"Superb location next to Wulin street. Many places to eat. Slightly hard to get taxi into the front of the hotel as the pavement is jam with cars and pedestrian and it’s a dead end. Room is decent and sufficient for 2 pax."

"We had the best hotel stay of our lives. Every employee treated us with top-notch professionalism and politeness. Truly, this hotel provides excellent service in an exceptional location - in the heart of the city, within walking distance to West Lake (Hangzhou's premier geographic attraction) and In77 (the largest shopping mall, with stores for every demographic! Our stay was punctuated with utmost care, from bathrobes and slippers to a pristine building (floors gleaming and vents regularly cleaned) to a breakfast buffet with the most diverse spread of cuisine and nutrition imaginable, all at the top quality and scrumptious taste. This hotel is a key reason for our love for Hangzhou, and we will most certainly be returning here. We are especially grateful to Mr. Zhang, who provided us with professional and skillful assistance."

"Very convenient location, great view of the beautiful West lake. Friendly staffs who aimed to provide pleasant experience for the customer. Wide spread of choice for breakfast at the 20th floor revolving restaurant, with the great view of West lake. Restaurant is very crowded during peak hour, not a big concern for us as we time our breakfast accordingly."

"Pros: Simple no frill tourist hotel near west lake. Takes 15 min to walk to West Lake (Lotus area entrance). The lady at the Venice restaurant seating guests for breakfast even remembered our group on the 2nd day and seated us quickly. Breakfast options are adequate though not glamourous like 5 star hotels. Just good enough to start the day and not indulgent. Area of improvement: The hotel did not allow cars to stop in front of the main entrance even though there was space for one car. We arrived during a heavy downpour and were all wet scrambling from the taxi on the side of the road to enter the hotel."

"It was wonderful to check into the hotel in late evening.. almost club happy hour closing and be greeted by prosecco and fabulous fresh fruit and nut bread in the balcony and see photo 1. Wonder service..vg prosecco and the bread tastes slightly if long ging, dragon's breath tea. The staff went out of their way to keep the room at 19, which because the air con does not blow on the couch or bed. is 20 or 21.. with an extra blower in each room. Truly a kindness. But what sold, what makes it my hotel of choice is going to the elevator and seeing through double doors on the 6th floor a beautiful garden! Of course, overlooking Westlake! Breakfast was almond so all Chinese but still the wonderful bread and yes, a poached egg is possible, and nice cheese selection. Oh yes, bacon..but no one slicing a ham."

"I checked in early, and the staff were accommodating, which made a great first impression. During our stay, we asked for extra water and towels, and they were provided quickly and without any issue. The breakfast was okay 👍🏻"

"Very nice and well located hotel. I was really happy and impressed by this hotel. They thought of everything to make your stay great. It is really clean, they have all the amenities you need in your room. Breakfast has a large choice: some Western options( coffee, bread, butter and fruits) I felt good during my stay. Happy with the free laundry service. I spotted on the last day, the steamer in the room. Rooms are cleaned daily. Bed is really soft. Despite being next to the street, it wasn’t noisy at all. It’s at a walking distance from a shopping street with plenty of snacks shops and restaurants to eat. Very good internet connection in the room. I couldn’t find the password to use it in the lobby on the day we checked out and , at the time, it was too busy at the reception desks to ask the staff. The only thing to improve is about the charging station, maybe add or replace it by a more common one. It was very challenging to put it back after use as there were no empty place left at the hotel and the nearby shops didn’t have that brand. We finally found one the following day, in an alley in the shopping street. Despite having a map to help you find where they are, it wasn’t easy as a lot of locations on the map are no longer accurate. It gives an option of pausing for 12 hours to find a location where to return it, but that wasn’t enough since the few that are around filled up quickly."

"Hyatt Place Hangzhou International Airport is exceptionally well-located, directly connected to Hangzhou Airport—just a short walk from the terminals. It’s perfect for travelers in transit or those heading into the city, as the metro station is easily accessible from the airport itself. There’s a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, making snacks and essentials easy to grab anytime, and just a short walk away are various restaurants around the airport. The room was impressively spacious and well-designed, featuring a large, soft bed, modern amenities, and a clean, smoke-free environment. The atmosphere was peaceful, offering a relaxing stay with large windows providing great views of the airport. The bathroom was spacious and elegantly designed. Although I didn’t get to try the breakfast due to a short layover, the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again—convenience, comfort, and quality all in one place. "I highly recommend this exceptional Hangzhou hotel. The spacious rooms offer excellent amenities. The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. Its convenient location is near Xifu, popular tourist attractions, and a shopping mall. The concierge service was also outstanding. Definitely will come back to this damn good hotel .
