GGuest UserThe environment at Maixinge International Hotel is excellent, with a high-end, elegant, and comfortable atmosphere! The New Year's atmosphere is very strong; there are many New Year stickers at the hotel entrance, and the lobby and front desk are beautifully decorated with New Year banners. There's also a big Chinese knot with the 'Fu' character at the elevator entrance, creating a wonderful festive vibe. The hotel environment is great [strong][strong][strong]. The hotel front desk staff are very enthusiastic, giving out Disney headbands to children, and even preparing Elsa princess rings and strawberry bear hair ties. All the staff are incredibly warm, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities are also quite comprehensive, and this is truly a hotel worth visiting. When we ordered takeout, the delivery robot immediately brought it up to our room. The air conditioning in the room provides excellent heating, and the 24-hour front desk is always responsive. The room even comes with a free data cable! The bathroom with wet and dry separation is neat, clean, and hygienic, and anti-slip mats are provided for free [strong][strong][strong]. Guests can use the free laundry service; clothes washed in the morning are dried and ironed by the afternoon and returned, saving time and effort, and they come back very clean and fresh! After coming back from our activities, the auntie proactively cleared our room's trash, replenished all sorts of toiletries, changed the towels and bath towels – very thoughtful. The sheets and duvet covers were changed and very clean, and the floor was thoroughly mopped, with every corner cleaned. The hotel's housekeeping is indeed very clean, five-star rating, highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserMy stay at the Ritz-Carlton Pudong left a deep impression on me with its meticulous service. Special thanks to Serena, who was thoughtful and attentive from check-in to check-out. She even discreetly prepared a handwritten letter and a lovely small gift, filled with genuine warmth in every word. I'm also grateful to the breakfast restaurant manager for her kind care. Outside, the dazzling Lujiazui night view unfolded, while on the table lay a warm greeting. In that moment, the hotel ceased to be just a stopover in a foreign place; it became a warm and welcoming haven. Thank you all for turning these fleeting moments into cherished memories.

MM52707****Facilities: The TV is huge and has Apple TV, so I could easily cast content. The bed was also quite comfortable. The bathtub was perfectly placed for watching TV while soaking, but the neck pillow wasn't secured and kept falling off. Cleanliness: Although there was one instance where some hair wasn't cleaned in the bathroom, housekeeping had a great attitude in resolving it and quickly disinfected the area for me. Environment: The public areas are beautiful, and the scent at the entrance is very pleasant. The room's soundproofing is good; the construction downstairs didn't bother me at all. Service: Very good!

GGuest User🌟 **Prime Location!** 🌟 This hotel boasts an unbeatable location right in the heart of Jing'an. The subway station is literally right outside, and you can easily walk to Jing'an Temple and the West Nanjing Road shopping district. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and experiencing Shanghai's unique culture. The surrounding area is bustling but surprisingly quiet, making for a perfect travel experience. 🏨 **Comfortable & Elegant Rooms** 🏨 I stayed in a superior room, which was spacious and well-laid out. The modern decor paired with soft lighting created a warm and relaxing ambiance. The bedding deserves special mention – the mattress was just right, not too soft nor too firm, and the pillows offered excellent support, ensuring I slept soundly all night. The room had excellent soundproofing, and the city views from the window were charming. I truly enjoyed a high-quality rest during my stay. 💁 **Attentive & Thoughtful Service** 💁 From the warm welcome upon arrival to every staff member I encountered during my stay, the service was consistently friendly and professional. The front desk was very efficient, the concierge proactively offered travel advice, and housekeeping was quick to respond. It's the small details that really made me feel at home. 🍽️ **Delightful Dining Experience** 🍽️ The breakfast selection was extensive, offering a great variety of both Western and Chinese options, and the local specialty dim sum was particularly authentic. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the staff were prompt in refilling dishes and tidying tables. Additionally, the afternoon tea at the hotel's lobby lounge was excellent, perfect for a casual get-together with friends or a business discussion. 🏊 **Comprehensive & Convenient Facilities** 🊃 The fitness center is equipped with new and complete facilities, and the indoor heated pool has crystal clear water and wasn't crowded, making for a very pleasant experience. The business center is well-appointed, ideal for business travelers who need to get work done. Whether for business or leisure, the Pullman Jing'an delivers an outstanding accommodation experience. The high-quality facilities, thoughtful service details, and convenient location all contributed to a truly memorable stay. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai!

WWotiantianxiangshangAn absolutely superb hotel! The location is fantastic, directly facing the Bund, offering panoramic views from the upper floors – the scenery is just stunning. It's a historic old building with interiors that exude a cultured Shanghainese charm. The hotel stated it was redecorated in early 2025, so the facilities are relatively new. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with standard king rooms ranging from 50-60 square meters, very grand indeed. Around the hotel, you'll find a wide variety of charming Chinese and international restaurants. The subway isn't far either, making transport very convenient. The hotel service is also very attentive. There are many foreign guests staying here. If you're looking to experience an elegant taste of Old Shanghai, this high-end hotel comes highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserOverall, the room offered excellent value for money. I really liked the charming retro decor – it's clear a lot of care went into the design. Having a smart toilet, a kitchenette, and a washing machine made it feel very well-equipped for longer stays. The breakfast was a definite highlight; it used high-quality ingredients, offered a great mix of Chinese and Western options, and they even focus on sustainability, which is a nice touch. The staff were also very friendly and provided great service. On the downside, there was a noticeable musty smell in the room, which was quite strong. We also spotted a few minor cleanliness issues, like dirty windows that made it hard to clearly enjoy the view outside. Lastly, the shower pressure was quite weak.

The price was also very reasonable. Both check-in and check-out were convenient, and the staff were friendly, making me feel at home during my travels. If I come back to this area again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone on a budget who still wants quality!

GGuest UserOur stay at the hotel was excellent. The room had a breathtaking view of the Bund and the 'three-piece suite' (Oriental Pearl Tower, Jin Mao Tower, and Shanghai World Financial Center). The food at the Executive Lounge on the 3rd floor of the East Building was also delicious. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were all very good. Rosten provided excellent service, and the butler, Lorna, whom he arranged for us, was exceptional. She called us in advance to confirm our room preferences and helped us secure a room. She even upgraded us to an Executive Lounge room type. Upon arrival, she helped us coordinate our room, and when we found the TV couldn't screen mirror, she brought us an extra mirroring device. She truly paid attention to our needs and helped us resolve issues. However, the service was a bit hit-or-miss. The front desk staff who checked us in not only failed to assign us the room that the butler had secured for us but also disregarded our request for a Pearl Tower view, assigning us a room in the East Building with a Bund view. Then, she self-importantly declared, ”Please trust my taste.” But a service person's taste should not outweigh a customer's needs. This front desk staff member might lack the most basic respect for customer requirements. Fortunately, after some coordination, we were able to switch to a room that met our needs, and the rest of our stay was very pleasant.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff were incredibly attentive. There was a slight delay during check-in on New Year's Day due to a system issue, but the hotel promptly offered complimentary afternoon tea on the executive floor and completed our check-in there, which was a fantastic recovery. Kudos to their crisis management! The hotel's location is superb: a short walk from Exit 12 of Jing'an Temple Metro, just turn right. Turn left out of the hotel, cross the pedestrian overpass on Yan'an Middle Road, and you're at Jing'an Temple. The surrounding area is bustling with malls, diverse dining options, former residences of famous people, and unique exhibitions, all easily accessible by metro, bus, or on foot. I highly recommend Lailai Xiaolong at the intersection of West Beijing Road and Yuxingji Crab Roe Noodles on Yan'an Middle Road for a taste of authentic Shanghai life.
