This hotel only needs one change – replace Abdullo at the reception. He is definitely the 'weakest link,' and since late-arriving guests have to interact with him, it leaves a completely bad impression of the entire hotel! I don't recommend staying here until the senior management fires Abdullo from the reception.

I was very pleased with my stay. The reception was excellent, with staff always smiling and very helpful. The management listened attentively to suggestions and cooperated immediately. I loved the breakfast; it was varied, delicious, and plentiful. Next time, I will book it with breakfast included.

We loved our stay at this hotel. With its unique and textured furnishings, the hotel and the room is welcoming and inviting. The staff were good- especially Ayberk on the front desk. The gym is well maintained and it’s in a good position for restaurants. The breakfast was outstanding with lots of variety for every taste.

Breakfast is okay, although not varied but it tastes well. Unfortunately had a room in -1 floor. This smells to smoke cigarettes, although it should be a smoke-free room. Air conditioning has not worked well or has not brought fresh air in. Location is very optimal to get into the center quickly.

Great location for restaurants and local market. Walking distance to castle and old town. Near main station and next door to metro. Good rooms with comfortable beds. Amazing breakfast buffet. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and booked our ongoing bus tickets when my mobile failed. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, close to the main train station and metro station. It just takes about 15 minutes by foot to reach the old town. The rooms are very clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The room isolates the noise well. The only issue we had was with the mini fridge which makes a lot of light at night and makes it hard to sleep. Breakfast was fresh and good quality with enough variety. The staff was super friendly, they offered us water bottles and helped us find the correct dolmus to the main bus station. I highly recommend it.

The hotel's location is great, and the service is decent, pretty standard. As for cleanliness, the room cleaning was alright, but we had a bit of an issue with the towels. The dirty towels were changed upon our request, but this really should have been noticed beforehand. I used the replacement towels with some hesitation. Everything else was good, though. Thanks.

I had to book this hotel last minute because my original hotel had a gas leak. Its location is great for those traveling by car, as it's right at the entrance of the ancient castle. If you're only staying one night in Ankara, I think this hotel is a good choice. At least the sunset view from the castle is beautiful – probably the only scenery worth seeing in Ankara. However, this hotel is quite surprising. Despite its non-cheap price, when I asked for a few extra bottles of water, they actually charged me for them. I really didn't expect that. The hotel breakfast isn't a buffet; it's served individually per person. The taste is moderate, and there aren't many options. The hotel's strong point is that it includes a ticket to its own museum. I checked, and buying a separate ticket for this museum isn't cheap. The exhibits inside are definitely worth seeing. For this aspect, I'd still recommend it.
