Banyan Tree Shanghai On The Bund

The room was amazing with a stunning view. On the whole it was a fantastic stay but there were one or two issues- 1. The yoga mats in the gym were filthy. And 2. I was bothered on a few occasions by cleaners or people coming to knock on the door e.g.the cleaner came inside the room even though I said it was too late and I didn't want the room to be cleaned now. It was around 5pm and no one had cleaned the room during the day, but by that time I was ready to relax. There was a language barrier so she just came in and started replacing snacks and drinks and tried to start cleaning up in the bathroom and I had to ask her to leave. I noticed before I left that there was a button for 'do not disturb' but it wasn't obvious so it would be good for the staff to mention that when showing you to your room. I also think it's a good idea for them to have a book with information regarding the restaurant, gym, spa etc.etc. there's some info on the TV but it isn't very detailed.

The room was very satisfactory, and the room was very good. The hotel lobby told me that it was very refreshing and clean, including corridors and so on. My aunt's stay was very good. The facilities are also very clean and sanitary, including the cleaning of the room. My aunt will give us the toiletries every day to help us change the sheets and quilts. The surrounding environment is also very good in terms of hygiene. There are free Disney shuttle buses and shuttle buses at subway stations. The timing is super reasonable and convenient. It is also very convenient to take a taxi around, the environment is also very good, and the stay is very satisfactory. It is also very happy and particularly satisfactory to stay in this hotel when you come to Disney. The lobby on the first floor also provides children with amusement parks and so on. You can get hand cream and so on by pushing sunscreen. It is really a super good idea to provide hand cream in winter, and I feel that they are very satisfied with what they have done with their heart.

I had a great time at this hotel however was faced some odour issues from the toilet drain. It seemed perhaps it had over flowed at one point and the drain was emitting quite bad odours. Other than that the location is great, and the staff are friendly.

Great location, view, breakfast and gym. The room is well heated and clean, staff is friendly and hotel very luxurious. I think it’s one of the best hotels you can book for your business trip or vacation in Shanghai. Metro is also closed and there’s a fancy ifc shopping mall that can be reached in 5 min walk. Lovely
Yun He Ye Bo Hotel (Shanghai Pudong International Airport)

I’ve traveled around the globe for both work and vacation, and I’ve stayed at more than my share of high-end hotels. But honestly, the warmth and personal attention I experienced here blows away most five-star properties I’ve visited. Every single staff member I met—from the front desk to housekeeping—went out of their way to make me feel right at home. The cute delivery robot that brought items to my room was a fun surprise and added a modern touch to the whole experience. It’s my first time in Shanghai, but thanks to this amazing hotel, I’m already looking forward to coming back soon.

I feel that it is one of the best stays I have in my trip to Shanghai. Service is very prompt, almost immediately. Fantastic. Room clean fantastic. Cooking needs like pot and pans all ready. General service is good. Only probably the not so good thing is the breakfast. Pretty limited. will still stay again.

We stayed there 2 nights, first night there was a very bad smell from the bathroom, we complained the day after and service people upgraded us for a suite for the second night.overall is a nice hotel that has space for kids , like the nice playground at the 4th floor. Located just near the century park , it’s quite pleasant to walk around even with small kids.

Stayed for 5 nights at this hotel and it was wonderful stay overall. The breakfast was amazing and service was outstanding. They clean the room everyday and staff were very kind and helpful. Location was perfect, nearby subway station and around 20 min by subway to city center. It was definitely right choice staying at this hotel. Will recommend this hotel to who are planning to stay in Shanghai.

Sheshan, Songjiang University Town
I live in Shanghai Metropolis, so a long weekend break in Songjiang was much-needed, and your hotel was my first pick as I am an IHG Member!!!!! Just take a look at my photos, and you'll see my happy face!! The experience at the hotel and the surrounding area was fabulous!!!! Wonderful, helpful, pleasant, smiling staff - from GM Richard Hng, to Director of Rooms, Mike, to Alisa who told me about my gift at check-out, to Seven at check-in, to Alex the bus-boy who carried my luggage and was so helpful , to the doorman who hailed me taxis and held the door open . . . .to the dining staff...to the housekeeping staff.....THANK YOU for my wonderful memories!!! Songjiang is beautiful and cultural..I enjoyed Guangfulin Park, a ride on the Green Line in a tram, Thames Town, and, of course, meeting friendly people, so wonderful as I travel everywhere alone!! I hope to return to your area in March for the sakura in the park!!

It was amazing experience for us. We’ve traveled so many places around the world, this hotel was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. We only stayed for 3 nights for Christmas, it’s holiday season, everything so beautiful. Great location and services, it was above my expectations except for the foods. When I booked, it didn’t include breakfast, we had to pay extra fees for it. Honestly, it’s okay to try, but not worthy (If you get it free, that’s awesome). Lots of selection, but wasn’t what I expected. It’s pricey, over $500 RMB for 2 one time only. Overall it’s perfect, I would stay there again when I visit Shanghai.
