Good experience in a local village. Purpose of choosing to stay here is because is near to Disneyland and at the same time we can experience the local village environment. We stay at Building B, there is the same Homestay in walking distance, both the same owner. Staff are very friendly, caring and helpful, well explained of Disneyland informations from what to prepare, how and what to enjoy. The stay include breakfast, 1 way transfer to/from airport and transport to and back from Disneyland. Just few houses away is the local mini market where you can buy some snacks and drinks, and local restaurant too

First of all, you should have a correct mindset. The area around Disneyland is a big rural area, so don’t be surprised when you arrive at the hotel and find that it is a converted residential building. I carefully observed that basically all the hotels next to the hotel except the one in the park are like this. Let’s talk about the hotel in detail. The location is very close to Disneyland. There are hotel cars to pick me up in the morning and evening. I didn’t get to take the hotel car because I returned the stroller at night, and the hotel paid for the fare. The morning and evening pick-up really solved a big problem in Disneyland, a big rural area. The auntie in the hotel is very nice. Seeing that I brought my child, she upgraded me to a big room. We lived very comfortably. In the morning, she got up early to pack breakfast for us when we went to Disneyland. She also helped me with my suitcase and stroller. The service is simply the ultimate. If you don’t stay in the hotel in the park, this one is really worth choosing. It is clean and hygienic

A family-run hotel. It's a long way from the nearest metro station, it's problematic to get there at night. There are no refrigerators in the rooms, despite the fact that it is 40 degrees outside. Overall not bad, we really liked the pool and the abundance of various restaurants around the hotel. Many families came literally just to spend the night. Special thanks to the receptionist who never sleeps.

It is very close to Disneyland. The owner provided a special car for pick-up. In fact, you can walk there, so you feel very safe. You don’t have to worry about not being able to get a car during the peak hours. It is also very easy to enter the park in the morning. You can rent a baby stroller in the store, which is cheaper than Disneyland. The important thing is that it is quite a long way to enter the park and go around the lake, so it is more convenient for families with children to rent from the hotel. We stayed in this hotel because it was close to disneyland and it had a swimming pool, but unfortunately when we arrived there the swimming pool ass very dirty and wasn't able to use it. The rooms were very nice and modern but not clean, we found a cigarette behind the bathroom door, a dirty tissue next to the bath and a dead insect behind the toilet.
The hotel provides a free bus to disneyland and back which is great because it's very difficult to get a taxi and the lady at reception was very helpful and professional.
The swimming must be cleaned for the guest to use or the guest must be notified in advance and the bedrooms must be cleaner

The B&B is very clean and sanitary. The yard is large, and there is a swimming pool and entertainment facilities. Because we went to Disney, there was a free shuttle bus service. I didn't bring makeup remover, and the front desk lady provided me with makeup remover. The service was very good. It is really worth staying here! !

Had an amazing stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and near the airport. They also provide pick up and drop off at the airport.
The receptionist was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Highly recommend!

I came to Disneyland for three days and two nights with my child and stayed here for two nights. First of all, it was very cost-effective and the price was very affordable. The service was also very good. They helped me carry the suitcases upstairs and met my needs immediately. In fact, I have to say that the breakfast was very healthy and nutritious. Compared with the takeaway I ordered when I returned to the hotel at night, the price was really affordable, not to mention the meals in Disneyland. Then, the room I booked was unexpectedly large, which made my child and I live very comfortably. Finally, I have to mention that the Disney pick-up service was really convenient and humane. The front desk and the driver were very good-tempered.

We booked a room for two nights, and after getting off the subway, they arranged to pick us up and take us back to the hotel. The hotel contacted us in advance and gave us instructions on how to take the bus, as well as a guide to Disney, which saved us a lot of time. After arriving at the store, the young man was very enthusiastic in service, the room was very clean, warm and distinctive, especially the floor heating, which was so comfortable~ There are shuttle buses to Disney, which is very convenient, and you can also order takeout for meals. BBearded WandererSo this place has pros and cons and we’d like to look at it from both sides. First the pros.
PROS: It’s close to Disneyland and has a cute setup with a bathtub and cozy loft. The loft is amazing if it’s freezing outside but it stays super hot even if the temperature is set at 20 degrees.
Towel service was great too so whenever you need a new clean towel, it was there. The bed wasn’t the softest but it was firm (and some people prefer that) and the linens were clean.
Last of all, location. It’s a 10 minute taxi ride to Disneyland which was amazing for the price.
CONS: There was urine on the toilet seat when we arrived and there were stains in many parts of the hotel.
Additionally, the noise from the road and guests was loud, making it difficult to sleep past 7 or 8 on vacation when you want rest. If you’re already awake at this time, it’s perfect. However, we just wanted some peace and quiet.
Next, the hotel shuttle service to Disneyland is limited and it’s only at 7 and 7:40. It doesn’t offer shuttles through the day. Also, they wanted to pick us up only at 7pm. The park closes at 9:30 so it was an inconvenient service which we decided not to use since we’d like to choose when we go to the park.
The buffet is ok but just limited to traditional Chinese food with 8-10 small portion selections with 1 drink selection so we stuck with water bottles in the room.
Overall, we feel a 4.9 rating we saw when we booked this home stay truly misrepresented the place. We feel we had an obligation to share. We will not be returning but we are grateful for the experience.

Although it is a little far from Disney, the landlord provides a pick-up service, which is about ten minutes away, which is very convenient. The room is very cozy and has a small balcony where you can enjoy the breeze and relax. The most surprising thing is that the room has an electric starry sky ceiling, which is very romantic when turned on at night. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and thoughtful toiletries. The landlord is very nice and sent a guide in advance. The pick-up is also on time. The overall feeling is very cozy and cost-effective. I will come again next time!

GGuest UserI arrived very early in the morning. After contacting the boss, I immediately arranged the room check-in and the Disney pick-up service. It was very considerate. The room was very warm, clean, and comfortable. It had all the smart facilities and was very clean. There were swings and sun-bathing areas outside the room. The layout was very artistic and the children liked it very much. Parking was convenient and there were parking coupons. If you have any questions, you can contact the boss directly. I was very satisfied with this stay. Whether it was the comfort of the room, the thoughtful service, or the convenience of pick-up, I felt that I had made the right choice. I would choose this place again if I come to play next time. I recommend it to everyone~

BBasGreat location and a reasonable price, good for families with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood away from the street noise, yet 2 subway stations with a 5 minute walk.
The apartment could be cleaner, there was a lot of dust under the beds, and the dishes were not very clean. Bed sheets and towels were perfectly clean, but 2 towels each for a 7 night stay was a bit limited. There is a washing machine and a dryer, functional but the dryer was quite old and didn't dry well.
Overall good value for money, would be great if more clean.

SSiaw TengThis homestay looks exactly like in the photo and I mean it. It has everything mentioned (washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, 4 slippers, 6 towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, hot water shower, bath wash and shampoo. There is also a dehumidifier. The aircon is only for the first floor and it is very cool. For the second floor, there is a bed with no aircon, but there is standing rotating fan which is sufficient for two ppl to sleep at night. The location is easy to find and it is inside a quiet 'nong tang'. Before you go there (2 days before), you MUST WeChat msg them to ask for the specific address and ways to get there. Their WeChat ID is basically the phone number provided (just search the phone number on WeChat; without '+86' and send friend request to 'Ryan'). Their location is very near a hospital (at first, your taxi driver may drop you off at the hospital, which is okay too. It is walkable distance to the homestay.) Very easy check-in procedure with digital passcode door lock. The place is very clean and white. There is limited space to walk around though, but we are fine with it (4 adults) as the price is already reasonable. They provide 'cloth hangers' for you to hang your clothes after you wash your clothes. They provide dish wash liquid, tissue and some basic kitchen utensils like 4 plates, 4 cups, spoon, chopsticks, knifes, scissors. Do bring your own laundry detergent/powder (they did provide but just in case it ran out). The place is near two hospitals and there are quite a lot of eateries nearby. Tips: We recommend you to set the 'main entrance' as your 'home' on the Alipay Didi so that your Didi will drop you off right at the main entrance.

JJorgeThe place of super comfortable and cozy. It has 2 bathrooms, one inside a bedroom and another outside in the common space. The kitchen is complete for basic need. the bathroom also has a washing machine. the bathroom also has heated fans so you wont be freezing when you get out of the shower. The bathroom floors however are slippery so use the rubber slippers that are provided when taking a shower. Had the best sleep of my life here as the beds are so comfortable. the sofa is so big that it can seat 6-8 people. The big projector is cool though, but didnt have the chance to use it as everything is in chinese and seems like watching here needs to be a paid subscription. Our unit was only located in the ground floor so elders and pregnant women wont have any difficulties.
the area is quiet. There is a ***** nearby where you can dine and drink coffee. there's also a park a few steps away where you can walk, jog and relax. A bit far from the metro, around 600m, but being accompanied by 3 seniors, they didnt seem to mind.
The hosts are very responsive and very helpful.
overall, this is a really great find and i would really book again when i come back to Shanghai

II am JMGreat view of Lujiazui towers including Oriental Pearl Tower and Yuyuan Garden from lounge room. Superb location, right opposite Old Shanghai sign on Henan Rd South. About 5- 10 mins walk to Yuyuan Metro. Easy 30-40mins walk to the Bund and 5-10mins walk to many food and snack options at lit up festive Yuyuan Garden. Older style, big 3 x double bed rooms with 2 bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and the other, a shower in a bath en-suite. Only cutlery provided were chopsticks. BYO spoons. Plenty of bottled water provided. Communicated easily via Wechat for access after calling the phone number via trip.com. Thanks for having us.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, the environment is good, the room is decorated in an old house, it feels very good! It's close to everything. The soundproofing is also good. It is recommended not to stay just for one night, it's a waste
