the wines are lovely - do the tasting.
For a well priced amd tasty meal, check out the Kampung Kitchen down the road.

GGuest UserRecommend to backpackers!
The atmosphere is great and the accommodation is great.
The location is also close to Rundle shopping center.
Best because the bus terminal and train station are nearby

GGuest UserThe restaurant downstairs is very good, there is a supermarket and a hamburger pizza shop nearby, and it is close to the airport. You can walk to the airport in half an hour.

Oolly & meaganGreat stay, lots to do for everyone. Very relaxing holiday with all activities for the kids in a central location and at our door step.
Accommodation was extremely clean, had air con/fans and heaters in all bedrooms and living room.
Was very impressed with our stay.
LLiang90The sanitation is worrying. The bed sheets were not changed. I saw some body hair on the bed sheets and had to ask the staff to change them. The stains on the bathroom mirror showed that it had not been cleaned.
DDanni LaiI went there with a worried mood at first, but unexpectedly I felt it was very good and I liked it quite a lot. The cleaning was also done great. The service counter is also very high-tech and very friendly. Even if you don't speak English, she will patiently communicate with you through a translator. You can feel at ease even if you don't speak English.
Give five hearts.
