The location is right by the sea and the scenery is very good. The distance from the market next to it is not far away, and it takes 10 minutes to walk. The hotel's environment and service are good. Note that the hotel does not include meals and the breakfast fee is 40 Fiji. Chinese food and dinner are usually eaten outside.
The apartment is in a good location, clean and sanitary. You can cook. There is a large supermarket and a butcher shop next to it, which is convenient for shopping. The boss is very nice. He added WeChat in advance, can pick up and drop off at the airport, help buy data cards, and exchange Fijian currency. The room was vacant when I arrived on the same day, and I checked in early for free. I went to the Fijian market with the boss's car and bought local specialties to cook in the apartment. I spent 2 days of home warmth. I went to the hot spring mud, the presidential village, and the Indian temple. The boss lady was great and translated the whole scene. The apartment is the first choice for family and friends.
The hotel environment is very green, the Mexican food at the entrance of the hotel is good, the swimming pool is better, and the sunset is good at night. It was a lot of time when I checked in. I notified Ctrip and it was resolved. The room kitchen supplies were many and the room was large. Some facilities are a bit old.
The resort is very conveniently located, just close to everything. Inside the resort precinct there’s a dive shop which is great for divers. The resort staff are very hospitable with great services. Plenty of free activities provided everyday including fire walk, kava ceremony and fish feeding etc. Tours can be booked through the tour booking desk at reception. Highly recommended for travellers looking for diving and other outdoor activities.
I stayed at the hotel for 18 days, last month and some staff are very nice and friendly specially the catering, and cleaners, the overall we pay for our stay is far expensive as it is but the condition is not matching enough with what we pay for as the room has cockroaches going around near the basin area, and in the bedroom, specially night time goes in your bed, I complained so many times with nothing being done, the whole room needs upgrading, they need more washing machines as it was heavy rains throughout the week with only 1/2 machines being used all the time and i ended up going to families place with my loads of washing, even though it’s convenient to Lautoka town, the food is the same every morning but it caters for everyone is trully a blessing as staff there are very supportive, friendly, otherwise the whole Hotel needs a new Face with new maintenance to match with class, and worth for our moneys worth🙏🏽
Incredible hotel, fantastic location and super friendly staff. Great location if you’re looking to relax, Fiji time! Gym has everything you could need, cafe, restaurants, entertainment, gym, tennis courts, beach and they offer water sports and activities on campus as well as convenient and easy experiences to book. We even booked a day out and a boat came to the beach inform of our room and picked us up. Amazing place, safe to say we didn’t want to go home.
My recent stay AT NALAGI was a delightful experience that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and comfort. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Thanks to everyone
The room is spacious, bright and comfortable, clean and sanitary. It is also close to the beach, a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast is not very varied, but it is filling.
Well the staff and people are all to accomodating. Lovely people , helpful and try very hard. Friendly and do their best. Rooms are dated and need maintenance, they were half empty so perfect time to do a room at a time. The bed has been turned around from the side of the room to the middle. Good outlook , but now no PowerPoints to charge phones etc. light switch you have to get out of bed to switch lights off at front door now. Configuration is out of whack. These need doing asap. No toilet roll holder. Just screw holes where it was originally. After complaining they fitting one. Shower head needed to move around to get wet. There are pack of dogs that frequent back of the resort. My first night I arrived 12 midnight. Dogs yelped and barked to 2am from what I know because I finally fell asleep. I told them about it. Seemed like they had some workers chase them away for a few nights. But there was 2 more nights the barking happened again. So 3 out of 6 night. Breakfast was good. But no bacon 3 days out of 6. Not on. Money exchange rate was awful. 1 to 1.30 Fiji. I actually went to resort up the road 1 to 1.42 , the taxi through the hotel was 30 Fiji dollars dearer than the rest. Example went to ghecko resort for dinner. 60 Fiji return trip taxi I booked. Hotel wanted 100. Need a profit but not accomodating guest very well. Booked outside all transport. Dinner was good assortment. But went out few times. Better cuisine outside. No wifi in the rooms or resort unless you go to the front reception area. Big drama. Heard numerous people saying this is ridiculous and checked out early. One couple booked in. Went to there room. Ask at reception where’s the wifi. Told only available here in reception. They said check us out now. We are going elsewhere. Could be a lovely resort. Staff workers are all there. Area and position is good. Just need management to get their stuff together. First is wifi immediately and then rooms maintenance

GGuest UserCheck in was easy but they almost forgot to give us our room key. The whole trip the key didn't work to get in and out of our room so we had to get staff to let us ion every time. They said they upgraded us but when we got there there was only 1 bed. We asked numerous times to get the bed ready but by the 3rd time we asked they eventually did it. Room was fine for what we needed with mini fridge, littler back deck to sit on which was nice and enough space. The bathroom was ok however, we had a shower and the shower head started spinning cold water everywhere but we managed to get over that. The pools were great and to have water slide and nice chairs round the pool made the day go quick as we we hung out there for a few hours. The food was good and having music all day was enjoyable. The check out was easy and courtesy bus worked out really well.so all in all a few issues but nothing major and had everything we required
FFILATOVSome of the most pleasant memories from my trip to Fiji will remain about this resort! Quite by accident (I made a mistake with the name in the hotel when booking) I got into this hotel! But how wonderful everything was during my vacation, you have no idea!
The hotel is in a secluded place, only the roadway is nearby and that’s it! For a peaceful, relaxing holiday - definitely the best choice!
The beach is excellent - coral, but there are several sandy entrances! There are fish, crabs and starfish in the water! Snorkeling is great! By the way, the hotel provides a free kayak. Palm trees hanging over the shore - indescribable nature!
The staff deserves a special word - they are very grateful to them, to these kind people who were wonderful to me and to all the other guests! These are rainbow people who love their job! I will remember you guys!
I recommend staying at this hotel! I hope my experience and resume will help you!

YYII have lived in Sydney for many years. I want to change my environment and choose this hotel. There is only one resort on the whole island. There are 16 rooms in total, all of which are single-family. The waiters are particularly enthusiastic and the service is in place. Basically, as long as they can do it. Everything will satisfy you, the environment is very good, open the door and face the beach and the sea, the food is not a very high-end ingredients, but it is very hard to do, the taste is not bad. The traffic is not very convenient. We will fly from Nandi to Sydney, transfer to Suva, take the hotel's car to the pier, and take more than 20 minutes to get to the hotel. Contact the hotel before you go, someone will go to Suva Airport to meet. The hotel can snorkel, dive, fish, slow life, couples and families who want to have a quiet time, and will go to Toberua again at Christmas time.

PPapayabananaWe claimed the room at around 9pm with a long waiting time for the room due to hotel’s issue. The room is dark. The hospitality decision of the hotel is not really good to be honest. But still, the gentleman in the reception are very willing to help us and he is friendly with a smile on his face.so overall is fine in this hotel.
