The hotel is very close to the subway station. There are fellow chickens less than 100 meters away. It is very convenient to eat. You can park at the door, drive out, don't worry about parking. The interior decoration is elegant and generous, the room is large in size, the lighting is sufficient, all kinds of electrical appliances are complete, the network speed is very fast, and the water heater provides hot water very quickly. The front desk service in the lobby is very good and warm and thoughtful. Absolutely praise, I will definitely choose this hotel next time I travel!

Location is the best, walking distance to Tunxi Old Street. Staff are great, even though they can't speak English, but always helpful to us. The room is clean, but a little bit old. Very spacious room for 4 persons, with mezzanine floor. Will stay here again if I go to Tunxi / Huangshan.

A very cozy hotel with a warm, home-like atmosphere. The view from the window is just like a postcard — absolutely breathtaking. The location is great — only a 10-minute easy walk to the shuttle stop that takes you to the mountains. The hotel owner is incredibly friendly and kind. Upon arrival, he upgraded me to a more spacious and comfortable room at no extra charge. He also helped me plan the best route based on my available time and the weather conditions, and shared many interesting stories about the local history. The rooms are clean and well-equipped (hairdryer, air conditioning, toiletries). I had read in previous reviews about weak water pressure and unstable temperature, but everything worked perfectly for me. My room had a shower and a small bathtub. There’s also an option to order food to the hotel, but I chose to have dinner in different spots around town — there are plenty of cafes nearby, as well as pharmacies and supermarkets. At the end of my stay, the hotel owner arranged a transfer to the station for me, which cost five times less than a regular taxi ride. Even after I returned home, he reached out to check if I got back safely and if everything was alright. I’m very happy with the hotel and the quality of service. Thank you for the warm hospitality! After coming out of the Sunken Plaza, Lu'an Station is just over a flyover. It is easy to find, and the appearance of the hotel is also eye-catching. The family room has a big bed and a 1.2-meter small bed. It is relatively spacious and decorated in a traditional style. It's good to have fruit and white fungus soup in the evening. There are hair conditioner, children's slippers for bathing, children's bath towels, and a few packets of snacks. The room did not smell of cigarettes. Except that the breakfast is too simple, everything else is good.

I decided to stay an extra night and moved into another room. There was a torrential rainstorm and the 2nd floor corridor was flooded. Rainwater also came into my room. The staff worked very hard to clear the water. When I checked out, the lady on reception was not particularly friendly. Hardly looking up from her phone/laptop when I gave her my room key. I did not recognise her, was she a manager? The other receptionists and members of staff were very pleasant and helpful, though. A disappointing end to an otherwise pleasant stay.

we stayed for 2 nights. the room is spick n span. the location is within easy reach of the charming water town. the staffs are friendly and walk the extra miles to get us breakfast on the house. we highly recommend this charming homestay for your tranquil holiday.

Overall this room very clean, neat and up to my standard. XiXi very helpful on all the information I need to hike HuangShan. Thank you XiXi (西西) and thank you for the snacks and water before leaving for the hike as I went earlier before breakfast time.
