”Sleeping by the water, stealing half a day of leisure” In this homestay in Zhifou Ancient Town, I unexpectedly encountered the ideal slow life. The inn is in an excellent location. You can see the gurgling river when you open the window. You are awakened by the waves in the morning and fall asleep with the sound of running water at night, as if you are living in an ink painting. The room is surprisingly clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the owner's care can be seen in the details (especially the cleanliness of the bathroom!). The boss is enthusiastic but not too intrusive, and he also kindly recommended the niche route of the ancient town. I love sitting on the riverside terrace to drink tea and watch the black sail boats swaying by, and all the troubles are taken away by the water~ If you want to temporarily leave the hustle and bustle of the city, this is definitely a good place to heal your body and mind. It has been collected in the ”definitely come again” list!

Very clean and great helpful staff. The only downside is no elevator, only stairs, so if someone with mobility issues, it might pose a problem. Otherwise, it is great for the value and location to be minutes to the tram and metro. There is a nearby corner convenient store that has lots of great snacks and drinks for very great prices. Recommend if you are on a budget.

The lady boss was very attentive and thoughtful. As soon as we arrived at the store, she turned on the air conditioner for us and plugged in the electric mosquito coils. The room was also very clean and comfortable. We had towels, slippers, toothbrushes, water cups, shower gel and shampoo. We booked two rooms. The rooms on the first floor, one is a suite and the other is a double bed room with a balcony. They are all facing the water. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and enjoy the air. The B&B has central air conditioning, which I like very much. There is also a mahjong table in the room, which is great👍 Oh, by the way, the B&B also has a very cute guard dog, which is so warm and affectionate.

It’s really good to book this house near Disney. The owner is very warm and considerate, and has a good service attitude. He will take the initiative to help with luggage. The store also provides Disney pick-up and drop-off service, and you can store luggage for free. The room is also very hygienic and clean, with its own layout and arrangement. Although it is small, it is well-equipped. The disadvantage is that the sound insulation effect is average, but the store thoughtfully used sound insulation cotton. Except for the sound of walking outside the corridor, the sound from other rooms is basically inaudible.

The place was very clean, and the facilities seemed to have been renovated and were quite good. However, the hairdryer kept overheating. And the soundproofing was absolutely terrible; I could hear every footstep outside, which was a bit scary for someone living alone. It's a bit far from the subway station, but it's not too bad if you can ride a bike.

The interior facilities are quite complete, with a cooking area, range hood, and washing machine. It's suitable for long-term stays. The shower drainage isn't very smooth, but the cleanliness is acceptable.

I call it a basic accommodation for those needing care at the hospital. Someone is receiving emergency treatment at the hospital, so I needed to find a place to stay as close to the hospital as possible. I didn't have high expectations; just a bed for family members to take turns resting overnight was fine. The facilities are very basic, but it has all the essentials. It has three floors, but no elevator; you have to walk up the stairs. Most of the guests are family members of people receiving treatment at the hospital. The landlady and the cleaning lady are both very polite.

Booked this hotel last minute, cause my favorite hotel is closing down business this month and i wanted something nearer cause I’m well versed with the surrounding areas, 1: the first red flag is the reception, mail and deliveries are all piled up and falling off shelves, it’s so dirty and humid, it looks like a hoarder’s poach, they’re no waiting chairs, so you’ll stand while they process the guests that came before you until it’s your turn !! The receptionists are very nice and helpful . 2; no room housekeeping ( you’ll have to ask for someone to come take the rubbish and give you towels or change your bedding. 3: THE FILTH!!! The filth is on level 1000/100 the grime made it hard for me to shower with my eyes open, I’m not sure if the place has a manager and if they care about the the wellbeing of the clients , because from what i saw, the cleaners don’t even bother, the floor had food stains from i think when they just opened, the sink🤮 the bathroom ( that one corner gave me the hibbigibeis) the toilet seat was broken , everything in the bathroom was broken and dirty , then my charger fell in the space which is between the bathroom glass and the bed, got down to retrieve it and i decided it was best to just a get a new charger instead. The place if cleaned and cared for would be an amazing hotel apartment, it has great amenities , a washing machine a fridge and a drying rack if you upgrade to a bigger room, a kitchenette that would be great if you are interested in cooking and staying longer and it’ has an Aldi downstairs, a gym and lots of other great places surrounding it . I really hope the owners would read this and take it into consideration and carry out serious supervision or else their property will lose value, The hygiene of the hotel does not only ensure the health and wellness of the visitors who sleep in those walls but also keeps the property value up. Dirt And filth only brings it down and puts the health of others at risk . I really hope they change standards.

I chose this hotel because of its excellent location, just steps from Metro Line 2 and incredibly convenient to the three major shopping malls (Lujiazui, Xi'an, and Taipei) and the Huangpu River. It's rare to find a hotel at this price in the Lujiazui area. The experience exceeded my expectations; the room was very clean, and the receptionist and landlady were extremely friendly. Considering its location, cleanliness, service, and price, this hotel is undoubtedly a reliable choice in the Lujiazui area, and I highly recommend it.
