GGuest UserOverall, it's a great choice. The airport shuttle runs from 5 AM to 11 PM, every half hour in the early mornings and late evenings, and every 10 minutes during the day. We stayed for three days and rented a car for two of them. Parking was free, and we could take the hotel's airport shuttle to pick up and drop off the rental car at the airport. For pick-up, you need to wait outside the departure gates on the third floor. The shuttle is a black 9-seater Mercedes-Benz. Breakfast is a bit simple, but they offer takeout, which is very convenient. I would definitely come back again.

WWalt from LAOverall good experience, good stay, good price, good sized room. Location was good. Beds were comfortable and not too small. Room was basic but we knew that going in. There was a microwave wave and fridge. It took us a while to figure out the air conditioning but it worked. There wasn’t soap in the bathroom. Some issues were that it being a dorm it didn’t have things that you would find in a hotel room like a blow dryer or cups. So we could heat water in microwave but we had to buy cups to hold the water in. If we had access to a kettle or a blow dryer or mugs, even paying to rent one would have made things easier. The laundry room did not accept coins so we had to download an app to wash our chonies. I’m not sure giving some app my credit info to be able to clean my chonies was worth it.

GGuest UserA True Gem That Feels Like a 4-Star Hotel! My stay at the Sercotel Arenal Bilbao was flawless. The hotel is absolutely spotless, with lovely decor and beautiful views from the room. The entire hotel, from the elegant lobby to my room, was spotless. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work, ensuring a pristine and hygienic environment that immediately made me feel at ease. The reception staff provided excellent, warm service. The breakfast was perfect—not too big, not too small, but just the right selection for an amazing start to the day. The management is clearly doing a fantastic job. With this level of quality and attention to detail, this hotel truly operates like a four-star property. I can't wait to return.

LE PERSONNEL DE SOIR QUI EST JUSTE EN DESSOUS (ÉTAGE NON FERME) ENTEND LES ENFANTS, COURIR ET CRIER NE DISENT RIEN ET CE Jusqu'à 23H 30.
REPAS QUI EST DIT RESTAURANT EST PLUS UN SNACKING QU'UN RESTAURANT RAPPORT QUALITÉ PRIX TROP CHER MAIS DÉPANNE D'où le tarif surement.
Dommage, car les chambres sont grandes et propre avec un personnel d'accueil et de restauration très souriant.

AAnonymous UserEen oud en daarmee erg gehorig hotel. Toen bijvoorbeeld mijn bovenburen hun wandelschoenen uitschopten, maakte dat zo'n lawaai dat ik van schrik rechtop in bed zat. Kamer okay, in de zin dat alles er is Niet erg gezellig.
Ontbijt basic, bv. slechts 2 soorten hartig broodbeleg.
Het avondeten daarentegen (3 gangenmenu met per gang 5 keuzes) was top.
Ook de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van de receptionistes was fantastisch.
Het hotel is dicht bij zee en 20 minuten lopen van trein en bus.

GGuest UserThe hotel was in a great location - walking distance to everywhere and only ten minutes from the bus stop coming from the airport. Lots of bars and eateries near-by and not far from the main shopping area in one direction and the football stadium in the other.
The bedroom was spacious and clean but pretty basic. The room was quiet. The buffet breakfast was excellent (apart from the coffee) and the hotel had a small bar and seating area that was usually busy.
A decent spot that is usually well-priced ( I was there for rugby and it was over-priced!)

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful, well placed and the staff is pleasant, but very noisy. We heard guests returned at 1:00 a.m. and take a shower. The next day we heard conversations perfectly. Ask a quiet room to enjoy this beautiful hotel

LlauraaaaaaAppreciated the free parking and beautiful views of the city below. The hotel is also conveniently located near the bus stop. Our hotel room was pretty clean but I would describe the room amenities as basic. The pillows were too soft - presumably due to the lack of pillow filling. The motion sensor lights in the toilet also turned off every 5 mins which was a bit annoying sometimes. For the price paid, I still think our stay was worth it.
