3-Star Hotels in Ceara, Brazil

Good night! We spent a 4-day period .....a location is excellent .....a very good breakfast in the variety, but the kitchen staff and services are a little stuck in the delay of repair of items and tools ....as a little old instants, our bed was with the right foot broken ....a internet in the rooms is sufferable ....but nothing that would overwhelm the stay ....in general is reasonable.

Very good service, but when I arrived there was a wait, I think I waited 15 to 20 minutes. The facilities can be considered average, if I were a little older I would have problems using the bathroom and shower. If the reference is breakfast, be satisfied, good variety and quality.

The reception service is good and is sympathetic and pleasant. The servants too. The cover where the pool and sauna have a beautiful view of the beach of Iracem and Meirelles. The breakfast is simple but sufficient, making tapioca and omelet at the time. The location is good because it is 1 square of the beach. There is a supermarket right in front of the hotel.

I will start with the only negative point of hosting that was the receptionist, I don't remember his name, but it's a blue without any sympathy. We arrived at night and my wife went to ask if she had a parking or some nearby place to stop the car. The antipathic boy said he didn't know it, he didn't even want to indicate he could stop in front of the hotel. The hotel's experience was not overlooked by this little bit of a little bit, all the well-conserved facilities were well-conserved, the room was suited to the needs, the perfect breakfast and the 5th floor view was perfect. I will certainly come back, but I will be sweeping to not find the blessed receptionist.

I booked a 9-day trip through a travel site, the hotel chosen was this in question (Boreas Apart Hotel). I read some comments on the internet pages about, but I didn't give much ball. But when I arrived at the place I faced a malchorous building, without zeal and on a street of peddle. Inside the hotel, poorly illuminated corridors. In the room? ! The same! With a detail: there was no hot water every hour of the day. I had to stay at a motel with my girlfriend so she could take a decent bath and wash her hair. However, today, 23/06/2023, when we arrived at the room at night, we noticed that the bed was full of BICHOS (we don't know if it was cheap or shoes), we were extremely angry. I immediately check out and hosted another hotel. This place should be closed for at least one detention, and if you want a tip: NOT host in that place.

Thanks so much for your excellent service. For many this was their first international mission trip. Breakfast was awesome. Food was always fresh. The staff that was at breakfast August 4-9 (two ladies that i shared blessing bracelets and the young man who showed me the monkeys. They were always pleasant and helpful, despite our language barrier. Would recommend and definitely stay there again if i am ever in Juazerio Do Norte again.

Gostei muito fiquei 7 dias, funcionários excelentes, no restaurante , na recepção e os demais, tive um problema com chuveiro que foi resolvido sem stress. Perto de mercado, farmácia restaurante e pertinho da praia e espigão de Iracema. O café da manhã maravilhosa tudo bem variado .Limpeza ótima . Não quê reclamar, apenas elogiar e agradecer pela minha estadia ter sido perfeita.

Great location, great views, the apartment is very comfortable, we like the concierge kit. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we cannot use the swimming pool.

Faixada de entrada do hotel está horrível, não dá nem pra saber se é um prédio ou um hotel... Comprei um quarto com cama Queen e não existia cama Queen no hotel... Pra resolver eles juntaram duas camas de solteiro... como está na foto que tirei. Pedi uma toalha que estava faltando através do celular pq lá não tem telefone de quarto com a recepção, tive que descer pra buscar pq não tem funcionários pra levar ao quarto, o mesmo aconteceu com as malas... Café da manhã bem simples, poucas variedades. Piscina horrível, agua turva, não sei o que eles fizeram nas fotos... mas no booking parece até uma área legal, algumas partes tem grades pra proteção outras não, um perigo para as crianças... Chegamos às 14h pro check-in e um dos quartos ainda não estavam disponíveis... Pontos positivos: quartos amplos e espaçosos, cortinas escurecem bem o quatro, camas boas, bom banheiro, nada de luxo ou moderno... mas deu pra dormir bem.

One of the worst hotels we've ever stayed at in Fortaleza. The elevator has been broken for two days, so we're forced to climb dirty stairs. The breakfast is super poor, worse than at many inns (and this place says it's a HOTEL). - The ”juice” is actually ”colored water” that's impossible to drink; - For hot food, you can choose between scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs; - They only have milk and coffee, ZERO teas! As if 100% of Brazilians drink coffee!!! I was forced to go to the little market across the street to buy a box of tea, since I don't drink coffee; - Only one fruit option, a pineapple so sour that no one could eat it; - Not to mention the delay in restocking the items. We arrived at 8am and items were already missing. The rest of the hotel gives the impression of abandonment. The garage looks like a pile of stuff, a storage room competing with cars; The room we stayed in was very spacious, the air conditioning worked perfectly; There was no door on the shower stall in the bathroom, so when you took a shower, the rest of the bathroom got wet. The 32” TV only picked up free-to-air channels, but someone had left Netflix on, so you could watch movies. There was no phone in the room, so to contact the concierge you had to go out into the hallway and use a ”communal” intercom. In fact, for those who want to stay in the room during the day, it's almost impossible to relax, the intercom rings all the time and very loudly! Honestly, the ”hotel” Coimbra was a huge disappointment. It's not worth the cost-benefit.

The hotel is very well organized, clean, careful, staff-friendly, quality food, breakfast with a great variety. Ideal accommodation for your need, cosy and spacious. Excellent quality restaurant service. The hotel has a very good quality of friendliness, reception, service, proactivity.

Assim que chegamos ao hotel fomos bem atendidas pela recepção, MA sinfelizmente nao foi o quarto que reservamos e ainda estava com um xixi no vaso sanitário, ou seja sem limpeza devida, mas depois constatamos que o vaso estava entupido, no dia seguinte depois da reclamação que não foi o quarto que tinhamos fechado eles n os encaminharam para o quaro flat, mas mesmo assim por ser muikto antigo e sem manutenção devida, o telefone nao funcionava, ficamos sem contato com recepção, restaurante etc... o Chuveiro não esquenta e por ser muito velho a agua que cai fica toda espaçada, não teve nenhum dia arrumação no quarto, nem limpeza, eu mesma q arrumei as camas. O ÚNICO PONTO POSITIVO atendimento dos funcionários, sempre muito educados e prestativos, ressalto o atendimento dos funcionarios: Rosana, Marcelo e Alex todos do café da manhã e restaurante, o Marcelo parece o anfitrião de tão bem que atende, simpático, prestativo faz tudo que pode ali. Num todo o lugar precisa de manutenção, o parque aquatico é muito antigo e velho algum momento ali fiquei com medo de meus filhos brincarem nos toboáguas , mas pelo que pesquisei na região é o único que tem uma maior estrutura para crianças , muito triste ver um lugar daquele porte tão abandonado!

Hotel well located, next to the shopping Cariri, not 10 minutes walking. Aside has also a bakery with a good restaurant per kg. This pousada has a great location in between the beach and broadway. The room was really cute, like a small cabana with all functionality of a hotel room. Great to have a parking in such a small town. Just a few points missing: a hairdryer and a safe would have been nice to have. The pool is wow. Breakfast was good and service was nice too.

Se deseja conforto, fuja. Estive hospedada com minha família entre os dias 24 e 30/12/24 O colchão de casal estava horrível (veja foto,como estava fundo, passou da hora de jogar fora), pedi 3 vezes para trocar e me falaram que iam verificar a possibilidade, cobrei novamente me falaram que a pousada estava cheia e não tinha como trocar, porém ainda existia vaga, ou seja, desculpa esfarrapada, o que me deixou muito chateada com o descaso, visto que eram 6 noites e voltei com dor na coluna. A limpeza é razoável Diz que tem academia, mas a bicicleta nem roda a corrente de tão enferrujada, academia sem condições de uso. O café da manhã é bom, e as meninas do café muito simpáticas e prestativas, deviam colocar elas na recepção. As toalhas e lençóis eram limpos, porém não fornecem toalhas de rosto, nem que vc solicite, como foi o meu caso, se deseja conforto e qualidade, procure outra pousada A piscina é limpa a água quentinha, porém a profundidade é de no mínimo 1,60 e máximo 2 metros, se vc não sabe nadar, difícilmente vai conseguir utilizar. Enfim, a falta de toalha, piscina, a gente supera, mas com colchão ruim é impossível tem noites de descanso. Não voltarei nunca mais.
