I had a wonderful stay at Lucky Hotel Shanghai. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to transportation, shopping areas, restaurants, and major attractions.
The hotel staff were friendly, polite, helpful, and efficient throughout my stay. They were always patient, understanding, and willing to assist whenever needed, which made the experience very pleasant.
The cleanliness and hygiene standards were outstanding. The room and common areas were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I was especially impressed that there were no mosquitoes or insects at all during my stay.
The room was also very quiet, with excellent soundproofing, allowing for a comfortable and restful sleep every night.
Overall, Lucky Hotel offers great value, excellent service, superb cleanliness, and a highly convenient location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
