Really welcoming and friendly staff who were eager to help wherever they could. We arrived here at the end of our trip from Melbourne along the Great Ocean Road to Adelaide, so the comfort was very much appreciated after spending nights sleeping and living in a campervan. The hostel itself is very clean and maintained. There are multiple TV rooms, a massive chill-out area, and bathrooms that feel more like a hotel than a hostel. We booked a private room with shared bathroom. The room was a good size, with a balcony, a desk, and 2 large, comfortable double bed. It was also air-conditioned. The kitchen is large and well equipped, with multiple fridges and stovetops, as well as a microwave, cleaning products, and recycling facilities. The only downside is that some guests could be tidier and put their things away after washing up / cooking. The location is excellent — right in the centre of the city. You can walk everywhere: the bus station, supermarkets, China/Asian town, restaurants, and Adelaide Central Market are all just minutes away. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily stay again.

It's not like your usual experience, there is no reception to collect key. The hotel is in the main street, need to go into the bar to collect key and then drive short distance to motel rooms. There are 5 rooms in a row, very quiet lovely location. Our room was great, bed comfortable, air con was on when we arrived, so room was fresh and not stuffy. Plenty of towels, extra blankets if required. All the standard motel accessories. No microwave, but not required. So close to many cafes and eateries. Eveything in walking distance. Easily recommended for 1-2 nights stay. We will definatley be back

Recommend to backpackers! The atmosphere is great and the accommodation is great. The location is also close to Rundle shopping center. Best because the bus terminal and train station are nearby

The restaurant downstairs is very good, there is a supermarket and a hamburger pizza shop nearby, and it is close to the airport. You can walk to the airport in half an hour.

Tbf most reviews were bad, but the place was alright. The lady who taking care of the building seemed harsh at first, but she’s actually very kind and friendly. The building is unique, especially the hallway and bathroom. My 2ndfloor room had wooden pieces on the floor like they were still fixing something, but it looked pretty cool. FYI You also get warm clean towels filled up all the time!

Our host was most helpful. Unfortunately, the plumbing block but staff were able to fix the problem. The pub was a fine old Aussie bush hotel with a lot of tradition behind it. The Indian curry was a bit ordinary. But good service, ample sized room and great location for day trips into the Flinders Ranges.

Great stay, lots to do for everyone. Very relaxing holiday with all activities for the kids in a central location and at our door step. Accommodation was extremely clean, had air con/fans and heaters in all bedrooms and living room. Was very impressed with our stay.

Absolutely fantastic view, fabulous room, easy walking distance to everything. Will definitely use again. Only thing annoying was getting an AI bot answering the phone, prefer to talk to a person as it makes it more personable

The sanitation is worrying. The bed sheets were not changed. I saw some body hair on the bed sheets and had to ask the staff to change them. The stains on the bathroom mirror showed that it had not been cleaned.

Located about 2km from the town centre and quiet, offering a panoramic view of the arid landscape on the outskirts if Coober Pedy. Some rooms are 'dugouts', others are cabins. The cabins are spacious and equipped with air-conditioning, ensuite bathroom with separate shower, refrigerator, TV and so on. A good safe option for a two night stay and recommended
