La verdad es que todo estuvo estupendo. Nos encantó tanto la parte del hotel como la del balneario; estuvimos muy cómodos y agusto. La habitación era preciosa, la cama muy cómoda y el baño estaba perfectamente equipado. Los alrededores del hotel son preciosos y el parking es amplio, disponible a cualquier hora. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. El balneario cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una hora de relax. Lo único que no nos gustó fue que, en toda las páginas web de reservas, aparece que el desayuno cuesta 8,50 € por persona, pero nos cobraron 12 € por persona. Sería recomendable que actualizaran esa información.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a seamless travel experience. Its biggest advantage is the incredibly close proximity to the airport, making it perfect for an early flight or a late arrival. I was highly impressed by the spotless cleanliness and the high level of comfort in the rooms. Despite being near the airport and a major highway, the hotel is remarkably quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. The free parking is a significant bonus for those with a rental car. The service was consistently efficient and professional, from a smooth check-in to a quick checkout. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate, offering a solid variety of hot and cold items to fuel your day. My only minor niggle is that the hotel feels a bit overpriced compared to other nearby options. However, you are clearly paying for the sheer convenience, reliability, and those specific perks like free parking. If your priority is a comfortable, quiet, and hassle-free stay right by the airport, this hotel delivers perfectly.

Room is clean and tidy, and people are very nice to you, breakfast is good, too, etc. I will stay at this hotel next time. Thank you for your services.

This hotel is okay for a transit stay, but it's located in an unappealing commercial area. There are only two elevators for a large number of rooms. The room itself is very comfortable and welcoming. The main issue I had was with breakfast: if you only want a croissant (not everyone needs a full buffet for breakfast), you still have to pay 12€ and access the whole buffet. Even though the buffet is just a few meters away, the bar staff couldn't get a croissant because they said, 'it's a separate service.' I've never encountered such an absurd situation. We were only able to get coffee, which, by the way, was very overpriced. The night receptionist was particularly friendly, but check-in took a very long time, even though we were the only ones arriving at that moment.

I was really nicely surprised by this hotel as I wasn’t sure what to expect. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a gas station, restaurant, bar and shop onsite which is helpful for passing travellers. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, not even a kettle, which I think is a nice touch and handy for travellers. The hotel staff was friendly

Centrally located hotel with a good quality bed and bathroom, our room also had a balcony and daily housekeeping.  Reception staff were friendly and we had the option for free tea and coffee 24/7 at the machine.  Cannot comment on breakfast as we did not opt for it.

We have a wonderful experience walking up the hill and locating Avenida Hotel. The views are amazing and looking stunning up the mountain. Great location walking distance to the beach and city. Excellent services at reception and morning breakfast. Easy access to gym and swimming pool.

UN PERSONNEL SOURIANT PARLANT TRÈS BIEN FRANÇAIS MAIS LES DEUX POINT TRÈS MAUVAIS  SONT LA CHAMBRE PMR SUR LE PALIER DIRECTEMENT EN ACCÈS ASCENSEUR ET SURTOUT ACCÈS DE TOUS LES AUTRES CLIENTS QUI AVEC OU SANS ENFANTS N'ONT PAS DE RESPECT POUR LES PERSONNES DES CHAMBRES.  LE PERSONNEL DE SOIR QUI EST JUSTE EN DESSOUS (ÉTAGE NON FERME) ENTEND LES ENFANTS, COURIR ET CRIER NE DISENT RIEN ET CE Jusqu'à 23H 30. REPAS QUI EST DIT RESTAURANT EST PLUS UN SNACKING QU'UN RESTAURANT RAPPORT QUALITÉ PRIX TROP CHER MAIS DÉPANNE D'où le tarif surement. Dommage, car les chambres sont grandes et propre avec un personnel d'accueil et de restauration très souriant.

Excellent niveau de propriété, tout est neuf a l'intérieur. Le service était impeccable même le jour de l'an ! Ce n' est pas loin de l'autoroute mais au calme donc c'est pratique comme étape pour une nuit. La personne a la réception nous a expliqué où aller à San Sébastien et pris le temps de nous dire où il faut se garer etc. Merci !

Een oud en daarmee erg gehorig hotel. Toen bijvoorbeeld mijn bovenburen hun wandelschoenen uitschopten, maakte dat zo'n lawaai dat ik van schrik rechtop in bed zat. Kamer okay, in de zin dat alles er is Niet erg gezellig. Ontbijt basic, bv. slechts 2 soorten hartig broodbeleg. Het avondeten daarentegen (3 gangenmenu met per gang 5 keuzes) was top. Ook de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van de receptionistes was fantastisch. Het hotel is dicht bij zee en 20 minuten lopen van trein en bus.
