I stayed with my family in Hotel Sri sabthagiri for tomorrow nights. The stay was comfortable and the rooms were clean and properly maintained. Both superior and deluxe rooms were spacious. The complimentary breakfast had options and food in the associated veg restaurant was good and hygienic. The place is in close proximity to the pondicherry bus stop and providence mall. Also provided rental scooters for exploring Pondy at a cost of 500 / 24 hr (12noon handover time). I would recommend this place for perfect budget travel plans to explore pondy

It was a great time spent over there.... The room was literally very nice and we really lead a lavish life, we really enjoyed. The location was also good but we didn't have the food there even though we stayed for 2 days but it was a great experience... The services and the amenities especially laundry was literally good and the rest of them were awesome, we were not feeling like checking out everything was so cosy and the staff were really helpful...

I recently stayed at Welcome Grand Residency, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. It wasn't worth the money. The property looks more of a kabab eatery in first looks as the entrance is from there. We booked an executive suite but there were no amenities, condiments for beverages and am so disappointed in toiletries even. They don't even provide water in an suite. Room was more of a like standard room rather a executive suite. I am so off.

Our stay at the hotel in pondicherry was fantastic! from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The hotel’s ambiance was calm and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, with a great variety of local and international dishes to choose from. The location was ideal, close to both the beach and the main attractions, making it easy to explore. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting pondicherry!

The stay was pleasant and they even provided us early check-in (as per the availability of the room) . The staffs behaved well and were kind. The place is walkable to whitetown streets and beach. overall a very good value for money stay.

The service is better than at Hilton and Ramada.
The manager and stuff make an impressive job to make their patrons’ stay impeccable.
Rooms are clean, spacious, recently renovated and decorated to European standard.
Quality of food is 5/5 and the stuff is always at your beck and call, genuinely, with a lot of respect.
It’s the best customer service we have experienced in whole India. Moreover, one of the stuff members even came late at night to the bus station in order to be sure that we didn’t miss our shuttle.
Truly, all hospitality sector in India shall learn at De Fleur hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nestled in the French town part of Pondicherry which is within walking distance to the promenade and the numerous cafés and restraints scattered around. The staff are cordial, the place neat and spacious. The hotel does neither have a parking no area for cars nor facility for drivers. Overall an enjoyable stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel scores only for its location. Classic rooms are small with ergonomic issues. Rooms have started showing their age. However, the most disappointing is the breakfast. Forget spread, even refill takes time. Severely mismanaged - understaffed, no bowls present for taking liquid items have to keep asking staff multiple times. And they will keep only one jug of fruit juice - causing mayhem and rush among-st guests. And after 3-4 jugs they replace it with canned juice.

GGuest UserWe had booked two rooms for two nights stay. The hotel is located near the shopping area and walkable distance to the Aurobindo ashram and the beach. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We could not watch' tv in both the rooms. Problem with the cable connection. Complained about it at the front desk. They tried but couldn't rectify it. veg.restaurant at the ground floor. We did not opt for the complimentary breakfast, so couldn't comment on that. We had lunch and dinner which was good. The property has basement parking for five cars and portico parking for three cars. Plus they have parking facility for twelve cars at a distance of 100 feet from the property. Except for the TV it was a good stay.
