There was no receptionist at the counter while we arrived, so we had to wait for a while and checked-in.
Staffs might be busy and not friendly as other hotels.
This was my first time staying here and booking through trip.com. Everything was great effortless and booking and checking in. The beds were comfy and the shower is big enough for two people. The Chinese food in the Casino while watch the hockey game was great. Also the braised beef short rib Benny was a delicious start to Mother’s Day. I will definitely stay here again and hopefully hit the hot tub next time for sure.

I booked this hotel on a whim right after canceling my reservation at a hotel near the airport because I wanted a more convenient location for getting around and exploring downtown. I was pleasantly surprised by what I experienced. The service was great, the rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and spacious enough to accommodate 2 to 3 people, all at a very reasonable price. The hotel is located in a convenient area with nearly all essential amenities nearby, making it ideal for those looking for a place not too far from downtown at an affordable price.
The hotel is a bit old, parking is convenient, breakfast is good, and the room is large. Cheap price is the main advantage. If you are driving by, this hotel is on the main road and suitable for choice.
Great value for a short term stay near the YYC, with turn off from major road BarlowTrail NE. The front entrance is a bit confusing if approaching from the rear industrial area.
Staff were friendly and professional, usual hotel damage deposit and person staying in expectation.
The room was very spacious and clean, although a bit dated. AC was a bit louder than expected, but was able to sleep through. I didn't have time to use the amenities (pool and gym).
Convenient airport shuttle, nice room, efficient service, and excellent breakfast. After a long flight this was exactly what I needed. I will choose this location every time i fly now - really enjoyed it.
I was very pleased with our stay. The lady at the front desk was helpful by allowing us to check in earlier. The breakfast was delicious. I would stay there again.
VV100StranFar from the best hotel, but more or less clean, the beds are comfortable. There are a lot of migrants, a strange contingent. Breakfast is good, there are waffles, omelettes, yogurt, etc. Basically, that's enough. There is own parking, one day it was difficult to find a space, other days it was free. Compared to other hotels in Calgary, the prices are still ok, although in our opinion, it should be cheaper
GGuest UserI will surely recommend this hotel. So clean and the complimentary breakfast exceed my expectation. We will be back on March and I will surely book on this hotel again. Thumbs up to all friendly staff.
HhongpowerIt takes about 20 minutes by Uber from Edmonton Airport. It cost about 33 bucks. There is also a Korean restaurant nearby... It is not a walkable distance. All schedules were handled by Uber. The sound of the air conditioner in the room… . It's so big... I turned it off when I went to sleep.
GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed here for one night. We arrived early and asked for an early check in. The staff were very kind and said they would alert the cleaning staff to prioritize our room and call us when it was ready. They called us and our room was ready early. It was a very nice accommodation they made for us.
The staff also provided us an upgrade to a suite. The suite was clean and functional. The bathroom counter was very short, even for myself who is 5'5”. The couch was clean but cushions could us some new stuffing.
The hotel lobby offered tea and coffee all day long and a public washroom.
As for the facilities we used the indoor pool facilities (including hot tub and showers) and the outdoor hot tubs. The indoor pool women's bathroom needs to be upgraded. There is one large shower with 2 nozzles. No option for privacy. 1 of 2 shower head nozzles did not work The other shower nozzle was difficult to set to the correct temperature. I did not use the sauna but noticed one available in the women's bathroom.
The indoor hot tub and outdoor hot tubs were not hot enough. I typically do not like hot tubs as they are too hot for myself however these felt like the temperature of a hot shower.
The hotel is only a 20 minute walk to town. The restaurant next to the Inn, The Whisky Jack Grill, is open for dinner and had great food and service.
For the price I would book again as the room was clean and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

GGuest UserThe landlords ( husband & wife) are very friendly, helpful, nice & accommodating. The wife Ms Shujie Guo waited for us patiently to arrive at the air bnb before returning to their own home which is a short distance away. (NB: we did not get the message or e-mail for the main door number access code & she know that it has happened before. So she took the initiative to wait for us which we arrived at night at about 9 pm on that day). This air bnb house provided full cooking facilities including the ingredients & spices. The common area are very clean & tidy. The bedroom & bathroom are equally clean & tidy. There is a garden at the back of the house which is beautifully layout. The landlord lady Ms Jhujie Guo even went to the extent to alert my wife that there were northern lights & informed us to go to the open space to see. With our iPhone 14 pro max handphone, we managed to see the beautiful northern lights ( aurora). Unfortunately we were unable to capture the dancing lights as we do not have the camera stand. This is a bonus as we did not expect to see Northern lights in Calgary! We felt like we were living at our own home.
We would highly recommend those who are looking for accommodation in Calgary to stay at Brothers Li Homestay.
黄黄家庭The location of the hotel is good with perfect access to the town. There is a supermarket named IGA which is about 8 mins walk. The cave pool is amazing which gives us a relaxing experience. The room is spacious with 2 levels. The upper level is bedroom while the lower level is dining room with a small kitchen. However, room service needs to be improved as there is no cleaning for one day during our stay. Facial tissue doesn't refill after using up.
GGuest UserWe booked this hotel with the hopes to experience Jasper National Park in comfort and luxury in support from Pyramid Lakes Resort as our spot to rest and relax. Unfortunately, our experience at the resort was not restful. Upon heading to bed after 4 hours of driving from Edmonton after a 3 hour plane ride, we were awoken at 2am to the AC unit making an obnoxious noise. After waiting about 5 minutes, the noise subsided and we headed back to sleep thinking nothing of it. That was until… the noise from the AC unit (even when turned off) went on until 5am sporadically and obnoxiously. We attempted to call the front desk to resolve our issue, and they simply said “we’re sorry for the inconvenience, let’s see what we can do” and never got a call in return the rest of the night. In hopes to rest and recover, we slept in on vacation the following day and were awoken by a wake up call forcing us to leave our room stating “check out for all rooms is at 11am” with no apology or sincerity included in the message. Jasper is beautiful and breathtaking as is Pyramid Lake. The resort however, did not live up to its standards. Our hope is management will reach out to resolve this.
GGuest UserI come to this hotel every year upon arriving in Calgary and before leaving and will continue to do so as long as the existing conditions remain the same.
You arrive to be checked in efficiently and in a friendly manner. Your room is big and both the bedroom and bathroom are immaculately clean, as well as tastefully decorated. The beds are big and super comfy. There is a coffee/drink machine, fridge and microwave and good wifi. The hotel has a pool and gym should you want to use either. Breakfast is also included. Breakfast could be slightly better, but you should be able to find something suitable for you. AND You get all of this for a bargain price! It’s very hard to beat!
Nnaa npEverything is good! The room is big and clean with amenities. There is a free cookie in lobby which is delicious. Lot of family and kid, it’s a bit noisy sometimes. Don’t have chance to try the pool.
