Near to all the shopping areas and food places Nearby to the souvenir shops as well Special shout-out to the staff of Elong Hotel who helped us to receive all the stuff from Taobao n food delivery stuff Would like to commend on the staff called Fang Yan who always greets the guests with the most beautiful smile n always going the extra mile to do her utmost to offer help n assistance to the guests. Her willingness to help made our stay at Elong Hotel a pleasant experience. She is an asset to the hotel in our opinion. Please consider staying at Elong Hotel if u are going to Shanghai.

Very clean and well maintained hotel was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is 1minute walk from the nearest subway station and is in a central part of Shanghai close to all the tourist activities. The morning breakfast service had good variety and selection of food catering to the preferences of all age groups. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the duration of our stay specifically the two receptionists 南星 and 若曦. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Shanghai on holiday or business trip.

A special shout out to our butler, Ms. Penny. Thanks for your warm welcome and kind arrangement. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel location is strategic, and the view of the bund was breathtaking. We enjoyed our breakfast very much, sumptuous selection. I recently stayed at the Crystal Orange Hotel and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. I had a small issue with my room, but they quickly offered me another one, dispite of my booking being wrong. The room was spotless, and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. Everything was fresh, from the linens to the bathroom, and I felt really comfortable throughout my stay.The service was top-notch. The staff always checked in to make sure I had everything I needed, and the restaurant staff was quick and polite. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I’ll be back for sure!

The room was amazing with a stunning view. On the whole it was a fantastic stay but there were one or two issues- 1. The yoga mats in the gym were filthy. And 2. I was bothered on a few occasions by cleaners or people coming to knock on the door e.g.the cleaner came inside the room even though I said it was too late and I didn't want the room to be cleaned now. It was around 5pm and no one had cleaned the room during the day, but by that time I was ready to relax. There was a language barrier so she just came in and started replacing snacks and drinks and tried to start cleaning up in the bathroom and I had to ask her to leave. I noticed before I left that there was a button for 'do not disturb' but it wasn't obvious so it would be good for the staff to mention that when showing you to your room. I also think it's a good idea for them to have a book with information regarding the restaurant, gym, spa etc.etc. there's some info on the TV but it isn't very detailed.

It was a great experience in there, Just if there could be a bit more English present ”(such as the Breakfast Menu) it would be more International traveler friendly. The service was spot on.

As a family of three, we had an excellent stay at the Royal International Hotel Shanghai! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, all of which were fresh and delicious. The hotel’s location is very convenient, not far from the metro station and PVG Airport (with a shuttle service), making it easy to explore the city and travel. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Shanghai!

such an lovely hotel for the price, a little far from the city center but a 15minute walk to the nearest train station! i booked the family tatami room with two other friends! friendly staff and great service, would definitely recommend’

I booked this hotel for the convenience of going to Zhongshan Hospital. It is very close to the hospital and the subway station. There are food and drinks around. The service is also very thoughtful. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer. I will stay here next time😁
