We were really happy with this extremely affordable hotel near Shanghai Disney.
Fast and regular shuttles to and from the park are easy to use. Don't forget to join the wechat shuttle group so that you can see where they will be meeting guests. The hotel generously gave extra towels and water.
The location though near to Disney is off a rural one way street. Keep in mind there are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby (unless you walk 40 mins to disney town)

This is a fantastic hotel for a great price for Disney.
There is not much around but a quick didi ride and you are at malls or Disneyland.
The breakfast here was amazing and filling.
A bathtub after Disney a great way to relax your tired legs.
1 night included transport to Disney.
A kids playground kept my 2 happy on checkout date.
We are from Australia and we loved the beds and space and the breakfast, so good.
The pool had no water but no impact to us. We would stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel because it was close to disneyland and it had a swimming pool, but unfortunately when we arrived there the swimming pool ass very dirty and wasn't able to use it. The rooms were very nice and modern but not clean, we found a cigarette behind the bathroom door, a dirty tissue next to the bath and a dead insect behind the toilet.
The hotel provides a free bus to disneyland and back which is great because it's very difficult to get a taxi and the lady at reception was very helpful and professional.
The swimming must be cleaned for the guest to use or the guest must be notified in advance and the bedrooms must be cleaner

This stay was a great experience! We arrived at around 10pm, and the check-in was quick. The two guys at the front desk were very welcoming and took the initiative to help with the luggage. The room was clean and tidy, with no odor. It was a great experience!

Facilities: It is indeed old, but the price is relatively cheap, so it is acceptable. I am willing to consider staying here again.
Hygiene: Not very good, the cleaning is not thorough, but it basically meets your needs.

The room is clean and tidy, with a large space. The boss is very enthusiastic and provides shuttle service to Disneyland. It is about 5 minutes away from Disneyland. The B&B has strollers for rent. The side dishes in the store are delicious. Noodles are 28 and a big bowl. Enough for my family and 3 kids. I can have a hot bowl of noodles when I come back from playing in the evening. The outdoor environment is also good. You can play football and trampoline. It is a good place for leisure and vacation. The breakfast is rich, including porridge, noodles, fried rice, eggs, fried dough sticks, etc. It is very homely but tastes delicious. I will come again next time

We booked this hotel because it is only 4km from Disneyland and from the picture the room does look pretty and it was so affordable! So here's the outcome:
- They do provide shuttle bus to Disneyland but only at 8.20am (we missed it as we arrived later, but you may still use Didi to go to Disneyland)
- They also provide shuttle bus BACK from Disneyland which was very thoughtful (10pm/10.50pm) because I don't think anyone is able to get a Didi when thousands of people exiting Disneyland at the same time.
- The room, was a bit worn off compared to the pictures shown. Some plugs might not work properly, some parts were rusted, but overall it did not affect too much of my experience (given that affordable price!)
- I thought the cleanliness of the room could be better as when I opened their toothbrush box, there was a layer of dust (maybe it was vacant for a long time).
- The staffs were very helpful and even provided us additional shower facility before we headed to airport although we had already checked out.

AAnonymous UserA family of three went to Shangdi for fun, and a friend recommended a homestay.
The boss and the boss's wife are very nice, enthusiastic pick-up and drop-off, and the route is very clear, so you don't take the wrong way in and out of the park! (This is very important when your legs and waist are about to be broken after playing all day)
The homestay is in the village, the environment is very quiet, the cows and horses like it very much, and so does my family. I hope to live here for a month or two without working to cleanse my soulđ
There is a swimming pool in front of the homestay. The temperature is not enough now and it has not been opened. The children like it very muchđ The swing downstairs is also very popular! In addition, the smart toilet in the room is great!
Finally, I have to highly praise the pancakes from the boss's breakfast stall. The children ate it for two mornings and didn't eat enough!

Cleanliness: very tidy and well organized.
Service: 100 out of 10, owner was very friendly helpful. Everyday breakfast is difference.
Facilities: Interested designed.
Me and my BF come from Germany, owner very helful use translate for more understanding. Moreover, they have car-pooling 2 ways to Disneyland. There also 3 dogs in here and super cute ! I will come back definately if I have chance in future, highly recommend this accomodation.

Apparently only a 1 way either to Disneyland or from disneyland is available per night of stay.
We stayed for 3 nights so we get 3 trips. But we went to Disneyland for 2 days. So we needed 4 trips. The owner was kind enough to give us a free trip back. If not it will be charged at 25 CNY per trip.
Amenities
We booked the romantic long room. There are 3 types of this room with different names. The room floor area is large but almost 50% is outdoor space.
We could not switch off the lights for the first night as we could not find the switches. It was actually hidden behind one of the bed frames.
The visible switches were not in use.
The smart function of the lighting's covered 50% of the lights and 50% of lights were manual
There is NO HEATING even in winter. It is NORMAL for shanghai.
But the toilets were too much. There was no heated lights no heater in the toilet area. No space to hang clothes. The toilet is not opaque/ no curtains. Strictly meant for couples. No privacy.
The toilet bowl was heated and that was nice. It has a bidet function.
No hand soap at the basin but we brought our own soap so we simply switch out the soap to use as hand soap.
We could not figure out the setting but there might be heating? For the overall room. There was a thermostat that was set at 30 degree Celsius but overall still cold
Some inbuilt furniture looks old and worn out but you won't use it so it is fine.

Hanging area was limited but it has a canopy of sorts so we hanged it around there. So no issues with this

Limited as 50% was outdoor

There is a nice and long countertop below the TV which was great for putting stuff

SSphesihle TrustworthWe were visiting Shanghai Disneyland for the weekend and found this small hotel to be quite close to the Disneyland resort.
Booking the hotel was incredibly easy and efficient. The gentleman at reception was extremely kind and helpful. He organized transport to pick us up from the train station, took us to and collected us from Disneyland on Saturday as well as drive us back to the train station. We had requested for some beers before arriving and the receptionist guy ordered it and placed it in my room which I found was an endearing gesture.
I did not make it for breakfast so I canât comment on that, but there is a dining area right next to the carousel outside. The little play area was also fun for the little child we were traveling with.
The location was excellent as we were visiting the Disneyland Resort, however, nothing else seemed to be close to this hotel. The shops on ******* were quite far and took a while to deliver.
Itâs a brilliant place, neatly tucked away from the busy city centre. Thank you for your service and providing help whenever we requested for things.
Oh, and one of the hotel managers gave me hiss jumperđ

GGuest UserThe windows are bright and clean, and the room is tidy; the property management is rigorous, you can swipe your card to go upstairs, and express delivery goes through an independent passage, so it is safe to live in; the Suzhou River is just outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, the environment is quiet and peaceful, and watching people jogging along the Suzhou River in the morning makes life comfortable; the location is very close to the subway entrance, and travel is convenient; Joy ââCity, Nanjing Road, and the business district are not far away, and the location is excellent; I am very satisfied with this stay and recommend it!

AAnonymous UserI came to the ancient town for a short break on the weekend and found a B&B very close to the ancient town. I didn't go in the right direction at first and went around in a circle. Itâs really convenient once youâre familiar with it. It takes a few minutes to walk to Xinchang Ancient Town, which is super lively at night. It is also very close to the two Yi Chi Gardens, and the owner provides free parking spaces. The room is antique, and the aunt who receives her is like an elder in the family. She is very friendly to children. The breakfast is basically what we prepare at home, and it is quite rich. The only thing that can be improved is that the corner of the bed next to the bed in the room is recommended to have anti-collision corners. The child bumped into it several times and it hurtđŁ

SSiaw TengThis homestay looks exactly like in the photo and I mean it. It has everything mentioned (washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, 4 slippers, 6 towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, hot water shower, bath wash and shampoo. There is also a dehumidifier. The aircon is only for the first floor and it is very cool. For the second floor, there is a bed with no aircon, but there is standing rotating fan which is sufficient for two ppl to sleep at night. The location is easy to find and it is inside a quiet 'nong tang'. Before you go there (2 days before), you MUST WeChat msg them to ask for the specific address and ways to get there. Their WeChat ID is basically the phone number provided (just search the phone number on WeChat; without '+86' and send friend request to 'Ryan'). Their location is very near a hospital (at first, your taxi driver may drop you off at the hospital, which is okay too. It is walkable distance to the homestay.) Very easy check-in procedure with digital passcode door lock. The place is very clean and white. There is limited space to walk around though, but we are fine with it (4 adults) as the price is already reasonable. They provide 'cloth hangers' for you to hang your clothes after you wash your clothes. They provide dish wash liquid, tissue and some basic kitchen utensils like 4 plates, 4 cups, spoon, chopsticks, knifes, scissors. Do bring your own laundry detergent/powder (they did provide but just in case it ran out). The place is near two hospitals and there are quite a lot of eateries nearby. Tips: We recommend you to set the 'main entrance' as your 'home' on the Alipay Didi so that your Didi will drop you off right at the main entrance.
