This is really the best hotel on the main island. We stayed here for shark diving. It's hard to describe the accommodation on the main island. It was a pleasant surprise to stay here.
The hotel is very private and very suitable for bringing children. There is a babysitting service, a beach, and you can watch the sunrise. And you won't feel that there are too many people.
Service: Good. I will introduce it to you after checking in.
Restaurant: The taste is very good. The price of dinner is a bit high. We spent 310FJD for two people. I didn't order wine because of allergies.
Activities: The hotel has a lot of activities, including yoga, paddle boarding, coral planting, etc. The Fiji Night at night is also very special.
Spa: I had a spa, but the spa is not on the beach, which is a small disadvantage.
Although the room is a bit old, it has complete facilities and the fan is very comfortable. The environment outside the hotel is very good, with large green areas and swimming pools, which is very suitable for bringing children to play. Many foreigners play in the water with their children there. The hotel's restaurants are very good, with many types of breakfast. There is a Thai food shop in the lobby that is very delicious, which is definitely one of the best in Nadi. The hotel staff is also very friendly, bula~left bula~right, which is very interesting. Moreover, this hotel is the best place to watch the sunset in the port area. It faces due west, and the sunset is very beautiful. As a hotel for transit to the outer islands, it is worth staying!
I had a disappointing experience relating to service. My room had no wifi upon check in. I made the staff aware of this straight away, yet nothing was done until mid-morning the next day after I insisted it be resolved. All up I had to visit reception 2 times and call reception 5 times before they finally sent someone for a rather quick fix. When I called reception (outside of check in/out hours) often there was no answer. Furthermore, I paid for an oceanview room with 2 single beds, at check in I confirmed this was what I booked and requested that the room was not overlooking the pool. All these requests were ignored, and I was given a pool room with 1 bed, with no explanation for why.
While the staff are friendly (most hospitality staff across Fiji are), for a ”5” Star resort I found the service very lacking.
Facilities: High cost-effectiveness, good environment, large rooms
Sanitation: Fiji hotels are very clean
Service: Friendly service, convenient help in booking projects and boat tickets
When you stay at Hibiscus Suites And Residences in Nadi, you'll be near the airport, within a 5-minute drive of Namaka Market and Wailoaloa Beach. This hotel is 5.8 mi (9.3 km) from Port Denarau Marina and 6 mi (9.7 km) from Port Denarau.
Don't miss out on recreational opportunities including an outdoor pool and bicycles to rent.
The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 15 air-conditioned rooms featuring Smart televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Bathrooms feature showers with rainfall showerheads and hair dryers. Conveniences include safes and separate sitting areas, and housekeeping is provided on request.
Traveling with family (2 adults + 3 kids) from USA. We had a great time there. Kids absolutely the pools/beach/soccer field/the grill/pizza restaurant by the pool. Very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. We have been to Tahiti before and found this Marriott Momi Bay is even more relaxing, romantic, and picturesque than Tahiti. But there are also some pros: 1) the location is in the middle of nowhere (though no so far from Nadi). So once you are there, you will be pretty much stuck there; 2) food at the main restaurant is just average. They have an Asian food section for breakfast/dinner buffet, but quite a joke (to our standards, as Chinese Americans). The fish bar is awesome but requires a bit of walking/buggy ride; 3) snorkeling wise, the fish is not as colorful as in Tahiti, but is still very good; and 4) the layout of our room (2 beds by the pond) is not so much different from an upscale city business hotel.
Overall, if you are just looking for a relaxing time in a resort, this would absolutely be great place. But if you are looking for a new cultural/food/city adventure, this would not be the right place.
The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly. I was desperate when a disease suddenly broke out on the island! But the infirmary is fully equipped with medical equipment! They quickly relieved my pain and allowed me to continue my trip!
Except that the hotel's beach is not so clear because of the black sand, this hotel meets expectations. The hotel is large, the greenery is very good, and the villa's swimming pool is also very clean. A family of six chose a villa with breakfast and dinner, which was very cost-effective. The breakfast is in line with the standards of a five-star hotel. The buffet dinner is 129 Fijian dollars if purchased on site. There are salmon, prawns and other seafood every day. During our three-day stay, we also had Pipa shrimp and blue crab. The family had a great holiday here. It should be noted that when leaving the store, you must check the consumption before paying. We just left in a hurry and did not look carefully. It was not that our consumption was recorded in our name, but that we missed some consumption. Fortunately, later After communication, everything was properly resolved. There is Chinese service at the front desk, which is very convenient. The sunset is beautiful!
The location in Suva is excellent. The hotel has a history of more than 100 years. Many celebrities have stayed in this hotel when they visited Fiji. Although the hotel has a long history, the rooms are renovated, large, clean and hygienic. It should be the best hotel in Suva. The appearance is full of British style. The sea view room opens the window to face the sea. Sitting on the balcony looking at the bay and drinking a Fijian ice beer, I think Suva is worth it. The service staff are very enthusiastic and highly praised!
Small and beautiful hotel. The aroma of fresh orchids is everywhere.
Sitting in the jungle, waking up in the morning in the birdsong and seeing the Milky Way at night.
Very relaxed and healing.

GGuest UserThis is not up to standard with a 5-star resort. Overall it’s a nice stay, but overpriced and don’t go expecting 5-star luxury. It unfortunately has not kept up with the maintenance it has needed over the years.
Negatives
- had aircon issues and slept without aircon, they moved us rooms to fix this
- had a leak above our shower in both tooms
- fridge was broken in both rooms
- lack of pool towels for number of guests, tried getting a pool towel on multiple occasions to be told they were out. When we eventually got some they were stained.
- lack of snorkle gear for guests, we unfortunately couldn’t snorkle because they were always out. We spoke to other guests who went and bought some because they couldn’t get any either
- aircon in rooms is very loud
- internet access drops out constantly
- we couldn’t watch tv as the internet was down for netflix on the tv and we were told we could only watch it on phones or ipads
- food menus in the room are dirty and falling apart
Positives
- most of the staff is really friendly
- adults only pool is calm and quiet
- good assortment of activities and things to do in the hotel
- staff is mostly helpful when you need things
We actually tried to refund the end of our stay so we could leave. I wouldn’t recommend it to people and just know if you do stay here it is more like a 3 to 4 star resort.

AacacacSecond time for us to stay here this hotel!
This time we were able to stay at the pool view, we appreciate the kind help from reception assistance manger Aman as well as Keleshi’s help!
We recommend Intercontinental if it’s first time to visit Fiji because of below reason!
-friendly stuffs who are willing to help us always with beautiful smiles! May stuffs try to remember us and feet us personally which makes it it stay even more pleasant and we can see that they do it from their heart!
-spacious dining with great choice of food for lunch/dinner with love music everyday and some activities at the bar lounge
-Intercontinental has got public beach just in front and we can enjoy beach as well as Infinity pool for adults. What I love about this hotel is that we don’t need to go other places to enjoy beach as we can get to see colouful fishes with our own snorkels!
-spacious room and bathtub on a big balcony is something great and you can relax at the balcony even it’s raining day!
Thank you for the another beautiful stay and we will definitely come back!!

Mmatieyan1967We are traveling as a couple, staying for five nights, and want to stay for another two days, it is a good place to lie down and be in a daze. In comparison, the feeling of diving and snorkeling is not as good as that of the outer islands, but the hotel has five or six restaurants with many choices, relatively cheap prices, and many activities. The Sundowner restaurant is recommended for three meals a day (if you don’t drink alcohol, breakfast or brunch is cheaper than the buffet). The service staff is also great. There is a waitress named Savaria who can remember my name the next day. She is professional 👍🏻Highly recommended~ especially suitable for family trips.
AAnonymous UserThis booking is very cost-effective because the hotel is equipped with a baby bed when taking children out. The two beds can be combined. The service staff is very good and enthusiastic. The catering products are also very stable. The restaurants we ate at are all good. There are many activities and it is very parent-child friendly.
