The room itself was spacious and cool with no air conditioner malfunction. I was satisfied with the cleanliness and well-stocked towels every time I went out. Both the reception and bellboy were friendly. As it was my honeymoon accommodation, I booked a place that was quiet and had a well-equipped restaurant, and I was very satisfied. The tapas bar was delicious, and the breakfast was also excellent. The sound of birds chirping every morning still lingers in my ears! It's quite far from downtown Mallorca, so I recommend coming just to enjoy this hotel! Even though I enjoyed everything during my 3-day stay, including the hotel's restaurant, spa, and swimming pool, it wasn't enough. It was really nice to be able to eat fresh fruit every morning. If you can afford it, I recommend a room with a terrace. A great hotel for families, couples, and friends! A taxi from the airport costs about 100 euros! If I go to Mallorca, I will definitely stay again^^

The hotel staff are very friendly, enthusiastic and proactive. While waiting for check-in, I was taken to the side to drink champagne while waiting for processing, and the luggage was delivered directly to the room by the staff. This time I only booked breakfast, which was very rich and free! There are all kinds of delicious freshly squeezed juices every day. Except for the poor coffee taste, everything else is very satisfactory. After reading xhs's comments, I regret not ordering a buffet dinner to try. I heard that the dinner is also very good hahaha This poor man eats a lot every day and then goes out to play, so I can save money for lunch hahahahaha

But we stayed there that night without a pool party, and we didn't even have a reason why we just took a bath and got ready to rest. I didn't expect that there would be restless drums and cheers downstairs around 12 o'clock, but we have been traveling for 10 days, and the exhaustion of self-driving tour and transit is really unsupportable. So I went to Dian Xiaodao but didn't go to Bundi! Everyone must learn my lessons and ask about the party location and time! 4. We are driving by car. The car can be parked next to hiibiza diagonally across the road. It can be parked on the sandy road free of charge. 5. Return to the room at night and find a raspberry-flavored small cake for us. My boyfriend said it was average ... 6. On the landing route, the hotel was a bit noisy during the day, and no flights at night did not affect the rest. 7. There is a restaurant called home loops on the island. It is very delicious. Although it is Spanish, it is very suitable for Asian appetites. While there is so much to commend about this hotel (the cleanliness, the excellent breakfast, the beautiful pool and spa) overall I was a little disappointed. The experience fell quite far short of a 5* experience and the hotel was not value for money. There were no toiletries in the room (toothbrush, razor etc) and the water was not replaced after the first day. Outside the hotel, the streets are full of rubbish and it can be a challenge to find a parking spot.

This hotel is the most relaxed hotel I have stayed in for years, and as a traveler around the world, I strongly recommend this hotel, the designer and owner of the hotel are the same person, their aesthetic height represents the aesthetic skyline of this world.

I really like the room leading directly to a small garden. The weather is very good and the hotel public area is also very beautiful. It seems that there is a door at the end of the large garden that leads directly to the beach. There is a road along the sea for a leisurely walk.

Very good (smiling staff, good quality of food) except the Portofino restaurant. During our 3rd visit to this à la carte restaurant, we ordered additional lobsters. Reservation at 9:15. The lobsters arrived at the table 1 hour later at 10:15 (service much too long). At the end of the lobsters the waiter asked to pay the bill, saying that the deserts would follow. 5 minutes later I ask the head waiter for desserts and she replies sorry: “the kitchen closed at 10 a.m.”. I point out to him that if the kitchen closed at 10 a.m. why the lobsters arrived at 10:15 a.m. and especially why no one informed us of this closure. So we paid for a DESERST FREE meal.

The balcony of the sea view room can see the sunset of the bay in the west. The swimming pool and breakfast are also very good. Breakfast can be customized. Most of the five-star hotels abroad have four-star environment facilities and four-star three-star services. This one is well deserved. There are live singing performances from 8 to 10 pm. But there are mosquitoes in summer and the hotel does not provide mosquito repellent facilities.

Beautiful hotel, amazing hospitality very clean and modern. Staff were so friendly and kind very helpful. The room was 10/10 very unique and outstanding. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an incredible experience.

Palacio Can Marqués was one of the best hotel experiences we have had anywhere. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful well restored palace in the heart of Palma walking distance to many things, yet quite peaceful and private. Our suite was full of character, from a fully stocked library to unique decorations. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend a stay here.

Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. However, considering that the room price is around 1,500 per night in the off-season, it cannot be said to be cost-effective.
