4-Star Hotels in Hessen, Germany

personally, I find a bit dangerous for a single lady traveller. the uber driver did not alight me in front of the hotel and is block by construction which I walk around to find the entrance. interior is nice and comfortable.

Hotel is connected to airport. You don’t need to step out of airport building at all. It was ideal for us since we were travelling from tropical country to winter season Germany. We didn’t need to take out our winter clothes at all. Breakfast was great with wide varieties of choices. Note that this hotel is huge. We got room which was far away from the lift lobby. That’s the only downside for us.

The location was perfect near the main train station and breakfast was really delicious only the room cleaning are not ok they're cleaning the room daily even you request they said no you need to wait one day then they can clean your room

The hair dryer is not working and waited for the serviceman to come (within 25min) Waited 30min and call and nobody pickup. Rushing for breakfast and going to airport. Don’t have time to wait for the servicemen and in the end never dry the long hair.  Hope that the hotel can keep the airport shuttle bus service for coming years. I dont mind to pay a bit more for it.

1. Sometimes the hotel staffs are the nicest people in the world. And sometimes, they are the rudest at this place. I sent them 3 emails, but I never heard back from them. So I called them to make sure my requests were in the system. It took me few tries. One staff picked up, I never expect the staffs to be my friends, nor do I want them, however this person decided to have Korean drama brawl over the phone with me. Rude hotel staff(rhs): Guten morgen Atrium Hotel. Me: Guten morgen, I am sorry do you speak English? RHS: ...I am listening Me: Hi, I have a reservation from then to then. My name is so and so. I sent emails before but... RHS: Name Me: I'm sorry? RHS: I asked for your name. Your last name. Me: oh it's so and so. RHS: Wait, I saw your emails. Me: good, then can I... RHS: if you have written to us, why are you wasting my time again? Me: I'm sorry what? RHS: ugh (hangs up) Then he unhooks the phone, and I couldn't reach them for 6 hours. After that, even though the hotel was great, other staffs were fantastic, my experience with this hotel was all overshadowed. 2. Beware if you are staying in Frankfurt, near the Frankfurt am Hbf, the central station, is NOTORIOUS for being dangerous. This hotel happens to be just outside of the dangerous part of it, but it is close enough. If you are from major cities in US, Frankfurt is nothing, but it's something to consider. 3. Do not take the AC for the granted, I was foolish to think my Frankfurt hotel experience was gonna be transferable for the rest of my trip in Europe. Just because most Western Europe winter can be brutal, does not mean the summer is going to be easy to get by, and believe me, YOU WILL WANT THE AC.

Located right at the train station and about 800 meters from Terminal 1 of the airport. Very convenient for the train to plane transfer. Workout facility very good. Located in a shopping mall area. Grocery store, Starbucks, bakeries, pharmacy all conveniently located. Paid for the room in full up front, on checkout they added a 4 Euro visitor tax. This should have been said up front not as I leave. Trip.com missed that tax.

The hotel location is very convenient, you can take the free shuttle bus to the hotel , the bus stop is near the A6 exit door. We arrive early and the reception lady is so kind and good and helps us a lot. The room is very good and the bed is comfortable. Next time will definitely come back

Great location near the airport - easy 1 subway station on the S8 or S9 trains at reduced fare ticket option. Hotel located right next to one of the exits. Easy check-in, clean rooms, wifi good, as expected of a Hyatt Place brand. Did not try the breakfast or in-hotel restaurant. Did not see any 24-hr convenience stores nearby though. Good and value-for-money option as a near-enough airport hotel. Hotels right at the airport at more than double the price.

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Frankfurt, and while it was a decent experience, there were some aspects that were different from what I expected. First off, this is an apartment-style hotel, which we didn’t realize when booking. The lobby is functional but not as visually appealing as other Marriott properties, which was a bit of a letdown. The hotel is very busy, more like a business hotel, which made the breakfast area quite crowded despite the good spread. The rooms, however, were nice and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They even allowed us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s a good hotel with solid service, but the ambiance is fairly average and doesn’t quite match the standard of other Marriott hotels I’ve stayed in. If you’re looking for a place that’s practical and well-located, it’s a fine choice, just be prepared for the hustle and bustle.

I would say this hotel exceeds the expectations, and most of luxurious hotels as well should learn something from this one. So comfortable place to be for a short stay before the flight. Helpful staff at reception, except in the morning when the Lady was ignoring me even though i was standing in front for 10 minuets for checkout, She was busy making coffee and at the same time attending guests which is not convenient for anybody i guess. Also i read that hotel guests did not need to pay airport transfer fee of 5 euro, but they still charged 10 euros from us. I like the waiting area and bar

If you are driving ev don’t choose this hotel. There is no charger in the hotel parking. And also there is no tools such as slippers, cleaning cotton etc. for uour comfortable. Orhervise hotel rooom was nice.

There is nothing to complain about at the hotel. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. The food was good. I will check in again.

Hotel was very close to the train and Frankfurt’s main areas so very easy to get around. Room AC wasn’t working but room was changed on day 2 after the staff attempted to fix it. The breakfast buffet had amazing options. Unfortunately the gym was inoperable during the length of my stay which was the main reason I opted for the hotel. I was told I could have vouchers for a local gym but when requested they said they must have run out. I was grateful to have a taxi ride to and from the camp where I dropped off my daughter for the week.

The hotel is nice and close to the airport, but there is nothing around it. There is a small supermarket 500 meters away. The breakfast is good and the price/performance ratio is very high. It is very convenient to stay here if you are in transit.

The hotel is at least 10-12 minutes walk to the nearest train station “Eschborn Sud” The hair dryer is fixed inside the drawer of the bathroom, not able to remove It’s especially inconvenient and tiring for guest with long hair and when u need longer time to dry up your hair The shower door frame was broken on day of check in and nothing was done to fix it throughout my stay

Sehr freundliches, hilfreiches u. humorvolles Personal am Emfang. Als Alleinreisende fühlte ich mich gleich willkommen! Super zentrale Lage u. trotzdem ruhig, da mein Zimmer nach hinten raus war. Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll im modernen, barocken Still eingerichtet. Da ich Freunde besuchte u. bei diesen frühstückte, kann ich darüber nichts sagen. Ich würde immer wieder dort buchen, da auch d. Preis sehr okay war!

The price-performance ratio is relatively high, and the room is relatively large, but the bath products and the front desk are actually relatively average, especially the breakfast is also very average. I can only say that the price-performance ratio is relatively high. Well, if the requirements for staying for one night are not very high, it should not matter. It’s not far from the airport and the best thing is free parking

We had a great time. The hotel is very modern and clean, centrally located with good parking facilities. The room was beautiful and tastefully furnished. The reception staff was professional and friendly. We can recommend the hotel very further.

It's a bit remote, 10 minutes walk from Eschborn Sued train station. It's not recommended for people with big suitcases, as there are big ups and downs. There is a shopping park and various supermarkets nearby. It's 10 minutes by train to the exhibition, which is quite convenient.

Very clean and breakfast was good If you are staying at the airport, I recommend using this hotel. It's a little far from the city, so it's a coast for cars.

This hotel must be praised, the price is favorable, the rent is large, and the breakfast is rich. It is relatively close to the subway and the airport, and is suitable for business trips. Great, this should be the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in in Europe!
