The hotel offers a good location at an economical price, with helpful staff and a smooth check-in process. The room was clean and equipped with basic amenities. However, the lack of soundproofing was a significant drawback, as noise from other guest rooms disrupted my sleep and made the stay less enjoyable.

Honestly, I loved the stay here. The elevators can be a little tight if you do have large luggage but that wasn’t really an issue for us. It was convenient to get around and room was very clean! Hotel kept our luggage for us until midnight since we had a late flight.

While the property's proximity to one of the city's premier tourist destinations is undoubtedly a boon, the mere 10-minute stroll from the nearest metro station is somewhat offset by the arduous 1.5-hour commute from the Tianfu Airport. However, this minor inconvenience is more than compensated for by the hotel's close proximity to a veritable cornucopia of local eateries, each offering a tantalizing array of regional delicacies. Furthermore, the establishment's fundamental standards of cleanliness and tidiness, coupled with its remarkably affordable pricing, render it a tempting proposition for the discerning traveler. Regrettably, the hotel's secluded location may give rise to certain reservations, particularly for female guests, who may find the sense of isolation somewhat unsettling. The complete absence of cold water, a fundamental amenity, is a glaring oversight that can only be described as utterly deplorable and potentially hazardous. Adding to the compound's woes is the curious configuration of the floor upon which I have been granted lodging, which appears to be a curious amalgamation of guest quarters and staff dormitories, lending an air of awkwardness to the proceedings. Finally, the presence of a tea set devoid of its essential component – the tea leaves – is a peculiarity that, while not entirely crippling, nonetheless serves to underscore the minor oversights that have crept into the hotel's otherwise commendable service. This hotel is near Chengdu East Railway Station. When you arrive at the rail station, look for Longemont hotel. The hotel is behind Longemont and then Rayfont hotel. Walk abit and turn left. The hotel is there. From here it's very convenient to go anywhere. The staff are very helpful and will try to help you. Everything is good. I stayed here for 4 nights before moving on to Jiuzhaigo but I'm coming back to stay at this hotel again. Chengdu East Railway is where you need to buy tickets anywhere. I recommend everyone to stay here. Initially I was worried about the cigarette smoke smell for hotels in China but there's no problem with this hotel at all.

The hotel is close to the South Railway Station, with a big entrance, clean rooms, and a large room area. It is spacious for children to stay with. The bay window is large and has a cushion, so it is no problem to sleep lying down. The room is very quiet and soundproof, and there is no soundproofing problem as I worried about after reading the reviews. Takeaways can be delivered to the door of the room. The front desk customer service and the room cleaning aunt are very warm and friendly. Because the room type is tight on the day of check-in, the front desk also took the initiative to upgrade the family room. It is very good and worth staying.

The hotel is nearby Chengdu East Train Station. Around walkable distance of 5 mins or less. Hotel is connected to a 24/7 family mart! Behind the hotel there is streets of food and hotpot which is quite yummy too! Have 24/7 receptionist so can check in late. Would recommend this hotel if u heading chongqing or other locations that require u to take the train at Chengdu east! Everything is clean and comfortable 🙏

The room was very spacious, perfect for relaxation and had all the necessary amenities. There's also a projector upstairs to watch shows which is amazing! The outdoor chilling area was a nice environment and the hot spring was also great. Would stay here again next time I visit Chengdu! :)

Room is mostly for couples, if ur staying with group of friends . It will be kinda awkward.. the toilet is visible from the bed and nothing to block. U can see everything. Otherwise location is really good near TaiKoo Li.. literally next door only.. oh ya.. those first time to locate lobby.. find the building main lift and go to Lvl 4.. rooms will only be at Lvl 1,2&3.. that’s it.. low floor hotel room

The hotel is Amazing, traditional style,located in the famous Kuan zhai alley right in front of the Famous sichuan opera house that is one of the best things to see in Chengdu , it's also near the metro and people's park. cleanliness,calmness, free laundry,amazing teahouse and a good restaurant... The manager Frank, and the staff counter Kimberley ，belle ,Zoey and the others are more like a family with their excellent service Their dedication is what makes this place more than just a hotel to help the foreigners overcome the challenges of communication in China. I highly recommend this hotel for every traveller not only foreigners And i will certainly book again in Wenjunloo
