5-Star Hotels in Lower Silesian, Poland

The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here.

The surroundings are very quiet and beautiful. The hotel service staff is very friendly and helpful. It is worth recommending. The view across the curtains in the room is great! The buffet in the morning has a wide variety of high-quality and delicious food.

The breakfast is very good👍, the location is also good, clean, tidy and comfortable, but the lights in the room are too dark! Very uncomfortable at night😌!

The hotel is more distinctive, so I booked two room types and thought about experiencing it. The first room is a bit like a cave dwelling, and the second is a duplex. The duplex feels very good, but the fly in the ointment is: there is no tableware and appliances in the kitchen, and breakfast is also very general.

It's an old building but the interior is not at all. It feels like sleeping in the museum as old as history. But the facilities are up to date

Completely overrun, standing for hours at the reception, rooms are only available in the evening, no parking in the parking house is available for guests ( is used as a public parking house). So who wants to stay here at Christmas time should look for a quieter hotel. €30 more is worth it in any case. Unfortunately mass dealing . The rooms are clean and ordened and the staff will try their best. Ps. Who books Trip.com should be careful that the booking settings do not change during the booking process. The price changes and you are there without breakfast. After two attempts, we had decided to book breakfast on site, price was still acceptable.

No 5 star hotel, because: - Reception says there are no parking spaces in the garage, although there were enough free spaces. At the end of the exit the card does not work and I have to go to the reception again. - for dinner with open buffet you pay €25 per person and at the end you can only eat chickens and gnochi (fish with wine sauce must not be eaten by a pregnant woman. Lasagne labeled with tomatoes, but the pig meat is not mentioned). After the complaint, I'm told you we're sorry, but you can eat chicken breast. After my ironical laugh, the room number is asked and nothing happens after it. I still had to pay the 2 x 25€. - The air conditioning in the room is set at 19 degrees, the temperature remains at 24 degrees (also at night !!). The warm temperature did not allow you to sleep. - The space light sometimes doesn't work at all - SPA because of the children very noisy. The time without children is very short with only one hour (20-21 clock) and at 20:50 all customers are charged why you haven't left the sauna area yet. - English language is missing on the place
