Shanghai Hotels with Airport Shuttle

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel! What I loved the most was the super comfy bed. I had a deep, restful sleep and woke up feeling fresh and energized. As a Muslim, I only had the vegetables and bread for breakfast since most of the spread was Chinese style with pork. But I truly appreciated that the reception staff could speak English, it made communication so much easier. Also, thank you for preparing a packed meal for me when I checked in late and missed the night buffet. That thoughtful gesture really made my night. Overall, this hotel is excellent and I fully recommend it for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

The hotel seems recently renovated — everything was clean, well-organized, and well-maintained. It’s about a 7-minute walk to the metro and very well located. The staff provided good service throughout our stay. ------------ 酒店看起来是最近翻新的，整体干净、整洁、维护良好。步行约七分钟即可到达地铁站，位置非常方便。工作人员服务也很好，让人感觉很舒适。

Very friendly staff always eager to help and answer all the question through translator, great entertainment for kids and lovely animals to watch. Close to Disney and airport with free shuttle provided. The price quality ratio is really good, if you go to Disney I do recommend you to stay here. The breakfasts are more Asian, but you would find the bread, eggs, yoghurt, fruit ant coffee/tea there. Thank you for the staying and great atmosphere you provided:)

My friends in China recommended this hotel and told me that she loves it because it’s relatively inexpensive compared to similar hotels in the area. She also stressed that it is a native Chinese brand hotel that it is easier for her to order food and just anything she needs. I was pleasantly surprised by its decor, service, cleanliness and modern amenities. Our room had a nice big tub, huge shower and toilet with bidet. It’s been a while since I visited Japan and I forgot how nice to have a bidet. The breakfast was a nice addition to our stay since it is included. It served both Chinese and American breakfast with some nice local dishes. The decor is modern Chinese Jiangnan style featuring paintings, Calligraphy, and 3-D animation of gold fishes. I enjoyed working out at the gym as well. Super clean and all equipment are easy to use. There is a Pilate room as well. I didn’t have time to enjoy it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not to mention that I asked for a power cord, it was delivered by a robot. Five star experience! .

This time, I arrived at the Shama Hotel in Shanghai, where the front desk staff, Angel Zhu, provided exceptionally attentive service. Whether it was the arrangement of the room or the introduction to the surrounding environment, she made me feel thoroughly valued. She swiftly completed the check-in process for me and escorted me to my room. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai. The room was spacious and bright, with a decor that elegantly blended modern style with the charm of old Shanghai. The interior was meticulously arranged. Looking out from the window, whether it was the bustling traffic during the day or the dazzling lights at night, I was utterly enchanted. The gym also allowed me to maintain a healthy lifestyle and enjoy relaxation. If you have the chance to visit Shanghai, don’t miss out on this experience. I believe it will offer you a uniquely memorable stay.

A brand new hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has all the modern feature with comfortable bed with high quality mattress and memory pillow. The memory pillow is so good that I even bought one home. The toilet seat was heated with auto flush system. Even curtain can be electrically controlled. Room was auto lighting system. The moment you walk in, the lights were automatically switched on. Even their common toilet was very clean with all the cleaning stuff you need. See picture. Mini bar were replenished everyday with free 4 bottles of water, 2 bottles of tea, 1 can of cola drink and 1 packet of nuts. Actually we stayed in this hotel last week and this will be our second stay. I will come back to this hotel again.

The room is comfortable, clean and tidy. The front desk service is very good, efficient and cleaned in a timely manner. Shanghai Disneyland shuttle service: The shuttle service is very good, and the suite is upgraded for free. The experience is very good.

The room was clean, new, and good value for the price. The hotel is located near Pudong Airport and offers a shuttle service, but the shuttles are infrequent, not every hour. At certain times, there’s only one shuttle per hour, so you need to manage your time carefully. What was disappointing was when I spoke to the hotel and told them I was running to the pickup point at 2 AM. The bus left right in front of me, and I was less than 15 seconds late. The driver of the next shuttle saw me running and waving from a distance but didn’t inform the departing bus. The hotel staff I spoke to also didn’t help by notifying the driver. This made me waste another hour waiting. It was really frustrating. It might be better to find a hotel with more frequent shuttle services.

The room was clean, except for some details like under the bed, where it was full of dust. The closet is small for two people to share and the space available for storing clothes/luggage is in general tiny. Location of the hotel is nice, as it lies in a quite walkable area, and by foot you can reach the Huaihai Road (good for shopping) in 35m. Metro line 9 is a 15m walk. The service was okay. The staff at the reception did not speak English and they offered no help or guidance about the city: quite essential service. Their attitude was in general detached and seemed quite un-open to communicating. Also, after leaving the room and realizing there were still some clothes left inside, I tried to report it to the reception and they just sent me to the room to check without even communicating to the cleaning service. It ended up that my clothes were not in the room anymore and the staff offered no further help, so I left without these clothes. Also, i had explicitly booked a room with “City View” and I was placed in room 1402 with one very dirty window - out of 2 windows available to enjoy the view. After asking to clean it, they made an unsuccessful attempt and then just left me with the dirty window without any kind of compensation. I was only offered to switch to another room in a lower floor and with no city view, which made no sense considering I had paid more specifically to have a room with “City View”. Breakfast is decent and offers a good variety of food. The staff is understanding if a host is taking few minutes past closing time to finish the food. The staff at the breakfast floor is also very nice and friendly. The main perk of the hotel for me was the cafè at the hall, where a very friendly girl employee works. She was very nice and gave me and my girlfriend some unique advice on places to visit in the city. She was of course also making extremely good flat white and coffee. Balancing everything out though, if was to come back to Shanghai, I would probably choose a different hotel.
