My stay this time was great! The lady at the front desk was so helpful during check-in, and she even offered a complimentary room upgrade, which gave me better lighting and a nicer view. The hotel was clean, and the facilities were new. Plus, there were plenty of outlets for charging, making for a very comfortable stay.

An Unexpectedly Comfortable Stay! My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was exceptionally satisfying! The hotel boasts an excellent location, with convenient transportation access, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately impressed by the warm atmosphere and friendly service. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, quickly handling my check-in. The room was spacious and bright, with plush, comfortable bedding. The 'Garden Sleep System' bed, in particular, ensured I had a wonderful night's sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the attention to detail truly stood out. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining both Western and Chinese dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted delicious. The hotel also features a well-equipped fitness center and business center, perfectly meeting all my needs. What truly stood out was the professionalism of the hotel's service team. Their dedication and thoughtfulness were evident in every interaction, from housekeeping to concierge services. It offers outstanding value for money, making it an excellent choice for any trip! I will definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn again for my next visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Staying at Chengde Qiwanglou Hotel truly felt like a home away from home. First off, it's not a towering high-rise, which immediately gives it a cozy, homely vibe. Plus, the hotel doesn't cater to a massive number of guests, only about a hundred or so at most, meaning they can offer a more personalized and attentive service, or as I'd put it, 'meticulous care.' This included thoughtful touches like having snacks, candies, and refreshing drinks available at the entrance, and sewing kits and other small emergency items in the hallways of each building. From the moment you step in, everyone you encounter at this hotel actively engages with guests, listening carefully to their suggestions and needs. This level of personalized interaction is something I haven't experienced in hotels in recent years, and it's truly commendable. Guests who've stayed even just one day are greeted by the hotel's cat rubbing against their legs as soon as they walk in – it's incredibly heartwarming! The restaurant staff were all very dedicated, helping guests choose dishes and ensuring nothing went to waste, which was lovely. When they heard we enjoyed millet porridge, they even sold us some to take back to Beijing! One staff member, Zhi, proactively offered to buy us tofu (from Zhang Yu), which was a huge convenience. Mr. Yu Changhong (Xiao Yu) provides exceptional service, treating every guest like family, and truly fosters that 'home away from home' feeling. I do have a small suggestion: it would be great if the hotel could keep two electronic blood pressure monitors and phone charging cables on hand. When guests book a room, especially if they are elderly, it could be noted that a blood pressure monitor can be provided in their room, saving them the hassle of bringing their own. Having charging cables readily available would also alleviate any worries about charging phones.

I came here to experience the hotel because it was newly opened. Indeed, all the facilities and equipment are quite new. The room is equipped with a sofa bed, the screen is also movable, there is a small bar and tableware, and there is a quilt in the cabinet. It is very suitable for family travel. At the beginning, I felt that except for the cold attitude of the front desk, I was quite satisfied with everything else. We just arrived at the room. Fruits were delivered right after. As a result, when I took a shower at night, I found that the hot water was very small and I couldn’t take a shower at all. I could only call the front desk. The solution given by the front desk was to change rooms. Because there were a lot of luggage and it was late, I didn’t want to change rooms, so I asked the engineering to repair it. But they still asked to change rooms. Okay, then change rooms. We asked the staff to go to the room to check whether the hot water was normal. As a result, the staff did not check and came directly to our room to let us change. We asked again to check, and the staff went to check. The result was also broken. If we didn’t check it, wouldn’t we go there directly? ? ? ? Very speechless. Later, we changed our room to the 7th floor and checked that the hot water was normal. After we moved our luggage over, we looked at the bedding, and it turned out to be very dirty. There was a little garbage under the pillow. It was outrageous!!! We asked the front desk to come again, and they asked us to change rooms. Let's change, and asked her to check the room first. I really didn't want to bother, but the attitude was not good, and asked us to check it ourselves. I was very tired, so I asked my boyfriend to check it. The quilt was dirty, okay. Dirty. I said, then change the quilt for us. The staff asked us to pick up the quilt ourselves. This was the first time I encountered such a situation, and I was shocked. Okay, okay, I just want to take a shower and go to bed. It's really not as good as the attitude of the Hanting Hotel we stayed in the day before. The cleaning of the second day was OK.

Booked a sea-view twin room for our family trip over New Year's Day, and the front desk upgraded us to a sunrise room (though we couldn't wake up early enough to see the sunrise). It was a bit better than expected; the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. MaoYe Shopping Mall is right downstairs, accessible directly from the hotel, which was super convenient as we didn't even need to put on a coat to go for a meal in the middle of winter. The only minor drawback was that the hotel parking lot is shared with the mall. Being new to the area and arriving on a holiday, we were stuck in traffic trying to get in for a long time and then still had to search for a parking spot. However, after telling the hotel, we got free parking, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a pretty satisfactory stay.

The front desk staff were really enthusiastic and helpful. The towels in the room, however, were a bit stiff. Breakfast was excellent, especially the 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork), which was delicious. I also got to try the local specialty, 'Dou Mo' (a savory bean paste soup), which was also very tasty, but it's not available every day. Overall, I had a great experience.

From the moment I push open the hotel doors, the familiar Baroque-style decor greets my eyes, a faint fragrance permeates the air, and the front desk staff always know my surname, greeting me with a 'Welcome home, Mr./Ms. X,' instantly melting away my travel fatigue. I absolutely love the hotel's food; it's simply incredible! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 You must try their Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), and the breakfast spread is particularly rich and diverse. The hotel rooms consistently maintain a reassuring level of cleanliness and comfort. The bedding is just right for a good night's sleep, and the soundproofing is excellent, allowing for peaceful nights even in the bustling city. What touches me even more are the subtle touches of care: the humidifier, eye masks, and earplugs always available in the room are a godsend for someone like me who has specific sleep environment preferences. With each stay, I notice small updates to the room facilities, perhaps a new decorative item or upgraded toiletries. This continuous dedication makes me feel the hotel's relentless pursuit of quality. And 'Water World' is always a highlight I must experience. After a day of work or sightseeing, soaking in the hotel's bathhouse or swimming a few laps in the heated pool makes all fatigue disappear. The bathing facilities here are well-maintained, the water is clear, the environment is elegant, and the staff are always there when you need them, without being intrusive. What I find most unforgettable is the hotel's personalized service. I remember one time I accidentally left a coat in my room. After contacting the hotel, they not only kept it safe but also proactively arranged for it to be couriered back to me. This sense of responsibility and thoughtfulness made me feel completely at ease. Over the past two years and nearly ten stays, the Venice Water World Hotel has witnessed my business trips and also accommodated my leisure time. It has never shown any neglect despite my frequent visits; instead, each time it has surprised me with new delights and consistent warmth. It's not just a hotel; it's more like a 'home away from home' in Shijiazhuang, a sanctuary where I can let my guard down and rest peacefully. If you're also looking for a hotel that gives you that 'home' feeling, then the Shijiazhuang Venice Water World Hotel is definitely worth a try. Trust me, once you experience the warmth and service here, you'll feel, just like me, that it's your other home in Shijiazhuang.

We visited during rainy weather, and the hotel front desk was very thoughtful, offering umbrellas for loan. The ladies at the front desk were all beautiful [giggles][giggles]! We were given a high-floor room with a stunning night view, and the cleanliness was excellent. There's also a laundry room available for guests, which was very convenient. The breakfast service was great too; they provided a high chair and utensils for my baby when they saw I had one. The overall service at this hotel made my family and me feel very comfortable. It was definitely the right choice!

Came to Chongli for skiing, and Thaiwoo Ski Town was so convenient and comfortable. The Thaiwoo Hotel was fantastic, really great value for money. You can enjoy flowers in spring 🌸, escape the summer heat 💧, go cycling in autumn 🚴, and ski in winter ⛷. I'll definitely stay here again in the future. They have a ton of activities, like ski discounts, complimentary hot springs ♨, free movie tickets, and the amazing Thaiwoo Night fireworks display. I was also incredibly lucky to catch a huge snowfall and see the beautiful rime ice, which I hadn't even seen when I went to Northeast China. So lucky! 😃

The front desk service attitude is very good. After the check-in, the staff will take the initiative to lead the way. The room is clean and odorless. The parking lot is quite large. It comes on weekdays. The parking space is particularly rich. There is a small shopping mall a few hundred meters away. It takes ten minutes to drive. There is a halal beef cover cake. When I left, my pajamas fell in the hotel, and the service staff also helped to mail them back.
