Can't say enough good regarding Tru by Hilton in Martinsburg. Everything from the location, service, rooms, amenities and the friendly and helpful staff are all far and above what I've come to expect from a hotel stay. Moreover, they have the best coffee and the fastest elevators on the planet.

Love the feeling of an upscale hotel without pretense. The managers reception as well as the breakfast buffet are very high qual;ity and complimentary. This makes you feel truly like a VIP. Standard of pristine clean and rooms with well appointed furnishings in excellent condtion is much appreciated. LOVE EMBASSY SUITES! Keep your standards!!

The room was somewhat clean. The window curtains had stains. The shower was supposed to be handicap accessible but it was not. The shower has no room to stand and shower so you have to set on the built in seat to bathe. Wheelchairs can’t roll into this shower so you’d have to lift the person into the shower. The breakfast was decent. Boiled eggs, waffles, cereal, donuts, bagels, OJ, cranberry and apple juice, sausage gravy and biscuits.

The place will be beautiful when renovations completed and breakfast available. The one real negative is the shower- it's so small - very difficult and I am small. Also since the room has no carpets it was nice they had disposable slippers, nice touch. The staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions

Breakfast was good, but no springhill was abundant; the front desk service was very good. The room is large, the air conditioning is very small and the facilities are new. Is the price slightly expensive

Great review! It's like a suite, and the weekend price was really affordable. The breakfast selection was decent too. For a weekend rate, it was definitely worth it. There are a lot of fast-food burger joints nearby, which is convenient. All in all, it's a very convenient option when you're in 'Mogutun' (assuming this is a local nickname or place name).

We stopped in as part of a longer trip and we're very happy we chose this hotel! It was clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower and hot water was welcomed after a long trip. Friendly and efficient check in and out process. Hot buffet breakfast was very good. The location was convenient. Overall this hotel was a great choice!

To be honest, the foreigner is very simple, the room is large, and there is no problem for 3 people. The location is particularly beautiful, like a holiday in Foshan!

The location is good, in the city center, close to the high speed. There is also a park nearby to see the covered bridge. The room is large and the accommodation is very comfortable. There is a river next to the hotel.
