Room was very clean. Location superb (walking 10 mins to IFS). Service was great. The aircon was having a slight noise when we turned it on and I went down to the receptionist for help, she immediately called the technician staff to check our room and get it fixed. Highly recommend and would come back in my next visit.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The service was excellent—the housekeeper was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the room was comfortable and quiet.Overall, a relaxing and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others!😍👍🏻

1. Transportation: You can take the No. 2 tram to Hexin Road and walk about 500 meters 2. Environment: It is located in Longhu Times Tianjie, and it is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There are all kinds of snacks 3. Service: Friendly and good 4. Others: There is a laundry room on the first floor. If you don’t have enough mineral water, you can get it at the front desk on the first floor. Breakfast is on the 4th floor. The food is okay. There are not many types but you can eat enough. There are freshly cooked rice noodles, noodles, and stir-fried dishes. The accommodation price is economical and affordable. Because it is located in a commercial apartment, there are all kinds of people. At night, someone puts a small card on the door 5. Suggestions: The room size is okay, but the lighting at the washbasin in the bathroom is not enough. It is recommended to change to a smart mirror

Rooms are new and spacious. Near to walking street but a little far to walk to subway station. Only one keycard for each room and need key card to access lifts. Need to take lift to level 2 and walked 10m to transfer to another lift to go up to the rooms. Didi may preload the old address Zong Fu Road but the drop off point is only 8m from the hotel entrance at Bei Xin Street. Staff are courteous

The hotel's location is decent. It's not too far from the IFS building (where the giant panda sculpture is) if you take the airport shuttle there. There's also a subway station conveniently located nearby. The hotel offers a laundry room, which is quite handy. Service was alright too, and it's very affordable. Otherwise, everything else was just average.

Really absolutely love this hotel. Best location for food, shopping and travel to places of interest eg kwanchai alley, IFS. Clean and friendly services. Will definitely recommend this hotel for all.

I accidentally stumbled upon a true hidden gem of a hotel! The location is absolutely superb, offering stunning night views of Chunxi Road, and Taikoo Li is literally right downstairs. The customer service staff (especially the young lady who assisted us) were incredibly thoughtful and attentive to every detail. Knowing we were a family of three, they proactively prepared everything in triple portions. We didn't even have to ask; they informed us of everything we might need to know in advance, which was incredibly considerate! ❤️ The room itself was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-equipped. At over 60 square meters, it was wonderfully spacious. Even with carpeting, it was immaculate, and there was a faint, pleasant fragrance. Enjoying a drink by the window while taking in Chengdu's breathtaking night view was truly a wonderfully relaxing experience!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Chengdu and had a generally positive experience. The location was excellent—centrally situated with easy access to the metro, local eateries, and major attractions like Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley. It made getting around the city simple and efficient. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. My room was comfortable and quiet, with all the essentials provided for a restful stay. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. The only issue was the service, which, while not terrible, was a bit underwhelming. Staff seemed somewhat indifferent and occasionally slow to respond to requests. There was a lack of attention to detail at the front desk, and communication could have been more professional. Nothing major went wrong, but the overall service didn’t quite match the quality of the hotel’s facilities. Still, for the price and location, it was a solid choice and offered good value. I’d recommend it to travelers who prioritize comfort and convenience, but with the caveat that service may not be as polished as expected.

Simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, our host XiaoXia made us feel so warm and welcome. She greeted us personally in the lobby and even went above and beyond to help us with an event we needed assistance with — we really appreciated her kindness and initiative. The room was super cozy and even came with a projector, which let us enjoy both Chinese and Western movies from the comfort of our bed. As lazy travellers, we actually found ourselves enjoying quiet nights in more than exploring — and this setup made it perfect. Another great plus: the room had a washing machine! It made doing laundry really easy and convenient, especially during a longer stay. Location-wise, the hotel is right in the heart of Chengdu — just a short walk to IFS Mall, Taikoo Li, and many other fun spots. We loved how accessible everything was. Lastly, the refund for our deposit was processed in less than six hours after check-out. Super efficient and hassle-free. All in all, a fantastic stay with thoughtful touches and great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Chengdu!

I stayed on a business trip for the whole season 5.0, the experience is directly full, and it must be Amway 🏨 As soon as I entered the lobby, the tea fragrance and soothing music swept away the fatigue of the journey, without complicated decoration, and the just whiteness was left, just like breaking into the artistic conception space in the poetry of the Song Dynasty literati. 🛎️ Check-in is a self-service sitting, the staff will guide intimately, super efficient, and will not be busy at all! 🚪 The log furniture in the room is matched with warm light and full of Zen. The leisure area by the bed is super extra points. After busy work, I sit here and make a cup of tea. It is too comfortable. The bathroom is very dry and wet, the spare parts are customized, and the taste is faint and smells good. 💡 The whole house is also very smart! Call out ”Hello Huazhu” to control the lights, curtains, air conditioning, full of technology and super convenient. This business trip is full of seasons 5.0, the experience is directly full, business travel or tourism are super suitable!
