3-Star Hotels in Western Region, Iceland

Very satisfied with a stay. We chose this hotel’s cabin, which is about 50-100 meters away from the sea, with the glass door facing the black mountain in front. It's about a distance from the front desk, but you can park in front of the door. There are 5 cabins connected. Because we have two people staying together, the front desk specially left us two relatively adjacent cabins. This night’s stay was great. The cabin was not special in appearance, but it was well equipped with kitchen equipment, dining table and sofa, and the bathroom was also great. There are also very good heating facilities, which can be switched on and off at any time. That night we cooked dinner in our room and went to the open-air hot spring pool outside the hotel. We could also make free hot chocolate in the lobby. We went to the beach to watch a perfect sunset at 10:30 in the evening.

The location is very good.

Although I cannot see the northern light due to the weather issue, I think the apartment is a good spot to see it if the sky is clear. Besides, I think the instruction is very clear as I arrive there already 8pm, i can still do my late check in by myself smoothly.

We booked a triple room, the hotel was very intimate, the double bed plus a bed room type, divided into three beds for us. thank you very much! 👍👍👍  There is a small tea area and a small refrigerator in the room. The windows are small and the room will be stuffy. The bathroom is large, but the toilet 🚽 equipment is old. Breakfast is OK, but unfortunately the fruit seems to be canned 🥫 expired and has a sour taste. -”The front desk and breakfast service staff are not good, there is nothing to eat in the hotel restaurant and nearby gas station at night, a very remote place. Overall, it was the best night we slept in Iceland. Thank you very much for the quiet and comfortable three-story bed.

Stayed in one of the cabins in February with my husband and 3 month old son. The location is stunning, the cabin was perfect, very cosy and calming. Weveach took a turn walking tonyhe steam room in the snow, it was an amazing experience! Buffet breakfast was great and staff were all friendly l. Would stay here again!

Facilities: Very user-friendly place, convenient parking Hygienic: Super clean and the bed is very comfortable! ! The important thing is! The breakfast wife wife is delicious! ! Must have breakfast! Don't be deceived by his unremarkable appearance! Hate yourself can't live one more day! Every day I go home is missing the degree! Service: We went late, but the little brother at the front desk was very good and the communication was very smooth! Have a wonderful day on the peninsula

The hotel is a bit similar to a camp, there is a sculpture park, very special, there are hot springs, streams, and a group of white swans living on the mountain. The environment is very good. I see the aurora at night. Unfortunately, there are too many clouds and most of the aurora are blocked.

雖然入住這天是大霧天，但依然能感受到自然和民宿的美，管理員為我們非常詳細的介紹了民宿的各個角落，民宿內的氛圍超級棒，據説建築者是一對藝術家夫婦，確實能感受到他們的藝術品味與巧思，建築物內部還有和藝術家合作的展覽區域。很適合喜歡鄉野氣息又愛藝術氛圍的人入住。民宿也可以第二天早上決定需不需要追加早餐服務，我們因為行程安排提早離開了，但有看到營養均衡的自助早餐擺盤

Das Apartment auf der schönen Halbinsel Snæfellsnes hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war mit einer kleinen eingerichteten Küche gut ausgestattet, auch eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Toaster gab es. Die Betten waren bequem, es gab Schränke, neben der Sitzgruppe noch eine Couch zum Ausziehen. Zu dritt hatten wir genügend Platz. Den Zugangscode haben wir jedoch nicht von Trip.Com erhalten. Der Vermieter hat auf unsere Anfrage per Mail nicht geantwortet. Vor Ort stand ein Telefon im Treppenhaus mit Telefonnummer, Zettel, Stift. Wir haben angerufen und direkt den Nummerncode erhalten. Das Haus wirkt wie ein ehemaliges Bürogebäude, unser Blick aus dem Fenster ging auf den Parkplatz. Die Bettwäsche war sauber, aber wirkte abgenutzt. Bitte erneuern. In der Nähe gibt es ein Restaurant, Apotheke, Lebensmittel, ein Bad. Frischen Fisch direkt vom Fischer haben wir leider nicht gesehen.

I'm giving 3.5 points to the male receptionist for his excellent service. He was always proactive in asking if I needed help when he saw I had a problem. When my room's heating wasn't working, even though he was busy, he first sent a colleague to check it out (though that person was pretty dismissive, just telling me to wait and that it would heat up soon 🙄). As soon as he was done with his other tasks, he came over with a toolbox to fix it himself. He even repeatedly apologized for the issue, which was very gentlemanly of him. On the other hand, the female receptionist was very perfunctory; she even forgot to give me the entrance code when I checked in, leaving me to freeze outside for quite a while.
