The best 4 days ever! Highly recommend this hotel! We were a group of 8 people and had an unforgettable stay here. The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination! On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient. I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed. The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey. There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times. The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes. A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather! The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even helped us search for a lost phone in the mountains! He also called us in advance before our arrival to confirm our plans and helped arrange a transfer to the train station after check-out. We wish him and his family good health, happiness, and prosperity. He and this hotel deserve not just 5 stars, but 1000! Wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I was attracted by the pictures, but I was a little disappointed by this homestay in the ancient town. After all, you can stay in a very good hotel in Wuhu at this price. Let's talk about the general environment of the ancient town first. It is said that tickets are charged on holidays. Few shops are open at night, and there are few people in the morning. It is said that there are performances, but there is nothing suitable for children after looking at the program list. Many shops are closed, and the streets with closed doors can also show that they were once prosperous. It should be good. Let's talk about the hotel. The room area is OK and the environment is generally good, but my child is afraid of the slide and thinks it is too steep. I tried it myself and it was true, so I lost one of the fun of booking this room. The breakfast is really incomparable to star hotels. It is matched by the owner himself. I saw the reviews before that the small animals that can be fed were only empty cages. There was a cat. The baby could only play with the cat for a while. On the way to the room, I had to pass the cat house. The smell almost made me faint. There are also advantages. In terms of service, the boss contacted in advance. When I arrived, the boss went to the door to pick up the tickets in person. There were several times in the middle when the remote control and bed sheets were replaced. The boss solved it quickly. The owner of the B&B is indeed very responsive to the guests' service and has a very good attitude. The air conditioning in the room is very powerful, the terrace is quite comfortable, and it feels good to sit on the terrace as the sun sets. Overall, I gave it a score of four, and I hope it can be better. Or the price can be more affordable.

The appearance of the hotel is very good, the decoration is very nice, the room environment is very clean, smart facilities, complete tea sets, it is very relaxing to stay in the room, many small details are well designed, I feel that the hotel owner is very attentive and the aesthetics is also very good, it is liked by young people The style 😊 is highly recommended for everyone to stay here. The price/performance ratio is very high.

The hotel's location is great, with parking right outside and a local restaurant next door. The front desk lady was super nice and even upgraded us to a family room when she saw we had a child. It seems like they also offer bus transfers to Huangshan Mountain, but unfortunately, we just did some canyoning and left. Next time we come to hike, we'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel was excellent! The front desk staff upgraded my room for free, and the room was spacious and very clean. I had a very comfortable stay. In the morning, they offer a free shuttle to the South Gate of Huangshan, and they can also help arrange a car to Huangshan North. The service attitude was fantastic, highly recommended!

This guesthouse is located right inside the scenic area, making it super convenient for resting after an evening stroll. The decor is charmingly traditional, perfectly complementing the Huizhou architectural style. The guesthouse itself feels like an integral part of the scenic area, featuring a garden restaurant and a coffee bar where you can even pet cats. The owner is fantastic, offering luggage pickup and drop-off services right from the bus station. It's a highly recommended place to stay.

What an absolute pity...... that we only stayed for one night. It was a totally relaxing and perfect location for us to put our feet up after hiking for 3 days in HuangShan. We booked the detached grand suite which allowed us to have access to a whole traditional home with 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms had its own bathroom and toilet, heating... basically modern facilities and tastefully decorated. For me, it felt like staying in an old traditional home in one of the kung fu movies that I grew up watching. Not only did we have the whole house to ourselves, we had our own private garden (across from the house), where there is a swing, entertaining area and even a stove for us to light a fire. The couple owner are so lovely to deal with even before our stay began. They ensured that they are ready to greet us just outside the village at our arrival time. Please note that no taxis are allowed into the village and all visitors must purchase an entry ticket before entering the village. This can be purchased on Trip.com or at the entrance of the village. The owner lady was on hand to help us and showed us to our accommodation. She had even turned on all the heating in the rooms to ensure that we're nice and comfortable when we arrived. Map and points of interest were also provided for us. As we had to leave early in the morning (before sunrise), the owners happily arranged to have our luggage transported to outside the village where our taxi was waiting for us. It was such a pleasant and relaxing stay that, again, it is such a pity we couldn't have stayed longer. Definitely highly recommend staying at She De Yuan.

Since it was off-peak season, we got a free upgrade to a really beautiful room. The guesthouse is an old house with a lot of character, but naturally, older houses might have some minor cleanliness issues. The location is excellent, right in the old town, so it was super convenient to pop back to the room for a rest when we were tired from exploring. The young man (at reception) didn't talk much, but he was responsible. The breakfast was truly unforgettable; the noodles the auntie made were absolutely delicious, just like a home-cooked meal. She was so warm and prepared so much food that we couldn't possibly finish it all, constantly encouraging us to pack up the leftovers. Since we were heading up the mountain afterward and couldn't carry much, we just tried to eat as much as we could.

I highly recommend this guesthouse if you're visiting Huangshan. It's truly the cleanest guesthouse I've ever stayed in; the hygiene is impeccable, not a speck of dust anywhere. The decor and facilities are excellent. The surroundings are beautiful too – from the window, you can see bamboo groves and lush green vegetable gardens, with a distant view of Huangshan. You can also dine at the guesthouse, and the food is delicious. You can tell the owner puts a lot of heart into running this place and is the most hospitable host I've ever encountered. Overall, staying here is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. This guesthouse genuinely makes guests feel right at home.

The room was nice, the service was great. The lady boss invited us to drink tea, she has her own tea garden, we drank Taiping Houkui, it was good! We were lucky this time in Huangshan, we saw the beautiful Huangshan, my daughter and son liked it, the fish in the boss's house was very fresh, the food was refreshing, we ate at the boss's house! I will come again if I have a chance
