This hotel is ideally located for a quick stopover cot connecting flights from nearby International delhi airport.
We arrived early and as we were staying only for a few hrs we were allowed to check in earlier.
Good points: clean room with all amenities Inc complimentary water, toiletries, kettle and tea and coffee and fully stocked fridge. V nice swimming pool where I relaxed pre flight. Room service staff and concierge were v polite and good.
Not so good ponts- v expensive tea in their cafe. Felt conned at Rs 536 for a small cup - 3 mouthfuls and it was gone! Service was dire as had to go to the counter to ask for milk and napkins to go with our greasy patties. It took 30 mins for the tea to turn up. Tables were dirty. Given the experience we chose not to eat in the hotel but popped over to Worldmart next door which has an excellent variety of restaurants and bars. No drinks and food is served in the pool area so if you are after snacks and a drink by the pool you will be disappointed.

This was a truly wonderful stay! The hotel upgraded our room free or charge and the facilities throughout the hotel were excellent! The gym was huge, the pool, steam room and massage facilities were all top notch. The breakfast was also large and varied and the restaurants we ate at were all delicious! Thoroughly recommend.

THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN IN INDIA. Everything was perfect except the price but it’s worth it tbh, everything was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The view was perfect
It is a good 5 star facility. Good location, good food and good staff. Rooms are a bit small, and need repairs and maintenance . Breakfast is ok. Staff is helping and courteous. Overall a good experience.
The environment is very clean and the service is very good. The service staff always smiles and tries their best to fulfill the guests' requests. The facilities here are also very complete, including the ability to exchange money, and the meals are very delicious. It is very comfortable to live here!

The bed is really comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, there is no smell, the area is close to embassies so it is safe, and above all, there is no need to bring a shower filter (I brought one but it did not leak and the filter was not dirty at all). The downside is that there is no mall or supermarket nearby.
I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the views from the room were breathtaking.
The location was perfect – close to all the local attractions but quiet enough to feel like a retreat. The hotel restaurant was a highlight, serving delicious meals with a diverse menu and high-quality ingredients. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel.
Overall, it exceeded my expectations in every way, making my stay truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

Exceptional Hotel! An Oasis, with lots of greenery in the middle of Chaotic New Delhi. A truly 5-star hotel, excellent OBEROI standard service, the friendliness of all staff at all times from check-in to check-out, super modern and functional facilities, and extremely tasteful decor. Incredible breakfast, with fantastic options in the Buffet or a La carte, the restaurants inside the hotel are wonderful, the rooftop has a super sophisticated bar and frequented by super cool people. With absolute certainty if I go back to New Delhi, I will stay in this hotel again, I will never forget the indescribable aroma of this hotel and its Amenities.

I stayed at this hotel for two separate nights because I did the golden triangle tour in India. The first night I felt more appreciated as a guest and was able to rest well after Travel.
The second day was on Republic Day and I just feel the employees working were a little bit jaded. The exception is the bell desk which held my bags for five days during my golden triangle tour. Much appreciated. The first night I stayed through another app on WeChat and was very impressed with the decor and arrangement of the hotel. I was able to witness an Indian wedding with some music outside. The ATM is located in the financial building next to the hotel.
For Republic Day, the city surrounding the hotel still had lots happening and worthy of photos. The restaurant service in the Indian restaurant was a little disorganized and took a long time. The salmon was delicious, kudos to chef. The view was not as good as the first night, but I still enjoyed the room itself as the sunrise was better for photo. The room service is exceptional.
I’m not sure if it was because it was dry day and holiday or not, but I feel there wasn’t as much enthusiasm from the employees as the first night. By room phone, an employee told me to go to the Wine store because they were open and selling on holiday, and a random taxi took me to a scarf shop instead from their lobby taxi line. That was the only disappointment because I still had to pay the taxi to take me back to the hotel after being told that the employee who told me to go to the wine store was incorrect. This was concierge.
Otherwise, I feel this hotel is the most affordable, considering the area of the government and embassy. I was told this is a five star hotel and feel that the area is generally safe and clean compared to other parts of the city or beyond the Delhi toll gate. Even though the air quality was pretty high, I was able to get some good photos on the second visit from the room view. There is a really nice Japanese restaurant in there, and breakfast was good. I slept well regardless. Beautiful hotel with art displays on one of the floors.

AAndrea MarioAmazing hotel with great facilities. The room was luxurious, with elegant decor and top-notch amenities. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring every need was met with promptness and a warm smile. The on-site dining was a culinary delight, offering a diverse menu with exquisite flavors. Every detail, from the pristine cleanliness to the personalized service, exceeded expectations. Truly, a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and hospitality. JJINGQIANGThe original Anzhen Delhi, after changing the self-operated brand, the price is close to the people. Kerry Hill's classic work, the light and shadow effect of the corridor is very good, you can see the design inspiration of Tokyo Anzhen here. Fully equipped, very close to Humayun’s Tomb. For breakfast, let people forget to be in India.
GGuest UserI made 3 separate reservations at this hotel before my arrival because I was going to be in India longer than originally planned. I stayed a total of 9 nights. In my notes for the reservation, I asked if I can stay in the same room for the full duration. I booked a pool view twin room.
When I arrived to the hotel, I made the same request, and the check-in staff ensured that I could have the same room.
The room I was given only had one bed and faced a construction site. I then found out on my own that the pool was under renovation. The room also had a large crack on the window. I told the staff of the issue and requested a room change, and was told someone will come help me switch at a specified time. That did not happen. They offered no apologies.
During my stay, my room key was deactivated twice (probably due to my separate reservations), the door to the room malfunctioned, the safe didn't work two times and the TV lost signal twice. Towards the end, I put up a do not disturb sign, but received an email and a phone call that wouldn't stop ringing asking me if I was sure I didn't need housekeeping.
Overall, while it was not a bad experience, I felt I had too many unnecessary interactions with the staff for minor troubles.

GGuest UserVery good hotel, excellent location, warm service, rich breakfast, clean room, afternoon tea and evening cocktail party. Originally only booked two nights, and extended for two more nights. Sincerely thank duty ***ager Rehvl for his professional service. I will stay in this hotel again next time I come to India😄
GGuest UserStay here for the conferences in Yasobhoomi. The location is great with the shopping centers in the area of Aerocity. Services are great. Room is clean. They also have a transportation service but a little bit pricy. Overall, I am very happy with my stay. I booked the deluxe king and received a complimentary breakfast.

SSummer bellBasically is good hotel, room is spacious however it is a bit old, there is a metro station called Janakpuri West beside the hotel , and nearby there is shopping mall which have restaurants, supermarket and shopping.
TtanveeratThe hotel has a prime location but it needs a lot of improvement. From the check-in service, there is a shortage of staff. The rooms are a bit old and smelly
The toilets are not in good condition. The water quality they provide is some normal filter water in the rooms. No bottled water is provided. The room sleepers are so small they can fit small children only. Even after requesting the sleeper at least normal size. When the person called the incharge him that ask the guest we have only this and if you needed it or not. This kind of language was not acceptable. This is not 5-star hotel. It is a scam either from Trip.com or the hotel to provide false information

GGuest UserA potentially great place to stay but for the terrible attitude of staff
The apartments are well appointed and of a decent size. They are generally clean too with nice bedsheets.
The location in Aerocity is perfect for a layover as it's close to the airport but a long drive into town if you plan on sightseeing.
However, all the positives are undercut by the atrocious service - short, sharp answers and general unhelpful attitudes from some staff really put a downer on our stay.
A good breakfast is served in the adjoining Andaz hotel building. A complicated walk down steps, narrow paths and courtyards - this isn't a major issue except that getting directions from the staff is like getting blood from a stone.
Kashish at the front desk couldn't be less helpful if she tried. Leaving me guessing and lost in the heat. In the end, I insisted she get off her seat and show me, which she begrudgingly did.
A little bit of customer service training would make the Hyatt perfect. And if directions are too difficult to describe - please put up signs.
