5-Star Hotels in Fujian, China

The hotel is overall clean and cozy. Areas requiring improvement is the toilet door which is quite heavy to slide sideways. Moreover, the staff service in the morning buffet session needed improvement. For example, the waitress was too fast in cleaning up the plates when we were still eating which caused disturbance. The staff who refilled the porridge did not clean up the food she spilled. Furthermore, the staff responsible for cooking the noodles pulled a long face. I don't mean to be picky but the staff service definitely require improvement in order to claim itself a 5-star hotel.

This is the second time I am using this hotel. They have arranged a room at level36. Nice level and great view. Room is clean with fresh sheets. The issues are the rain shower was leaking spraying upwards. The air-conditioning is having a malfunction. It's either too warm or too cold. It's like 8degrees at night and it's really cold in the room or hot like sauna. Well stayed there for 2nights. There are Christmas decorations for the season. It make the hotel lobby livelier. Morning breakfast is decent. Its served with American breakfast and local Chinese cuisine. There are two major shopping malls beside it and one opposite. Great malls to hang out for Starbucks or McDonald's. There are many chinese restaurants available serving delicious food. Western food and Japanese cuisine are available too.

Very satisfied, especially the greeting from the beautiful lady at the front desk, it felt like home. Although I didn't see clearly that the reservation did not include breakfast, the beautiful lady made an exception and gave me a breakfast for free. Thank you so much. I hope she will give me a breakfast for free next time.

We stayed in a family room. The room is large, 20+ floors high and has a wide view. There are cartoon slippers and toothbrush sets for children, as well as a large bathtub. The hotel has complete facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool and a standard indoor swimming pool. There was a pool party and resident singers on the evening of May Day, and photographers were available for appointment. We chartered a car to visit Pingtan, and thank the hotel manager Zhou for helping us book a car.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated right next to Sanfang Qixiang and conveniently connected to the metro. Recent renovations have kept the interior fresh, with rooms appearing brand new. Other previous reviews online mentioned water leakage concerns, but evident efforts have been made to address this, with new waterproof materials applied in bathrooms and around windows. Cleanliness is maintained at a high standard by dedicated staff. Overall, a highly commendable hotel.

Had a lovely 3 night stay over Christmas break. Took a 3 hour high speed train from Shanghai. The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station with reservation made in advance. Everything was very smooth. When we arrived at the hotel, my kids enjoyed the buggy ride from the main lobby to our villa, where there was a nice tea, fruit, and pastries waiting for us. The hotel is very close to the National park. It’s about a 30 min walk to the south entrance where you can get tickets for the bus that takes you around the park to the hiking trails and bamboo raft trip. Remember to bring your passport. We forgot but our photos were accepted as ID. On our way out, we had some pictures taken on-site. We forgot to book in advance but the staff were very accommodating. We do not speak mandarin at all but we were able to get by with Google translate, WeChat, and some of the staff are English speaking. Overall, the Villas are very nice. The pictures look exactly as shown. A true 5 star. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is still OK overall, but there are still some areas that need improvement 1 The room facing the food stalls should not be considered a sea view room 2 The room with a foul smell of sewers should be cleaned in time 3 When the room is full, don't be stingy with the suite and executive room. No one lives there all year round, the decoration smells very bad, and my throat hurts after staying there for a day. If it weren't for the full room upgrade, there is really no other way, I must continue to change rooms 4 The dining table in the room is not wiped clean, and the water stains are very obvious 5 The restaurant management is chaotic, and there are guests complaining at the door every morning 6 The breakfast variety is enough, but the appearance is not good. None of the bread looks interesting, the milk is washed, the coffee is weak, and the juice is leaked all over the floor

The most heartwarming hotel I've ever stayed in! When I arrived at the hotel at night, Xiao Yu, the housekeeper, took the initiative to help me with my luggage and poured me a cup of hot tea. The bedding in the room was clean and soft, with no odor at all, and I slept until I woke up naturally. When I left the hotel, Xiao Yu asked me if I was satisfied with my stay. This feeling of being valued was so touching. I will come again next time! First impression is the hotel lobby has a modern atmosphere. Reception is courteous and patient with our many questions. The room is clean and modern, looks new and well lited. Buffet breakfast include international and local selections, clean kitchen and helpful staff. Food taste great too for lunch and dinner as we were stuck in the hotel with typhoon landing. Front desk service was excellent, late checkout was needed because of typhoon, bell service is good. Feel like a 5 star rated hotel. Keep up the good work! Best choice in Jinjiang for me.

Service was impeccable. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Very near to the pier if you were to visit the island opposite. Hotel structure and interior design were great. Afternoon tea spread was quite generous as well, serving some yogurt, cold cuts, fruits, salad, wine, beer and cocktails. Breakfast were quite impressive too with both ala carte and buffet menu to choose from. Love the bird nest and egg benedict. Pastries need to be improved as the danish and croissant were soggy. Coffee could do some upgrade as well. Room design was nice. Mattress was a bit firm to hard. If you are not used to this type might have a little sore back at the end of the stay. 25 mins ride away from the airport.
