My stay at Joy Hostel was excellent. The capsules are soundproof and very comfortable. The entire place, including the bathrooms, is spotless. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful—from reception to cleaners to kitchen. The meals are delicious, and the hostel offers great activities like yoga, karaoke, and parties.
The location is perfect—walkable to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, and a big mall. The atmosphere is safe and friendly, and the Wi-Fi is good.
Wishlist: It would be even better if a hairdryer were available.

Хороший, небольшой отель, удобное месторасположение, за небольшие деньги большой номер с кухней и простые, но вкусные завтраки. Сначала нам дали не тот номер, что бронировали, но на следующий день поменяли и дали презент колумбийский кофе. Персонал очень внимательный и приветливый. Заселение по времени, можно подождать на мягких подушках в большом холле, есть кофе при входе. Оригинальное оформление. Рекомендую!

Very central located and well equipped with balconies including amazing views, very friendly and helpful staff. It felt like home! Even a sauna you find there and a shelf full of books from all over the world. Definitely would recommend a stay here.

Room was clean and comfortable. Several bathrooms and showers are in the hotel which is convenient. Cooking area was simple but had everything we needed (microwave, stove, plates, bowls, etc). Located next to a nice coffee shop which is good for working or relaxing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very satisfied for the price we paid.

The hotel counter provides free hot water and free hot American coffee. The hotel counter staff is very good. They also help arrange the airport drop-off at 5:00am in the morning. The hotel is in a good location. There are many restaurants, shops, and laundry shops nearby (about 4 hours of washing and drying) and the price is not expensive. But we stayed in a triple room, the room was a bit small, no hair dryer.

At the beginning, I gave my sister a room without windows. The important thing is that there is no table. I think I can’t use a computer. Later, I changed to a larger room. The price is the same. I am worthy of this price. The hotel also provides drinking water. Praise!

WWin BkkGood location near Museo del Oro. The check in was smooth. The receptionist was very kind and asked if I preferred a room at the back with less street noise.
The room was more spacious than expected. Hot water and wifi worked well. The room showed age but was still very clean.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Los Cerros due to its location and good value for money.

GGuest UserThe apartment is located in the heart of the historical center of Bogota, on the 4th floor with lift, and is spacious with a large flat-screen TV, a good Wi-Fi connection and a code lock. The kitchen is modern as well as the bathroom and the room. The only negative point is that I did not find the dryer and the rental agency (8th floor) told me they were going down to me immediately but after more than an hour he never did.

AAnyaduvelLa ubicación está buena cerca de la calle 13, pero no hay supermercado cerca, no hay mucha opción de comida y en la zona hay mucho polvo porque es una zona donde arreglan camiones y en la noche es muy solo, es un sitio para hacer negocios cerca pero no lo recomiendo si van a pasear y conocer Bogotá
