Step 1: Check Your Membership Level
Log in to your Trip.com account on your mobile device and check your membership level. Platinum members can get 1 free access to Trip.com’s VIP Lounge and Diamond members can get 2 free access to Trip.com’s VIP Lounge.

Step 2: Unlock Trip.com VIP Lounge Access with 3+ Booking
Trip.com member tiers are determined by the number of valid bookings that were made within the past 12 months. Here is therequirement for the number of bookings:

Gold | 1+ completed booking |
Platinum | 3+ completed bookings |
Diamond | 8+ completed bookings totaling at least USD $1,000 |
Diamond+ | Spend USD $10,000 within 1 year |
Step 3: Guide for Using Trip.com VIP Lounge Access
- When booking flights on Trip.com, VIP lounge access is available only if there's an eligible lounge at the departure airport.
- This benefit is void if the flight is canceled and must be redeemed by 23:59:59 the day before departure.
- When choosing to apply this benefit, you'll receive a QR code for lounge entry.
- The VIP lounge access can't be obtainted to Flight + Hotel packages and can only be obtained through the Trip.com app or mobile website.

How long are member tiers valid for?
Since April 2023, Trip.com introduced a new system for the membership levels. When users earn a higher membership level by making bookings, this upgraded status will last for 1 year from the date they moved up a tier. Once that year is over, their membership level will be adjusted based on their bookings.
How does the Trip.com Member Tier System Work?
Typically, it will take some time to upgrade your member tier, check the details in the table below:
