We had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately drawn to the stunning flower arrangement at the front desk – so stylish and clearly freshly changed that day, it really brought the whole space to life. The hotel's overall Art Deco style, with its geometric lines and brass accents, was a feast for the eyes everywhere, from the elevators to the hallways, and perfectly suited my taste. The cleaning staff were also incredibly friendly, always greeting me warmly, making me feel as comfortable as if I were staying at a friend's house.

Good afternoon, everyone! Here are a few impressions of the hotel. The first thing I’d like to mention is the location! It’s very convenient. The main attractions in the city centre are within a 5‑minute walk from the hotel — the Bund waterfront, the pedestrian street, the Yuyuan Garden, and others. It also takes about 5 minutes to get to the metro. And the line 2 (green) is convenient — it leads to the places you need or to the necessary transfers, for example, towards Disneyland, the Safari Park, or other locations. As for cleanliness, the hotel is clean. The rooms are cleaned daily. Towels are changed daily. Moreover, each towel is packaged in its own separate bag. We booked a family room with a balcony and two beds. The room had bathrobes and slippers. The beds are comfortable and large. There is a TV, of course, but in theory it’s useless because it doesn’t have Russian channels. There is a convenient remote control for the curtains and lighting next to the main bed. The only thing is that the remote control buttons are constantly lit, even at night. Sometimes it’s distracting. But at least you can see it at night. The sockets and chargers are of the appropriate format. Therefore, you either need to bring adapters or be content with two USB chargers. Moreover, there are no chargers near the second bed (the one for the child). A separate point regarding the bathroom: I don’t know why the lighting is arranged in such a way that when you go to the bathroom, the light in the hallway also turns on. Apparently, this is because the sink is also located in the hallway (outside the bathroom). The reason for this arrangement is unknown, but it’s quite common in Chinese hotels. Since the door to the shower (and the toilet, which is the same thing) is sliding, there’s certainly no point in talking about any sound insulation. Also, light from the shower gets into the room, which is inconvenient. In the bathroom, there aren’t enough hooks to hang towels and robes separately (there’s only one hook). There aren’t enough shelves to store your belongings above the sink. Overall, the room needs some improvements for family use. If you’re staying with three people, you’ll need three chairs instead of two around the table on the balcony (don’t count on a view from the balcony — there isn’t one). The staff at the hotel is very friendly. They provide excellent 24‑hour assistance at the reception. There are voice translators for various languages. It’s very convenient. The hotel is located somewhat away from the street, so you don’t hear much street noise. We hired a tour guide, and he really praised the location. Overall, we’re satisfied. There are various shopping and historical sites within easy reach. You can even get around on foot if you wish. But the metro also works great! I forgot to mention the breakfasts. I’ll be straight with you: if you like Asian cuisine, you’ll like it. My family and friends were pleased. And, interestingly, this hotel also offers a free dinner starting at 9:30 p.m. You can make it in time for salads and dumplings. Overall, it’s a good hotel — if you’re prepared for a few nuances.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 300 meters from Nanjing East Road Metro Station. It's incredibly convenient to take Metro Line 2 or Line 10 to the railway station and the airport. This time, we stayed in the Little Bumblebee Slide Tent room, which came with its own slide – my child absolutely loved it! 💕 The room design was very playful and child-friendly, and our overall stay was fantastic. It's definitely my top choice for traveling with kids; I highly recommend it! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful too, always offering assistance with our luggage.

I stayed here for one night on a business trip to Shanghai's West Bund and my overall experience far exceeded expectations. The hotel is right next to Xuhui Riverside and the West Bund Art Center, which made commuting for meetings incredibly convenient. I could even walk to the riverside promenade for a relaxing stroll after work. The entire hotel has a newly renovated Zen-inspired style, with quiet and elegant public areas. The room was exceptionally clean, the bedding was soft and thick, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful sleep even after working late. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and polite. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, with the noodle dishes being particularly delicious. They also have a washer-dryer combo and a gym, covering all the essential amenities for business travelers. This is definitely my top choice for business trips, and I'll rebook here whenever I'm in the West Bund area again.

Had a great stay here! The customer service was very good, and quick to reply to messages. The location is also convenient and easy to access. Moreover, the homestay was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed having a projector to watch TV, and the washing machine was very convenient to use. Overall, a very pleasant stay and definitely recommended!

Great review! It's a loft with European-style decor, located in a Shikumen alleyway. I loved the small courtyard, perfect for an evening drink. It was clean and hygienic, with one large bed, one small bed, and a sofa. There's a projector and a smart toilet, plus a kitchen fully equipped with utensils, dishes, and seasonings. A microwave is also available for heating food. The hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly. Disposable towels are available for a fee. There's also a washing machine and a drying rack, which is excellent and very convenient for longer stays! The service was very good, and any issues were promptly resolved. It's not far from attractions like the Bund and museums. Sinan Mansions and Tianzifang are within walking distance, with the latter being particularly close and great for a stroll. The sheets and duvet covers were clean and comfortable. The sofa bed comforter was a bit thick, and the large bed's mattress was quite soft – I personally prefer a firmer bed, but everything else was great. Highly recommend!

The hotel boasts luxurious decor and spacious rooms, complete with a gym and laundry facilities. The service is excellent, with complimentary welcome fruits and snacks, and all mini-bar drinks are free. Its prime location is just a 10-15 minute walk from the Bund. The breakfast spread is abundant. Highly recommended!

We stayed there for 6 nights. The flat is nice and looks like the pictures. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is not ideal, as it's hard to find the place and the alley is not well lit. It's not far from Nianjing Road and the Bund by metro.
