The tram stop is right downstairs, which is very convenient. In fact, most of the main attractions in the city center are within walking distance. The breakfast was very hearty, and we had a wonderful two days in Oslo.

The hotel is centrally located in Oslo, with many major attractions just a short walk away, which made exploring the city very convenient. The room was okay and comfortable enough for our stay. However, during winter it could feel quite cold since the heating system is centralized and not individually adjustable.
That said, we truly loved the breakfast!! There was a great variety of food, and the free-flow coffee was definitely a highlight for us. It was so nice to be able to enjoy as many cups as we wanted, especially on cold winter.

The hotel was in the city center and really convinient.
Unfortunately I changed my room twice because of some issues (Heater didn't work. Wifi is gone.) and it was a bit stressful but a reception staff tried to give me some alternatives very kindly. Maintainance of facilities can be better.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of various attractions. City Hall is a two-minute walk away; Pipervika, the Oslo Fjord pier, is just a few steps left from the hotel; Akershus Fortress; the National Theatre, the Royal Palace, the Main Sculpture Park...
The room was small but comfortable, and hot water was available from the coffee machine near the front desk. The front desk service was excellent. Check-in was not until 3:00 PM, so I left my luggage and went out to explore. Overall, it was a great value.

The hotel had great communal facilities, and I particularly appreciated the shared kitchen. However, upon check-in, we were initially given an attic room, which was quite puzzling. After contacting Trip.com customer service, we were moved to a much larger and more spacious room. On the downside, the staff's attitude was rather indifferent. The soundproofing in the room was terrible; there was constant screaming outside our window and car racing late into the night, so I wouldn't really recommend it.

The room is way much smaller than I expect unless you don't have many baggage. However, the room is clean and water flow comes from the faucet and hand shower are quite strong and warm. The room is super quite and the there are a variety of food and diversify drink and coffee for breakfast you can select. The hotel location is near downtown of Oslo for 3 mins walk. It's so convenient to buy everything you want in Oslo.
The room was spotlessly clean. Although it's a bit of a walk from the city center, it's situated in a very safe neighborhood. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Booked a double room with a large bed, the room was full, and the shower gel and shampoo were quite quality. Breakfast was excellent, coffee juice tea, hot food, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, sausage, etc., especially recommended scrambled eggs. Living on the 6th floor this time, the window is facing the street and the building.

Love the location, being located right at the side of a mall, also next to the train station and Hard Rock Cafe too. Room is ok too. The breakfast is served at a restaurant a few steps away from the hotel. Variety is fine but there were too many people and many tables were left uncleaned. There’s a female Asian staff there at the restaurant who was very rude and raised her voice at me when I asked if she could clear the table. Hotel concierge was quick to explain to me that the restaurant is not part of it.

This was an awesome location hotel and loved that it included free breakfast with as expensive as Norway is this definitely took one expense off our minds. Was in a good location to food, the Oslo train and bus station and more. Also across the street from a little store for those late night munchies

GGuest UserJust a few minutes' walk from Oslo Central Station. The room was a decent size. There's no kettle, and housekeeping is only every four days, but most people visiting Oslo are just passing through and usually only stay a couple of days, so four-day cleaning is acceptable. Breakfast was better than I expected, with meat, eggs, dairy, vegetables, and fruit. The staff were also very diligent about refilling dishes and clearing tables.

GGuest UserTruly one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well accommodated and comfortable throughout. When we arrived at the hotel it was 11AM, so I mentioned to the front desk staff that I know it was far too early for us to receive our room (check in is typically at 3PM) and that we would like to simply drop off our bags. Without any special requests, the front desk staff immediately prepared our room keys of us to check in right away, which was hugely appreciated since we had caught a very early morning flight in. We loved the room. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, although a bit tight but that's what we expected for hotel rooms in Europe. The bathroom was well fitted and had all the basic toiletries required (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), however we hoped to have body lotion as well, so we asked housekeeping whether any was available and they immediately brought 3 LARGE bottles for each of us to use. I have never seen such massive toiletries and in such generous quantities supplied at any hotel before, which again made us feel very well taken care of. Finally on our check out day our flight was not until 6PM and since checkout is typically at 11AM I requested for just a 1 hr extension. Although they were very busy for it being the beginning of summer holidays, without any hesitation the front desk staff extended our checkout time to 3PM. I was once again very pleasantly surprised and appreciative. My last note is to touch on the complimentary tea and coffee always available in the lobby, as well as the fabulous buffet breakfast they served. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!
GGuest UserThe hotel is a 10-minute walk from the central station and close to the pedestrian street and the church. The room is quite spacious, and overall, it offers good value for money. The only downside is there's a construction site nearby.
TtorinessApartment in great location - easy and picturesque walk or quick subway to central station and downtown area. Great little kitchenette to cook your own meals to save $ with supermarket nearby. Bathroom with washing machine, our washed clothes dried overnight hung up in bathroom because of floor heating. Easy & quick check in process even though no reception. There are staff on site - I got extra towels as soon as I asked. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Oslo.

GGuest UserGreat location. The breakfast buffet had a big variety of food and I really enjoyed it. The lounge was cozy and staff was really nice.
However, the room is not worth the price I paid for. The room is small with the sink and mirror facing the bed. It is impractical to have the sink in the main room, and to have the mirror facing the bed, which has bad spritual meaning. Toothbrushes are not included, and there is no hair conditioner. There is also no air conditioning, but it is okay since Oslo is a cold city. There are several bugs in the corner of the room, and stains could be seen everywhere. The shower is insanely small, which is not friendly for people with bigger body types. There is also no physical lock in the door of the rooms.
Overall, everything about the hotel is nice except the room.
QQimazhangjianSoloshijieThe guy at the front desk was really friendly and specifically told me about the free hot water. The room was clean and tidy. I've stayed at this brand before in Oslo, and overall, it's great value for money. Overall, it's still clean and dry.
AAI CHEN CHUALocation is really good. In the middle of the shopping street and very close to the train station. Room is very clean and they provide small helpful items that you may need such as a water bottle. Bed is single size. I didn't know that the check in can be done via their website to get the access code. But I managed to sort it out soon.
Really value for money in Oslo!
