4-Star Hotels in Lombardy, Italy

The location was pretty amazing, very easy to get to several modes of transportation, especially Metro and Centrale Train Station. The hotel was easy to locate, and the rooms were modern and good-sized (depending of your choice). I was on the 3rd floor and it was quiet as I was facing the inner courtyard. The shower was amazing, and the bedwas big and comfy. Daily housekeeping keeps everything looking fresh and neat. I enjoyed my stay. Just a few steps away, you have access to quick groceries from Carrefour or Pam. Definitely consider this place if I'm back in Milan again.

1. I was happy with the facilities and cleanliness, but everything in the minibar cost money. The complimentary water bottle was tiny (pic 3), and a bottle at the downstairs bar was 5 Euros (pic 7). Make sure to go down and buy it yourself, as they charge an 8 Euro service fee for delivery, making one bottle 13 Euros. 2. There was an extra charge for ordering an omelet at breakfast. 3. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—close to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions and great restaurants. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and well cared for. I’d happily stay here again on my next trip to Milan.

The rooms are spacious, the environment is great, and parking is convenient. The front desk staff are also very friendly. It's the perfect choice for a trip to Milan. I genuinely recommend everyone to stay here; it's excellent value for money!

Not far from the metro and train stations. The room was nice, a bit old but very clean. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful, although the breakfast selection was quite limited. The bacon and sausage were boiled for the first two days, and the taste was... indescribable.

I love this hotel , few minutes walk from Milano central, there is a mart just right beside the hotel. Room is great , service is good , clean and I love here !

The hotel’s location was amazing – only a few minutes’ walk from the main station My room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast for any tasks I needed to do.

The only reason I didn’t rate this hotel excellent is because of their front of the house staff. On a positive note, we loved this hotel, great location, modern, clean room with good amenities. What fails the hotel is their female receptionists. We came into contact with two of them, both were miserable looking, unfriendly, gave wrong information and set all the wrong time for this great hotel. Well done to trip.com too for offering such a good rate on this booking.

It’s a bit far from Milano Centrale Station, and there’s no nearby metro access, which may be inconvenient if you have luggage or if the weather isn’t ideal. Dining options around the hotel are limited and mostly casual, but there's a Carrefour Express nearby, which was helpful. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for those seeking a stylish, comfortable stay — just make sure to plan ahead for transportation.

Very nice location close to metro station, very kind staff and helpful, room was clean but I believe they need to upgrade their services such as coffee machines and bottled of water and tissue box and couple of minor thing as any 4 star hotel
