Recepcionista mal preparado. Infelizmente muitos bons profissionais como também o estabelecimento pagam CARO pela má atitude de outros profisionais. Estava sendo atendido, ao checkin, sexta-feira a noite, e fui interrompido por uma multidão de pessoas que chegaram depois de mim (alcoolizadas), recepciosta parou subtamente o meu atendimento para dar a prioridade a eles, isso pela enorme pressão emocional que o fizeram. Reclamei, pontualmente a má pratica, mas infelizmente não houve aceitação adequada como também houve a resposta bastante rude nesse atendimento - lamentei a infelicidade da péssima experiência, e pela noite que gostaria que fosse tranquila. Lembrei que não seria o papel do cliente querer orientar boas práticas a recepcionista com baixa experiencia. Portanto não gostaria de ter a má sorte de voltar lá e experienciar algo semelhante. Obrigado.

This is the second time my wife and I stay at this wonderful hotel Cataratas. It is always a very nice relaxing experience; we consider it one of the best hotels in the world, and we do travel quite a bit. Get a room, where you can wake up with an undisturbed view of the famous Iguazu Falls - on of the worlds Seven Natural Wonders. Open the windows and you can hear the soothing sound of millions of gallons of water per second crashing down in the river Iguazu that divides Brasil and Argentina. This hotel is the only hotel inside the park. The park opens to the public at 9:00 AM, which gives you time to visit the falls up close, before busloads of tourists arrive. The staff is well trained, pleasant and always willing to answer any question and with a smile The rooms are bright and clean, and the restaurant have first class food. No private cars are allowed inside the park; there is ample parking outside the gate, and busses bring you the abt. 15 miles from the entrance to the first view point, which is also the stop for the hotel.

Os funcionários da recepção e do restaurante são muito simpáticos, o quarto é aconchegante, eu adorei a decoração e a comida do buffet de jantar estava ótima, tinha te variedade de sobremesas. A cia área teve que me hospedar aqui porque meu voo foi cancelado e acabei tendo uma ótima experiência.

Excelente custo/benefício. Instalações novas e aconchegantes. Café da manhã top e excelente atendimento. Ficamos uma semana hospedados e voltarei com toda certeza. Localização privilegiada em frente ao Shopping JL, onde você tem mercado e farmácia, várias opções de lojas e restaurantes.

Hotel simples, mas extremamente limpo. O quadro de funcionários é muito educado, gentil e está sempre pronto a ajudar, com destaque para o funcionário Andrew, que deu ótimo apoio. O hotel fica próximo de shopping e outros locais turísticos.

O hotel é super antigo e escuro. O quarto para cinco pessoas é amplo, com duas televisões de led, uma delas bem grande. Porém o banheiro.... bidê??? O chuveiro é fraquinho, esquenta pouquíssimo... e olha que nem estamos no inverno! Não tem espaço para colocar itens de higiene pessoal dentro do box. Mas, acreditamos que o pior de tudo, seja o barulho. O objetivo da hospedagem é conseguir dormir e descansar. Esqueça! Qualquer movimento ou fala nos corredores ou andares superiores/inferiores, você escutará, a noite toda. Sem falar na claridade dentro do quarto. A cortina e o blackout são curtos, então, a luz passa todinha. Enfim, que bom que só dormimos uma noite e já saímos bem cedinho, antes do café da manhã.

Tudo excelente! Limpeza, pouco ou nenhum barulho, quarto, banheiro, café da manhã, hall de entrada, serviços oferecidos, tudo muito bom! Único ponto a melhorar que encontrei é o processo de limpeza das toalhas de banho. As toalhas que recebi tinham forte odor de suor, logo após o primeiro uso. Resolvi testar. Peguei uma toalha limpa na recepção, apenas MOLHEI a toalha (sem usá-la!), e mesmo assim foi nitidamente perceptível o forte odor dos usos anteriores. Por fim uma observação: não possui estacionamento coberto.

Foi a quarta vez que fiquei no Suryaa, e como sempre, tive uma das minhas melhores estadas. Chegando na recepção, logo fui muito bem recebido pela Michele e pelo Dener e ao longo da minha estadia conheci também a Bruna, que é uma menina querida e radiante. E algumas pessoas que eu conhecia desde a minha primeira estada ainda estavam no hotel (Peter e o Michel ou Mateus se nao me engano). As meninas do café da manhã, como a Naja e a Alice também são dignas de elogios. Elas fizeram tudo o que foi possível para eu me sentir bem! Sobre as acomodações, o quarto é lindo, limpo e cheiroso. E no restaurante na hora do jantar, o Joel se fez um excelente funcionário que domina e muito a área que ele atua. E enquanto à gestão do hotel, eu expresso aqui o meu muito obrigado à Paula e ao Levi, que são pessoas que desde o início me acolheram de uma forma que em nenhum outro lugar alguém fez parecido, e fizeram a minha estadia ser uma das mais marcantes que já tive, e me fizeram sentir uma pessoa especial quando estive hospedado no Suryaa. As meninas que arrumaram o meu quarto também são essenciais aqui nesta minha avaliação, pois são elas que deixam os quartos com aquele visual perfeito. Em suma, a minha estadia foi muito especial. Tive um probleminha com a água fria da piscina mas que logo foi resolvido. O Suryaa é um dos melhores hotéis de toda a região sul, se destaca muito mais que o próprio Hilton, e certamente vou retornar ainda mais vezes, pois como já me disseram, eu já sou 'da casa' 🧡 Ao Caio e a Amanda, que trabalharam no final do ano, eles também são pessoas incríveis e adorei tê-los conhecidos.

Positive points: - we arrived before the check-in time and we managed to access the room, because we were tired and hungry - you have some accessible and good food restaurants near the hotel (but in weekends you don't open) - quiet place - if you want cleaning in the room, just leave the key at the reception - air conditioning worked well - TV worked - we could use the freezer without problems - we could ask food for the ifod and wait for delivery without problems - 24-hour reception - very sympathetic hotel team - excellent breakfast - bus point next to the hotel that goes to the centre and the terminal - by car, stay at about 15 minutes from the center - is close to Paraguay - down the street on the left side, you have a few shops, a wide-split shop is a good access Negative points: - We complained three times because the shower was leaking water without stop, it was rugm to sleep in the night and left the whole bathroom wet. The room is very large, about 20m2, everything is new, the building is newly built, has free WiFi, free-knowledge and perfect air conditioning. I stayed at 415 this accommodation is ideal for those who have a focus to visit Paraguay and are in car. The location is very close to the bridge, about 600m, I recommend buying a day and preparing breakfast. Meanwhile, walking to the Friendship Bridge takes around 5min. I found a great cost benefit your Elias made a great price for me and my wife for 55 real (in money) the couple with a bathroom in the room. Perfect location has only a few problems in the part of the night with nearby mendigs but you need only to have a little more zeal as I am from a city that turned very dangerous as a fort I'm already used to.
