Once you enter the gate, the grandeur of this place will take your breath away. It's grand, beautiful and the grounds are immaculately maintained.
The service here is top notch. We were here to celebrate my partner's birthday, the staff presented him with a cake and present at the reception and decorated the room with balloons.
When we enquired about laundry, they said they'd get it done for us within 2 hours, and we got back our clean laundry within the time frame.
The room itself was lovely, with everything you'd need. We had breakfast at the hotel itself, and the buffet spread was impressive and delicious.
We also spent some time at the museum where chairman Mao had drafted the constitution, and to our delight, our tour guide was the cutest 9 year old girl who was incredibly knowledgeable.
You may cut through New Hotel to get to the lake, just a 3 minute walk.
All in all, it was an amazing stay, highly recommended.

山莊與西湖隔道相望，旁邊的7路公交直達靈隱寺，特別方便。山莊很大，幽靜，園林景觀，照相很出片，往來有小交通車接送，主打不讓客人多走一步路，對長者小孩很適合。早餐晚餐豐富，除了山莊的餐廳外還可以去隔壁新新餐廳，味道都很不錯哦！絕對是下次來杭州的首選。

週末陪老母親遊西湖，於是選了西湖旁的莊園，事實證明非常超值！週六中午到可以直接辦入住，因為太熱不想出去午餐，莊園裡有自助餐提供，各式各樣中式菜都很好吃！性價比槓槓的！吃飽喝足睡個午覺，傍晚出門遊西湖也不是很熱，人也不多，圍着斷橋走一圈回莊園正好天黑也不累，在旁邊吃點小吃結束行程完美！第二天早餐也是相當豐富！莊園地下車庫雖然小但總有空位，地面有充電樁不多我每次進出看都有空着，出門看到20一小時的停車收費標準瞬間覺得太值了，服務也是非常棒！有求必應！房間更加值得表揚，乾淨明亮！一推門淡淡的花香聞着特別舒服，每棟樓之間都可以呼叫小車接送，總而言之，強烈推薦長者來住絕對超值！

老牌五星級 依山傍海而建 鬧中取靜 滿眼都是綠色
裝修風格是中式審美 但設施翻新過依然很現代 有智能馬桶 早餐極其豐富 中式西式都有 融入本地特色 迎賓的小姐姐好好看 每位工作人員都禮貌熱情 同樣的價格 住這裏比商業區舒服太多了 下次會帶家裡老年人來住 感覺應該很喜歡

攜程搞活動就去了，酒店的位置算是比較好的，但是出名仍要走一段才進核心景區。在新新的早餐也不錯，有鮮榨果汁和牛排，暑期性價比高。裝修風格就是那種國營酒店風，房間較小，能接受就可以去。吹風機應該不是戴森，或者是集采戴森。酒店旅拍沒有提醒，走之前問了給了個私人號碼讓自己打電話問，沒拍成

環境：出門就是西湖，背靠寶石山，環境清幽，鬧中取靜

酒店位置非常好，出門就是孤山，酒店本身就像個公園，很大很安靜。酒店房間很大，設施齊全，智能馬桶也有，各種細節很到位。酒店工作人員服務熱情主動，老牌五星級的風範。早餐也很不錯，總體來説非常滿意。

酒店位置很好，就在西湖邊上，步行到岳廟碼頭坐遊船，看最憶是杭州表演十分鐘路程可到。酒店面積很大，但有接駁車，隨叫隨到，出行方便。在酒店自助餐廳和新新飯店都吃了早飯晚飯，兩邊都不錯。西湖山莊餐廳大點吃的多點，新新飯店更精緻，點心更多。還參觀了毛主起草蓆憲法的舊址，展館佈置得很用心，非常值得一看！
