This is my second stay at this hotel, and the experience is still excellent. The room is always impeccably cleaned, and the facilities are regularly maintained with virtually no signs of wear and tear. The staff are consistently warm and attentive, promptly addressing any needs. The location is great, making getting around very convenient. The soundproofing in the rooms is reliable, ensuring an undisturbed rest. There are plenty of dining options nearby with a wide variety of cuisines. The public areas are well-kept, and the value for money remains consistent. This is definitely my go-to accommodation choice whenever I travel.

It's been a long time since I've stayed at such a comfortable and reasonably priced hotel. As soon as we walked in, my child said it felt very cozy. Everything was great. They gave us an aromatherapy diffuser when we checked in, and then offered us bottled water to take with us when we checked out. There's also a nice little courtyard out back, perfect for relaxing.

A must stay for Gundam lovers. When you walk in, there’s a lot of Gundam on display on the lobby. Ambience is nice as well. Service staff are polite and professional. It’s just a 200m walk to the Gundam base shop and the statue. Perhaps they could include more washing machines and dryers. Right now there are 2 washing machines and dryers. Level 3 non smoking facility is kept really well. Perhaps the bath tub could have more indication on which is hot and which is cold water. Overall a pleasant stay with nice ambience. A must for Gundam lovers

The location is super convenient. The lobby has a great artistic vibe. The bed was really comfortable! Yuan Yuan at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful. Since I arrived quite late that night, there was only a street-facing room left, and the noise from the cars was disturbing my rest. Yuan Yuan specifically wrote a handover note, reminding her colleague on the next shift to move me to a different room the following morning. It was quiet and spacious. I'm very satisfied. This hotel offers great value for money.

My overall stay was quite satisfactory and hassle-free. Check-in was quick upon arrival, and the front desk staff were polite and efficient, with no unnecessary delays. The room's cleanliness was good; the floors and tables were tidy, the bedding was clean and odorless, and the bathroom was dry. All basic toiletries were provided and sufficient for daily use. The soundproofing was decent; there wasn't any significant noise at night, ensuring a basic good night's sleep. The air conditioning, lighting, and power outlets in the room all worked properly, and I didn't encounter any malfunctions. The common areas were well-maintained, and the overall environment looked clean and fresh. The location is also good, making it convenient for dining and shopping. Whenever I had an issue and contacted the front desk, their response was prompt and helpful, not perfunctory. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, this one offers good value for money. It was a comfortable and reliable stay, and I didn't regret choosing it. It's suitable whether you're staying for a business trip or a short stopover. While it wasn't particularly amazing, everything was up to standard. I would consider staying here again if I need accommodation in the area and would recommend it to friends.

The air conditioning in the hotel room was really inconsistent - sometimes it was quiet, other times it was incredibly noisy. There was no comb provided, and we had to boil our own water for drinking. The light near the toilet kept flickering, which was annoying. The soundproofing in the room was quite poor; every morning we could hear people talking outside and a constant clanging noise. However, the front desk service was good.

Was a bit confused initially but thereafter realised it was a spa hotel. This meant we needed to remove our shoes and out it into the lockers at the entrance. We were given a tag which gave us access to the hot spring, outdoor water play areas. The room itself was okay, although not much amenities are provided. No coffee or tea, just bottled water. There's a vending machine for you to purchase. It wasn't convenient not having a fridge inside the room. Breakfast was awful, to be honest. Presentation was great but the taste and variety was really not good. They don't provide coffee. Only tea and not so nice orange juice. Aside from the disappointing breakfast, the facilities are great for us. There's water playground that was quite fun. Outdoor hot spring (please bring Swimsuits and caps, otherwise you have to buy). The male and female hot springs are separate and you cannot wear anything. They only provide disposable underwear, hair ties, shampoo, conditioner, facial foam, toner and body lotion. Much less than other hot springs, less clean. However I was pleased with the variety of pools, tubs, and also strong water jets inside. There are many areas for resting outside - beanbag, massage chairs. Also there are payable children fishing game, sandplay, computer games and arcade. I liked their free Shuttle to disneyland (didn't use) and to airport (convenient) Overall pros and cons.

Hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. The hotel was located a bit far from the main attractions etc. However one can make use of public transport. There’s a busy station right outside the hotel.

This was a fantastic experience! 👍👍 This is the first time I've encountered a hotel that includes breakfast, lunch 🥣, afternoon tea, dinner, and late-night snacks—the value is simply incredible. The menu was diverse and plentiful. Breakfast featured nutritious porridge, noodles, and various side dishes; lunch and dinner had a well-balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and the food was delicious; afternoon tea offered tasty snacks, fruits, drinks, and coffee, making for a pleasant experience; and late-night snacks were warming and delicious, including fried rice, fried rice noodles, Cantonese rice noodle rolls, and hot and sour noodles. ☘️ The hotel facilities were also very thoughtful. The restaurant is located on the -1 floor, making dining convenient. Also on the -1 floor, the laundry room has washing machines with dryers, a godsend for travelers. Clothes were washed and dried quickly, without disrupting the itinerary. Of course, the service also deserves praise. Lei Lei at the front desk 😃 was warm and professional. He was incredibly efficient during check-in and check-out, and patiently answered all my questions about the hotel facilities and the surrounding area. In short, this hotel is impeccable in terms of dining, facilities, and service, and I highly recommend it! 🐾💕

The environment was quiet and pleasant, creating a wonderful atmosphere. I felt instantly relaxed the moment I stepped in. The bedding was dry and soft, with no dampness or strange odors, making it incredibly comfortable to lie on. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very polite and provided attentive service. Overall, I was extremely satisfied.
