I picked up the phone and called the embassy and sent someone to take me to complete the procedures. Because I had to wait for a few working days to get the documents, I stayed in the hotel. To be honest, the cleanliness of the hotel was my first impression. The second was that all the meals were authentic Chinese food. The third was that all the staff were warm and the service attitude was super good. It made me feel like home. I want to express a lot, and I am not dragging my feet. If you plan to come to Dhaka, Bangladesh for inspection, you must choose the Dhaka Mango Hotel. The owner has been here for more than 20 years and knows all walks of life. I have been staying at this hotel last 2 years when i go to Dhaka, staff are very friendly, professional, very helpful and polite. Always allow to check in early if the room is available or ready. The manager he is down to earth, very helpful always ask about the stay and if i needed anything during my stay. The hotel always give welcome cold fresh juice, also has free luggage storage room, free buffet breakfast.. Its mid range average room price for Dhaka city and excellent location.

I booked 2 nights through Trip.com, but when I checked in, the hotel said they hadn’t received any information and asked me to pay again. I was shocked — I’ve travelled worldwide and never faced this before. Trip.com confirmed they had informed the hotel at the time of booking. It seems the front desk staff, or even the manager, lacked knowledge about checking online bookings. Very unprofessional!

The location was good and everything was good, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking. However, since I was on a business trip, it was okay to stay there.

The hotel has a really good location close to a lot of important places and a train station also. The service and all the stuff are friendly, gentle and helpful. The condition of the room wasn’t perfect, because of the time, but it was clean and well prepared with all the necessary amenities. The breakfasts were tasty and various for everyone. I recommend this hotel

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal aber soll noch besser werden, Hauptstraße ist zurzeit wegen Bauarbeiten blockiert, late checkout wegen 2 Stunden mussten wir halbe Miete zahlen,obwoh bei der Buchung late checkout bestätigt war!!

Very nice hotel. It seems to be in the embassy area. The surrounding environment is very clean. The hotel is not luxurious, but the facilities are complete and clean. It looks very new.

Staff are lovely and friendly. Everything in the room worked, the traffic noise was loud on the 4th floor. Overall it was an average 3* hotel but personally I don’t think that was reflected in the price - especially considering breakfast is fairly poor and many things were not available (it seems there was low occupancy during my stay). Overall, overpriced but generally fine for a short stay. Great staff.
