Hotel is located in a busy retail precint, handy to transport. Metro is 300 m away. The address given is a bit confusing and quite difficult to find.Room is clean and service is good. There is free use of washing machine and dryer.Good value for money.

Happy we stayed here, it is super convenient and loads of food nearby. the building does look abit dodgy from the outside but inside was really nice so nothing to worry about, thered also mall nearby and overall the stay was great and staff was super helpful! even had a car service to the train station 💓

The homestay is on top of a shopping mall in the city center, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The ladies at the front desk were very considerate. They called early in the morning to communicate the route to the store. They were very enthusiastic, and their service attitude and quality were very good. They also helped us wash our clothes for a few days. Thank you ❤️. They also gave us fruit cake and tea as soon as we arrived at the store!
The baby was ecstatic as soon as he entered the room. There was a rocking board and a hot tub. At night, he put on the bathtub cover and took a long hot bath. It was very comfortable and leisurely.
There are a few other points that I hope can be improved. First, the air conditioner is sometimes strong and sometimes weak, and the noise is too loud, which wakes me up in the middle of the night. It really needs to be fixed. Second, I hope the bathroom can have a few shelves and clothes hangers, as I can't find anywhere to put my clothes when I'm taking a shower. Third, the cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be improved. The above is a review of this room type

The stay experience at this hotel is very good! The receptionist at the front desk was warm and professional, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the sanitation was very good. The toilet facilities are modern with dry and wet separation, and the details are well attended to. The negative ion hair dryer in the room is good, the giant screen viewing effect is good and there is free VIP access. The latex pillows on the bed are comfortable to sleep on, and there is free fireside tea and parking. There are also natural hot springs to soak in. Very cost-effective, highly recommended

I had a beautiful stay in this hotel. The location is convenient, a couple minutes walk from a metro station (exit B) and about 15 minutes to the railway stations. There is food all around, and a shopping center across. The staff is very friendly and gave me a free upgrade when I arrived.
The room I had a bathtub next to the window overlooking the best views in the city - I could see all the trendy night views. I went to the actual locations and the views were no match for what I could see from my window (plus, no crowds!)
The room has a nice projector and great lighting for viewing. The internet is fast and I didn’t have any issues streaming. There is some noise so the windows should be kept closed at night because there’s a lot of traffic noise.
Highly recommended and I’ll stay here again if I return.

AAaron CedricThis hotel gives the guest a warm and personal touch. The best part of the hotel is that the owners are so friendly, treating the guests like family. On the first night I asked for a hot water bottle (热水袋) because I prefer to sleep with that rather than use the AC heating, and the ”mom” of the hotel went out of her way to find me one. On the last day when I was leaving early in the morning before the official breakfast time, she also made sure to give me a prepared breakfast so that I wouldn't be hungry on my day's journey. By the way, the normal breakfast of noodles/mixian is very tasty and nourishing with high quality ingredients. Anyways, the family that runs this hotel really want to make sure you have a comfortable stay, so they are always there to greet you and answer any questions and help you with whatever you need. Even when I asked for clues about where to find batik (蜡染) artists, they found me the phone number of batik artist in a nearby village. They are so eager to help guests squeeze the most out of all of Guizhou's wonders! In my case, as a foreigner and someone who doesn't speak Chinese too well, I found them very patient and helpful.
The rooms of the hotel are really elegant... simple, aesthetically pleasing design. The amenities are all comfortable: the bed mattress was a perfect balance of firm and soft, the shower had high pressure and hot water, etc. The wifi was strong and stable. I should point out that some of the hotel rooms only have a squat toilet, so if you need a seated toilet you should probably contact the hotel in advance to make sure that they have such a room for you before booking.
I should also point out the special location of this hotel. If you, like me, do not have a car and rely on didi or public transportation, then you should know that this hotel is quite a way into the countryside. In fact, on the road to the hotel, the taxi driver asked me, ”Why would you stay in such a remote hotel when there are good hotels in downtown Anshun?” Well, one of the reasons is because I do prefer personal hotels rather than corporate hotels. But also because my primary goal for my stay in Anshun was to see the old garrison villages (屯堡) in the area, not to see other sites like the famous waterfalls. If your goal is to see the old villages, then I think this is the perfect hotel for you. For one reason, one of the original garrison villages is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It's little-visited by tourists and so you'll have the whole place to yourself and get really great photographs. That village (called BenZhai [本寨]) is of great historical importance and is very photogenic, and it's so neat to live so close to it. There's another even bigger and more commercialized (and absolutely beautiful) garrison village, also within walking distance (15-20 minutes by walking), called YunShanTun (云山屯). You're also not too far from the most famous villages, namely JiuZhou and Tianlong. Those are at least an hour by walking, so you'll want to get a car. I found it to be nearly impossible to get a Didi driver to accept such rides in this countryside area, but the good news is that the hotel manager found a friendly guy from the village to drive me to those villages and also later to the airport, for the same prices that Didi predicted it would charge. If you do have your own car, then I don't think you have to worry about anything, as this villages in near the highway and thus you can readily access any of the sites of interest in Anshun from this hotel.
Overall, if you are looking for a hotel with warm and human experiences that is near to the places of great historical interest, this is the right hotel for you!

Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower.
As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside.
as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight.
Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information.
How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess.
In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place.
Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night.
There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift.
I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

Steaming freshly cooked- noodles with different toppings, fried rice, steamed rice, rice porridge, various dishes, fruit juices, hot beverages, fruits, desserts, on-the-go breakfast snacks, etc. The manager personally managed the breakfast spread, making sure the food and drinks were replenished and invited guests to try the breakfast noodle.

My train was delayed due to weather conditions. Instead of arriving at 22:11, I arrived at Guiyang North Railway station at almost 23:00, the manager promptly replied to my messages to see to it that I correctly followed the directions to the hotel since I don't speak Chinese and it was already late at night. He assured me that the staff was expecting me and the room had been prepared and reserved for me. They upgraded me to a bigger room + complimentary breakfast! ❤️
- The staff and the manager helped me book a taxi to the airport. It was raining when I left for the airport and they provided a service umbrella and instructed the driver to drop me at T2 on my behalf since I am a foreigner and I don't speak Chinese!

GGuest UserThe first stop of this trip to Guizhou is Anshun, go to see the famous Huangguoshu Waterfall, this hotel in Anshun makes this journey a pleasant start! The hotel should be the best local business, very close to the gate of the scenic spot. We stayed for two days, the most important thing is clean and at home, the boss is also very good, it is opened by three brothers, they are all smiling, very talkative, responsive to the guests, the key is that their restaurant cooks delicious food, we stayed for 2 nights, every meal is eaten at their home. By the way, their chicken soup rice noodles for breakfast are also very fresh and delicious, everyone can try it! The hotel benefits can also pick up and drop off Huangguoshu Scenic Area for free, very, very convenient! In short, eat comfortably and sleep comfortably. GGuest UserAtour is a fantastic hotel to stay with. I love that they are consistent in service, design, and comfort wherever we travel. When we checked in, the girl
at the front desk explained that the room away from the elevator on the 6th floor was very small, but there was one near the elevator on the 2nd floor that was larger if the 6th floor wasn’t acceptable. The room on the 6th floor was more like a closet with no space for a suitcase, the window wasn’t really a window, and it had a terrible smell. When I came back to the desk to ask I could change rooms, she immediately let us move to the larger room on the 2nd floor which was great! Clean, large enough for 2 suitcases, and a real window.
Traveling for several weeks, having the ability to laundry is key and I love their laundry facility- state of the art, industrial washer and dryers that work quickly and efficiently. The front desk staff is amazing- you can leave it with them and they’ll do the laundry (wash/ dry) and return to you free of charge, or you can do it yourself (but you may have to wait until a washer is available which is why they suggest leaving it with them).
The area around the hotel is extremely convenient- many restaurants, tea shops, etc., it’s within walking distance to a lot of shopping, and both bus stops/ metro stations are within walking distance.
Atour is a hotel brand that I trust and rely on, especially when we are traveling for an extended period of time.

TTey katelynI love the view of the hotel, although some of the furniture's are a little bit torn in the living room but the ones in the room are clean and tidy !
The owner has a really cute corgi, and he's very friendly in guiding us despite calling him multiple times a day to ask him for direction , bus transfer, and luggage transfer.
I would recommend not to bring too heavy items like I did because the route to the hotel is a bit far and difficult until the bus station.
It's a really chill hotel that's near another viewing point for the paddy field . The design is good too!
Thanks to the kitchen , I managed to cook my own supper, and there's a convenience store right outside the hotel too.

The room is satisfactory, but the quilt is a bit thick. I ordered 2 dishes at the inn in the evening. Mmegan 劭佳we booked a room with a slide and it was really fun. there are instruments and calligraphy at the lobby and they are fun to play. they also provide free fruits, the lychees were really juicy and fresh. we had a bit of trouble with the washing machine but the staff helped us and it became a funny experience. the staff was very friendly and enthusiastic, he offered to drive us everytime we went out. even though we did not book for transport to the train station, they tried their best to find available cars, but the boss just drove us in the end because we were rushing to catch the train. even though we caused a lot of trouble for them, bro was still patient and helped us. 非常感谢了🙏！
