"We had a fantastic stay at Treasury Hotel and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Shanghai. The location is excellent, just a short walk from The Bund and Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street. It was especially convenient for shopping, as we could easily return to the hotel to drop off our purchases before heading out again to explore the city. The hotel was also very convenient for receiving deliveries, which added to the comfort of our stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We particularly appreciated their assistance in arranging transportation to the airport, making our departure smooth and stress-free. Overall, the combination of a prime location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service made this a wonderful experience. We will definitely choose Treasury Hotel again when we return to Shanghai and would highly recommend it to fellow travellers."

"Staying 3 nights at this hotel and location just close to Nanjing Pedestrian Walk and The Bund. Hotel Receptionist is friendly and helpful. Especially at noon, one of the receptionist (She, Unknown her name) help us to call to a local shop which I forget to ask is there’s a VAT for the item I bought. Thanks to her. Another receptionist, Nana help us to contact the driver during midnight to pick-up cause our flight is 6am although we booked during our 2nd day stay. Thanks for the arrangement. Cleanliness of the room thumbs-up and very comfortable. During our stay, there’s a construction proceed from 9am-6pm but that is not an issue for us cause we at outside whole day. Definitely will stay again."

"The location is great, near to many famous food places and shopping district. However, the hotel room is small, bathroom is small too. The room has a smell of mouldy air con, or clothes not dried with sun kind of smell that lingered for long. They don’t change bedsheets or blanket covers unless requested (we stayed five nights). And after night 3 I requested cos it was dirty. Ordering food and collection of Taobao parcels were easy. Service staff were friendly. So all they need is really a Reno I guess. Oh there is no drop off area for hotel so getting on cabs or didi was a bit difficult but doable."

"Nice Muji-style design. The room was very spacious and came with a balcony. Transport: Airport transfer service is available, but you need to coordinate with the hotel. The shuttle runs every hour, so if you miss one, you’ll have to wait another hour. Free Disney shuttle bus service is available for both going to and returning from the park. However, the shuttle to Disney leaves very early at 7am. Unless you have Early Park Entry, otherwise it may be too early to arrive, as the regular park opening time is 8:30am. Location: There are plenty of food and drink shops in front of the hotel. The hotel is located slightly inside from the drop-off point, requiring about a 1-minute walk. The entrance can be a bit hard to find when you first arrive, as it’s not directly at the roadside. Overall: Comfortable stay with a spacious room and good amenities. Convenient if you’re visiting Disney the day after you touch down."

On our first day, we wanted to go to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Just as we were about to call a taxi, the shuttle driver told us he could take us directly and advised us not to bother with a taxi, which was super convenient. Heartwarming late-night snack: We could enjoy a late-night snack after returning to the hotel. They offered mini wontons and mixed noodles. The mini wontons were delicious, and the kids really enjoyed them. Cleanliness: Overall, it was excellent! Minibar all-you-can-drink: There were sodas, and for the kids, oat milk and cookies. The cookies were incredibly tasty! Ordering takeout was also very convenient, with a robot delivering it directly to the room. Another shout-out to the hotel: I accidentally booked an extra room on another platform but forgot about it. The hotel proactively contacted me, which was very considerate, and they even refunded me in the end. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for family travel."

"Booked for a business trip, the location is excellent, right opposite Raffles City North Bund. It's very convenient for transportation, and just a short walk to The Bund, where the riverside scenery is beautiful. It's only three floors high but has many rooms. I was happily upgraded to a room with a window for free. The room decor is very modern and youthful, and it even has a large bathtub. They provide disposable tub liners and bath salts, along with complimentary drinks. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The soundproofing was just so-so, as I could hear noises from the corridor. The air conditioning cooling was also just so-so. Breakfast costs 50 yuan per person. There are two Chinese main course options and one Western. The wontons were pretty good, and the other buffet items were tasty too. The toast was excellent when toasted. Since it was off-season, there weren't many people. Overall, I had a great experience."

"We had an excellent stay at Youli Hotel. The location is very good as it is just few minutes away from everywhere we want to go in Shanghai. It is also very near to the Metro Station. Basically the location is 10 out 10! For muslims, u can easily walk to GuanGuanJi Halal Restaurant and Halal Hot Pot from the hotel. Below is also a Family Mart and across the stress there is Luckin. The staffs are also very helpful and courteous. I would like to applaud all of them for the excellent customer service. We can easily contacy them via WeChat for all our needs. GGuest UserI honestly can't praise this hotel enough! From the moment we walked in, through our entire stay, and even during check-out, their detailed service made us feel incredibly welcome. The staff personally escorted us to our room and thoroughly explained all the facilities. The complimentary laundry service, which even included drying, was a huge plus for us travelers – they even delivered our clothes back to the room! Breakfast was another delightful surprise; the presentation alone was appetizing, and there was a wide variety of options. As we were traveling with a baby, we really appreciated that they provided special cutlery for children. This hotel is truly thoughtful and highly recommended!

The hotel facilities are quite new, not an old-fashioned style, but rather modern and minimalist. The bathroom isn't large but it's clean, and the automatic toilet is a nice touch. The sink and toilet are also separate, which is great for two people traveling together as you don't get in each other's way. The bed was comfortable. It rained a lot during my stay, but there was no musty smell in the room. The room facilities are also quite new, making it a good choice for solo travelers. The front desk service was excellent; any small issues were quickly addressed and resolved. The breakfast buffet is conveniently located on the ground floor, right by the front desk. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserI've been wanting to visit this hotel for ages, and I finally got to arrange a stay. When I arrived, I noticed a really long queue, which just goes to show how popular this parent-child hotel is with families. Most guests seemed to be from the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai area, bringing their kids to burn off some energy. The backyard has plenty of play facilities, but the beach was definitely the highlight. The sand was so soft; it felt amazing to walk on barefoot. This season is perfect for a visit – not too cold and not too hot – but you definitely need to pick a day with good weather. It's not open during the rainy season. You'll need to bring your own beach toys, which is understandable for public hygiene and safety. Bob provided excellent service during our stay, responding quickly and helping us with many things. Parking at the hotel is also free.

GGuest UserIn a word, the Banyan Tree hotel did not disappoint us. We stayed there for eight consecutive days, enjoying the high-quality service of a luxury hotel every single day. Although we had to wait about 20 minutes to check in, it was because my wife is sensitive to all hair, so they specially treated our room. By the time we opened the door to our room, our luggage was already there. The room design was impeccable, with huge windows offering a perfect view of the boats cruising on the Huangpu River and the Shanghai skyline. Not only was the breakfast abundant, but it was also served for an exceptionally long time, until 12 PM. The restaurant staff were incredibly diligent and responsible. On one occasion, my wife left her sun hat near the hotel restaurant and thought it was lost outside, but they actually found it the next day. Furthermore, the lobby manager and concierge were very responsible; they proactively helped us track every package we ordered online and had delivered to the hotel. Our private butler was also very attentive, always resolving our issues quickly and perfectly, and proactively asking if we needed any further assistance. Many small details like these made us truly love this hotel. Of course, only praising the hotel would seem a bit unrealistic. We feel that the area most in need of improvement is the room's hardware facilities. Some details in the room showed cracks in the flooring, peeling cement and broken bricks on the walls, and the drainage system wasn't perfect. We hope the hotel will undertake renovations and improvements when the opportunity arises. It's understandable for a hotel that's over ten years old; maintaining it to this extent is already quite an achievement.

While the immediate area isn't super convenient, ordering food delivery was easy, and the robot delivery was quick. The environment is absolutely lovely – surrounded by lush greenery, and the entire complex is very quiet. It was a fantastic staycation. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast could be better, and you have to pay upfront if you want to add it, you can't charge it to your room, which isn't very convenient. Finally, a big thank you to the hotel for the room upgrade, which really helped with accommodating my older child.

GGuest UserOur stay in the Woody-themed room was a delightful surprise! It was packed with animated elements, and we got to take home bath towels, luggage tags, and pillowcases, plus there were other complimentary gifts like sticky notes. Most importantly, the room was very clean and definitely worth staying in. Breakfast was better than we expected, really tasty, and the restaurant wasn't crowded when we went around 10 AM. After eating, we even made some fridge magnet crafts. Staying at the Toy Story Hotel made everything so convenient; after checking in in the morning, we didn't have to worry about a thing – our luggage was already in our room when we returned in the afternoon. The lobby and room service staff were all very welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

It was stress-free and wonderfully relaxing from start to finish, so I absolutely have to write a detailed, glowing review to recommend it to every couple planning a Disney honeymoon! First, let's talk about the most crucial aspect: its location and shuttle service. This is truly a godsend for Disney visitors! The hotel is only about a 20-minute drive from Disneyland, and best of all, they offer a complimentary dedicated Disney shuttle service. We checked in the day before and reserved the 7:30 AM shuttle with the front desk. The next morning, it departed promptly, taking us right to the park entrance.
