The hotel was perfect for what we were looking for. It is right on the beach with easy access as well as lots of space around the pools to get a sun bed. Very clean and new with a very stylish interior design.

I was shocked that at a five-star hotel, such an unacceptable incident could occur. We had a deeply disturbing experience during our stay. Around 9:30 AM, someone from the property unlocked and opened both our front door and bedroom door without any prior notice, permission, or request from us. We were still asleep when this happened. We did not request housekeeping and there was no sign indicating otherwise. This was a serious breach of privacy and made us feel unsafe and disrespected. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any accommodation setting, let alone a serviced apartment.

Die Übernachtungspreise sind sehr fair.

Breakfast is also delicious, there are many choices, there are special people to omelettes, many hotels do not have this service, the hotel does not provide toothbrushes, you have to take the initiative, this hotel is good, it is a bit not enough to clearly mark the price, when we go, the service staff inside is not in the room, I put two small pieces of chocolate (a small piece of that), and opened a corner of the quilt on the quilt. Two beds and one piece. We thought it was a gift and ate it. When we checked out, we were told to charge 9 euros. This is a bit pitted. I think this is not suitable. Others are fine. Be sure to pay attention to the minibar and glass, these are not free food, will be charged, reasonable consumption.

The staff were so friendly. I had to check out of the hotel early because my flight was early, so I almost missed breakfast, but it was so touching. The only regret was the weather, so I couldn't play in the pool attached to the room.

The best staff, the best sea front view, everything is the best. I definitely plan to come back next time I visit Ibiza. It's worth more than the price.
