The Just Hotel Milano is a basic hotel with small room. But the location is a prime location. Just opposite of train station Milan Centrale. Plus point, the restaurant (NICO) next to Just Hotel Milano serve the best Tiramisu.

The hotel is very good and staff were very friendly. Unless the hotel do not provide you any bottle of water but they will tell you to use tap water. The room was nice and clean. Very near to the station.

Hotel is located next to Lima metro station and 10 minutes walk to Milan Central train station. Room size is good and the decoration is modern, except the air conditioning is not cold enough. We adjusted it to the lowest temperature and was still not cold enough. We had to open the window for a few hours before we went to bed.
Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Staff in the restaurant was very attentive. I had to thank Manuel who arranged us to go in the restaurant 15 minutes before it opened as we had to leave for the airport early. Everything went through smoothly. I enjoyed the stay very much at NH Milano Buenos Aires.
That was so amazing experience in hotel even though I only stayed for 1 night. Everything is wonderful, the facilities and hotel staffs showed higher than my expected.
Thanks trip.com for quick responding and supporting me alot during that time
✔ **Convenient location**
✔ **Clean and cozy** – spacious rooms with new furniture.
✔ **Friendly staff** – no unnecessary fuss.
✔ **Quiet** – despite being near the road, the windows are soundproof, slept wonderfully.
Hotel location in the suburbs of Milan, very quiet around, 7 minutes walk from S1 train station, 3 minutes walk from community warehouse supermarket, very close to residential area, many restaurants around, hotel room comfortable suitable for business trip
This is a very luxurious hotel which I booked for a veryyy cheap price. I had no expectations, again because of the price, but i was more than pleased and amazed when i got to the hotel. The staff are all very nice, it's a 24hr check-in which is a plus, close to the metro and the view both at night and in the day is stunning

WWanderlust SuThe hotel is a 15 minute walk to the nearest station. Parking was complimentary too. We enjoyed the fruits, cakes and pastries during breakfast.
Upon arrival, we gave feedback that the bathroom sink was choked and not fast flowing. It was rectified very quickly.
There is also a small supermarket conveniently located across the hotel.
LLamees Al-MahroosWent there for a short 3nights stay In Milan, I followed the recomendations and book a room with a balcony on a high floor (Executive twin room on 9th floor overlooking the back street).
The hotel is in a walking distance to the Duomo with a tram and bus stops opposite the entrance. The hotel is also surrounded by 3 restaurants (2 halal) and a small beauty salon. Reaching the hotel from airport was smooth. We were first greeted by a very polite and helpful bellman who took our luggage and then guided us to our room.
As we walked to the reception we were greeted by everyone, such a frindly and helpful team (later on helped with directions and calling the airlines). The check in process went easy.
Arriving at our room was through 1 of 3 elevators (small but efficient). The room (902 if I remember correctly) was located at the end of a corridor, in a very quite section. We were assigned a corner room and as I requested in a high floor, it was very spacious with lots of natural light coming from the balcony. The furniture was old-fashioned, 1 king bed and on request was separated to 2 twin beds, a small open closet (the room had sufficient space for a proper one), the room is also equipped with a kettle and coffee machine with daily refills of coffee, tea and water and a --free-- minibar. The marbel bathroom was also very spacious and very clean, the shower is amazing with very good flow of water, big size vanity (didn't like the black sink though). The balcony was very narrow more like a French balcony but on a corner furnished with 1 chair only (anyways it was scary to be there - liked the natural light it brought). My request was for twin beds but the reem had 1 king. I called the front desk to clarify and they arranged for housekeeping to seperate the bed. Allover, was a comfy room we enjoyed.
The only 2 negative points I see were:
- the old style furniture all over the hotel (need to be refurbished).
- Housekeeping. 2 times during our short stay the door was opened without a knock or bill ring.
This hotel would be on the list for a next travel.
MMilanguowangWhen there is an exhibition in Milan, the price of downtown hotels basically doubles or triples, and it is very likely that you can't book it. Although this hotel looks a bit far from the main city on the map, it only takes 15-20 minutes to walk from the M4, and you can also enjoy the life style of the real residential areas around Milan along the way. The hotel is newly renovated at first glance, the rooms are not only large, but also the facilities are all the latest, and the buffet breakfast is very, very delicious!!!
GGuest UserRoom larger than average (it was a superior) very comfortable bed with double pillow and large and bright bathroom. Excellent cleanliness of the room and common areas. A bit small and sacrificed the breakfast room in a 4 star and for the price paid the lack of a restaurant inside remains an unknown. Bad also the parking for guests it was clear that with a full hotel it could not contain all the cars in relation to the number of rooms. Very bad to discover only at check out that it was paid.
GGuest UserNew hotel but 1-star service
I had high expectations for this new hotel, but unfortunately, my stay was a complete letdown. Despite the clean and new facilities, the service was shockingly poor.
From the moment I checked in, the male staff was unhelpful when I asked for help with luggage as we were trying to unload our luggage and rushing to return the rental car. He just kept asking me for my details to check in. Requests were also ignored, as I tried to ask for an upper floor room instead of the ground floor room. He said if it was for him, he would stay in this room as it was bigger and said in Milan, tourists do not spend much time in the room anyway. He said it’s not like we pay 900 euros a night to enjoy a luxury hotel room. At that point, I was extremely shocked as I had never experienced any front desk staff who was so arrogant and ignored my request and just tried to convince me to stick with what I’m offered. Guess what, the room turned out to be a handicapped room on the ground floor without proper windows. At that point, I was already disgusted to even try to ask the front desk staff to change the room. So we ended up having a handicapped room which you’d get the entire floor wet when you shower. Not sure if it’s because the room was on the ground floor with the door facing the courtyard with trees, there were quite a few bugs and spiders in the room as well.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. On our last day, the room was not cleaned properly. We came back to the room half cleaned, but with no toilet paper and towels not replaced. We made several requests to have the items brought in and the staff seemed annoyed and rude. We only had to call because they hadn’t finish their job!
Overall, the hardware of the hotel is nice but they need better customer service, staff training, and overall management improvements. I would not recommend staying here until they make serious changes.
GGuest UserGood hotel with frequent shuttle service to and from airport. It is located less than 5 min of driving from the airport. Everything is great in this hotel and great breakfast for €10 per person. One downside is that there are no stores or even a gas station to buy anything. If you need tobacco, food, water or anything else please buy all of that in the airport terminal 1 downstairs
GGuest UserNice hotel, competitive price on the outskirt of Milan. Managed to park in front of the hotel. Breakfast was okay, lacking variety of fruits and included in the price. Comfortable beds
NNadezdaIt's a hidden gem. Traveling from Malpensa early morning we didn't expect much from this hotel. I wish I had known the place before!
Nor far from the motorway it provides separate rooms (with your own parking lot right in front of the entrance) which is super convenient. Inside there is a spacious room, very tidy. Quiet, great bed.
And the stuff was super sweet to make us ”breakfast bags” despite our late arrival. Loved everything, highly recommended!
